Amazing, professional service. I bought a salvaged engine for a Mk7 GTI, and these guys made the process as painless as possible. They are very responsive and went out of their way to package everything nicely. The engine was super clean too, carbon cleaned and new timing chain. 10/10, would highly recommend this place.

Outstanding ! Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a shop. I've done business with this crew for a couple of years now for my AUDI. I cant stress enough how awesome they are . Great work, amazing prices, and fast service. if you have an Audi/VW and want quality work not at an Audi dealer price ... this is the spot ! You need parts? They got it all ! As a shop owner, whom buys from salvage yards daily, This is the first salvage yard that answered right away. Had the parts that I needed and when I went in person, Andres and Joseph were amazing, they took me out to the car. Everything was there. I paid a great price. The parts were in perfect condition, and as promised, they delivered it the very next day within 24 hours. Five star if you need used parts, do not go anywhere else !

The Team at Branif are the best in VW and Audi used parts business very knowledgeable and helpful ! I got to hang with them while they got all the parts need for a Jetta we are redoing from minor fender bender ! They are great to deal with. Been getting parts from them for years at bargain basement prices compare to the dealer. Sam has been great and George is very nice as well. The staff all around is made up of good and hard working people. Sad they don't fix cars that are older than 2011 anymore. I hope they change their minds. The techs there know their stuff.

LOOK NO FURTHER! We have 6 kids and spent tens of thousands of dollars on all our Audi's and VW's ....we recently received a 4000.00 estimate from a dealer and Branif did it all and more for 1,200!!! They are very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, fair and professional. From the guy who answers the phone Jorge to Sam who schedules and goes over the repairs, top notch outfit. The owner Alfredo took the time out to speak with us and we really appreciated it. He has years of experience and has become our new mechanic. Such a pleasure to do business with this company! I highly recommend it ......

Customer Service at this place is incredible. They know their products and as some of them are young, you can tell have they all have bright futures in being business owners! They are amazing!, I took my 08 vw Jetta with what I had been told was a seized engine (by another mechanic), Eddie called me and let me knowIt was a greatWorking motor and it wasJust a bad starter, it sHard to find honest reliable mechanics, but atBranif thatIs what you get! I highly recommend them, Thank you Branif you ve mademy daughter one happy girl!

My husband and I just purchased some parts for my VW and the people there were very knowledgeable and super helpful. The manager had a great sense of humor and showed us things about our vehicle we didn't know about. They were genuinely concerned about our interest and we highly recommend them.

This place is the bomb. They are kind, courteous and very helpful in making sure that the parts you receive from them are only the best top quality used parts for your vehicle. I live in Ohio and had some concern with dealing with a place so far away. I ordered an engine complete and they had it trucked up to me with no issues at all. They even spent the time to walk me through some installation issues with the engine. Nothing less than top-notch sales and service from these guys. Have no fear Braniff is here !!!

The passenger seat of my VW Beetle broke. I emailed George at Branif and they found my parts and mailed them to me very quickly. It's difficult to find VW parts where I live, so I'm glad I found Branif, ill be using them again for sure.

All the VW parts you can find are here!!! New and used. Alfredo and sons will find your part in no time. The dealer wanted $900+ for my convertible EOS door panels. They had them in stock and in every color for under $100 and I was able to find other items that I didn't know I could find in mint used conditions. Very happy and would definitely recommend!!!

Honest people always have the parts when asked for them. They will even tell you if your better off ordering it somewhere else. Every experience of these guys is amazing prices are always fair. They have saved my butt many times. You get Parts at buggy doctor down the street for three times the price.

Been here multiple times for my 2014 Audi A7 and everytime they ve been nothing but helpful! Came in today to see if they had the small torx screw that holds the rotor in place and they definitely looked out for me! Highly recommended! Thank u Sebastian and George!

Ask to speak with Eddie, he'll help with you anything and he honors his price. I had my driver side mirror completely ripped off and he charged me $150 for a mirror but it wasn't the same color as my car. Went to another auto part store a few blocks down and they had a matching mirror but for $275. Came and spoke to Eddie and he was able to get a mirror from another car he had to help me. Only charged me $250 with labor because I kept changing my mind about what I wanted to do and they had to take my door apart 3 times.

Purchased a hitch for my Audi Q7 and everyone there was so helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure it was installed properly and working correctly. Incredible staff!
