Incredible service at this dealership, everything was fast and I received the best treatment possible. Highly recommend for everyone in need of a car. My salesman, Pedro Bernal was amazing at his job, treated me perfectly. I will definitely come back here for my future cars.

Helped my friend shop for her first car and we trusted this place. Sales person and financing were perfect but 3 weeks later the tire on the car kept having low tire pressure so we brought it in. They refused to do anything for us. Sucks when this is your first car and you re already having problems.. the tire was cracked and had a nail, since day one we should ve went back but we thought it was just something that would go away

Came here to lease a new car for the first time. Everyone was kind, patient, and helpful. I was helped by the sales rep, Frank, and by Fabian in finance. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted, within my means. Huge thank you also the insurance agent at Braman Honda that helped me get the best deal on insurance. I am very happy with my experience and in love with my car. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is an amazing dealership. I found a hard to get used car in their inventory and even though I live over 900 miles away, Enrique and Fabian made the entire buying process so easy. I was provided with detailed pictures and they answered every question. Completed the purchase, financing and registration all digitally without having to come in. Highly recommend these guys, true and honest professionals!

The service department has always been wonderful. We've never had an issue. Today my service advisor Henry Chaviano was very Kind and explained all specifically. Great service! My husband also had work done on his vehicle and Jose Hidalgo is his service advisor. He is always on point, kind and his customer service skills are great. Jose was very helpful in explaining everything my car needed, and even gave me advice on preemptive maintenance. I was very pleased with the overall price he offered for all the maintenance. The service was fairly quick for the amount of things needed to be done, and there were no issues with the car afterwards

Just purchased my 2023 Type R, was helped by Alfredo. One of the smoothest car purchases iv ever made! Walked in feeling very welcomed and had trust in the person helping me out made sure everything was crystal clear before signing any papers, just the type of sales you re looking for here. Horrible customer service.The salesman Jorge David has no clue on how to treat prospective clients. I am sooooo glad I did not buy my brand new Honda civic from them because this dealer doesn t deserve it. Reader of this review, do yourself a favor and go to Largo Honda, you will be treated respectfully.The salesman Jorge David hanged the phone didn t even say goodbye as soon as I told him that I had already bought a new car.RUDE

My family and I arrived at Braman at 10:30AM on a Sunday - 30 minutes before opening. I was expecting to get turned around and told I d have to wait, which I would ve been perfectly fine with. Instead salesman Jes�s Ayala, who had been at the dealership bright and early, didn t waste a second before coming over to assist us. Not only did Mr. Ayala work extremely hard to find us the exact make, model, and color we were looking for in a new car - he ended up offering us a deal that was so good, we turned back around after the first purchase and decided to turn in our second car for a new one as well. The service was exceptional to say the very least. Very happy we ended up with Mr. Ayala.

the best service i have ever had at a dealership both octavio and Estupi�an were amazing. Estupi�an even helped me replaced a piece of the car that wasn t perfect for free. 10/10 would recommend they check all vehicles and even replace the tires of needed for free too.

I had such a great experience leasing my new Honda Civic. I specifically went to Braman Honda because of Yumi. She did such a great job at listening to my needs, presenting all the options in a way that way digestible to me and offering some honest advice. I was treated with respect and patience, and taken care of from start to finish. The process from speaking to her, to the financial manager and to the insurance specialist was streamlined and uncomplicated. This is my second Honda and I will definitely seek her out again in the future. Love my new car!

A week ago I went with an idea to trade in my car but I wasn t sure I wanted to see my options on getting a Civic Type R and Jorge David made it happen he had excellent service answered all my questions and was great help I was very happy with their service he was very helpful and has a lot of knowledge on all their cars definitely someone I recommend to everyone

Updated Review.Originally rated my service experience 1-Star based on three visits (in two weeks) to fix a very basic problem (windshield fluid sprayers). Then on the third visit after waiting 2.5hrs - even with an appointment - my service advisor, Brian, let me leave with the exact same problem. Upon my return Brian tried to tell me it was working (it was not) and I was wrong. Unbelievable!Thankfully the service manager Alex stepped in and addressed the issue, but it required another hour.Hence, the three star review.

The service is worst here. I had to visit multiple times for a service defect. Last time they changed my AC filter and from then the AC is not working. They given me an appointment, but need to wait in big line those are not having appointments. No point taking appointment here.Earlier as well they charged for Wipers but not replaced. Bad experience multiple times.

I recently bought a 2024 Honda Civic SI Franklin Montalvo was a fantastic salesman. He greeted me with a smile and a good morning and quickly did everything to help me get the car I wanted. He was very helpful informative and kind. He and the finance lady (sorry I forgot her name I think her last name was Gonzalez.) that helped me out made the whole experience a true pleasure. 10/10 service honestly.

Had a dead battery and needed a new one. They said it would take 45 mins to an hour, but it took 2. They gave me a discount for my trouble and I was able to make it to work in the nick of time. Thanks guys!

I have taken my car here several times to have one mechanical issue resolved, and unfortunately each time the car is serviced I am charged for various parts and the same problem continues. I recently took my car for assessment once again, and not only was the car returned in worse condition, the Honda service advisor by the name of Brian was extremely rude and told me to take my business elsewhere if I m unhappy . I m extremely dissatisfied by the customer service, shocked at how rude Brian can be as a Honda representative, and if I were you I would follow Brian s advice and take your business somewhere more suited in the Greater Miami Metro area.
