I needed to do maintenance to several parts: The steering wheel was stiff, the brake pads needed to be changed, I have a leak on the windshield reservoir tank, my short beams lights were dim and I was trying to look for an upgrade to the Cue system.After I realized that my warranty did not cover most of them, I went ahead with the reparation of leaking on the windshield fluid reservoir and they told me that the issue was on the washer pump.After 2 weeks and a discussion due to fees that, they tried to charge me without a previous clear explanation; I picked up my car to find out that the leak was still. They told me it was a loose hose but, right now, I am not really sure if the washer pump was even necessary to be replaced.Also, they supposedly did a multi-point inspection, and I realized that the steering wheel liquid deposit (one of the issues I stated I had) was never opened.Even when the Sales Agent Jorge Quijano was always polite, patient and tried to solve my situation, the general service in this workshop is far from what a client is supposed to receive.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Customer Service is dead here. This business is a product of being a big name and no longer catering to customers or caring about the business. I have been here multiple times, bought cars from them at WAY above sticker price, had multiple repairs done in the service department, all experiences were poor and sub par everytime.The service managers bring you in, don't update you on progress, you chase them for updates and the status remains the same for weeks. The collision department was the same. Car sat for 6 months with zero updates and we kept calling and they replied as if we were reminding them the car was still there. They never remebered the status of the vehicle and had to keep looking it up, even using the same service manager.I came in for a nail in the tire and the service department said they would need to replace the tire because it was too close to the sidewall even though it was 2 inches from the sidewall and it was obviously in the tread. I went down the street and the tire shop pulled out the nail and it wasnt even leaking air! Drove away in 2 mins with the same time no charge.The phone rings and nobody picks up. You leave messages for weeks, no call backs. They don't reply to messages and i leave messages for sales managers and service advisors, neither call back. I won't be back but they have a hold on the area based on their name and size of business, so it will just continue to operate accordingly.
