Horrible shop! Avoid at all costs. I had a minor electrical glitch in my car. He was able to fix it in about an hour but REFUSED to tell me why he fixed. I m not sure if this is even legal. He then charged me $800 dollars for labor because there were no parts needed. After I paid and he returned my car he told me he was giving me a ONE MONTH guarantee. Sure enough, a couple months later the problem started happening again. I took it to a real shop this time and they fixed the problem for good and told me what the problem actually was and it was for $250. This guy is as crooked as they come. Do not give him your money.

Excellent service! Six months ago I went to different places and none could fix my car. Someone recommended me to visit this place and the big man fixed it in less than a week.100% recommended

The best in electrical problems ask for the big one, he gave me excellent service and the most important thing was that I drove my car that had not started for three months in another workshop. I recommend this business.

Worse mechanic shop in that area code please I repeat please do not send your car here. These people are con artist. I had my car there for more than 275 days. They crack the windshield and then they told me if you don't want to wait anymore. Paid Butler to do diagnostic on car and they came back with a very costly estimate for fixing but they couldn't show print out from machine or any evidence what real problem was. Had to pay 60 dollars plus tax for them to just tell me whatever. Then old guy wanted to argue with me when I asked for something written or some type of proof which I paid for because if you put on machine it should show the diagnostic. I think they are not being very honest and more than likely attempting to overcharge.

DON T LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE with them they will come up with a HEAVY estimate WITHOUT performing any DIAGNOSTIC and then ask for a $90 diagnostic fee for the estimate that they are giving you. This is a SCAM. I have to call the POLICE on them yesterday. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

They are the worst. Paid a 60 dollar diagnostic and they barely touched the car. And my car came back with even more problems afterwards.. they do not know what they are doing.... DO NOT GO! SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR CAR

First of all, they charged me $45 for a consultation in which they are supposed to deduct from the final payment should you chose to go forth with service. I proceeded to get my service from them. On 05/27, I was charged $400 plus for the services that I needed which were AC and Electrical Services. My vehicle was there for 3 days and when I picked up my vehicle on 05/30 the vehicle was NOT fixed. I DO NOT recommend this place of service!!! I was robbed without a gun!!!

Butler has been around for many many years and doing great work. I recently had electrical circuitry board work done in my truck. Totally satisfied with the outcome. Yeah the tall worker damaged my board where I had to, epoxy it to the frame myself , underneath the car which is where it is, because he fix the problem. But damage something minorly, it cost me $300 to get my flasher lights board working, at Butler Electric SMH but overall I'm happy I won't get a ticket for having my lights out in the rear. So even though the price was high, I would recommend Butler Electric to anyone need electrical work for a vehicle.

THESE PPL ARE SCAMMERS , SCAMMERS && SCAMMERS!....they don't know what they hell they doing you take the car for a issue , get the car back now something else totally different is wrong. They screw the cars RATHER THAN FIXING!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Save your self the trouble and find somewhere else to go !!. I had an electrical problem with my dashboard. They charged me $300.00 ,2weeks later the dashboard stopped working. I took the car back to them and was told it was a different problem and it will cost another 350$. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.

These people are a rip off, very unproffesional They kept my car for a whole week to chanhe the power steering pump, they never fix it. I almost had an accident because the pump was not working 3 days after installation.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

They are a rip-off give you three month guarantee on parts and labor and don't stand by their word or estimate paper with the warranty. Zero stars beware I lost the motor to my car because they did oil change and didn't put the oil.

I got work done a while ago and they severely over charged me for the work done. The work was done to perfection, no problems there. I went back for something minor recently and the price they gave me was outrageous.

I went to reset the alarm of my pick up, with out diagnosing they say I need a new FOB key ($150.00) and then reset the alarm ( $$$ ), just by chance I decided to change the battery of my FOB ( $9.99 at Walgreens ) now my alarm is working better than ever, for sure they will never see me again here
