I had an amazing experience in this car dealership-- everything went perfectly. Very nice place, very clean, staff is very polite and attentive, especially JESUS PIMIENTA , he is the best salesman I've ever met. My most highly qualified salesman. NO PRESSURE. THAT'S WHAT WE LOOK FOR MOST WHEN WE'RE SHOPPING. My compliments to him for being patient. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend.

Fernando Garcia helped my wife and I to buy two new cars, and I can t say enough how great he is. He has been my sales advisor for more than 10 years, he is very knowledgeable and he is always trying to give us the best deals. He made the whole process very smooth, also Anthony Marte did a great job with all the closing and paperwork. I would definitely keep going back to Braman, Excellent Customer Service!!!

As always, the service, customer service, and attention to detail at Braman BMW goes above and beyond. I recently got a new car, Jorge Velasco helped me throughout the whole process, from calling me from time to time to to let me know about good deals, and ended up helping get the best deal for me on a new lease. We worked with Victor Andrews on the purchase of our new X7. Victor was very personable from the beginning, and didn t leave us feeling like we were just another number. He made the process easy and did his best to get us the best deal available! Overall we were very impressed with not only Victor, the whole process and staff, but the vehicle as well! We came to Braman originally for the large selection, but quickly figured out that we made the best choice in who we wanted to do business with.

I ve been a Lexus owner for the last 6 years. I decided to move over to BMW. I was dreading the process. But Ivan Rojas made the whole ordeal a breeze. I explained to him where I needed to be. He moved mountains and went above and beyond. With the help of Antonella in the finance department they helped us become part of the BMW family. I recently had a great experience buying my first BMW from James Deriardo. He was patient and took the time to help me look for the right car, was very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional.I had visited a number of other dealerships looking for the right vehicle and working with James was BY FAR the best experience I have had ever buying a car.Carlos Diaz was my finance manager and was fantastic too - friendly, straight forward, and helpful, and made the transaction easy and pleasant.It was an absolute pleasure working with both James and Carlos, and I can recommend their services wholeheartedly.Lastly, I also want to add that the Braman service department did a great job in preparing the vehicle, which was certified pre-owned, for delivery.

Another great experience at Braman BMW Motors and the great assistance of Jesus Pimienta!The whole experience was very smooth, and Jesus provided us with all the information and options available. We turned in our 2021 BMW lease and got a new 2024 lease.I can't thank him enough for his patience and help through out the whole process. I'll definitely see him again for my next car!

I typically don t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with the Braman BMW dealership. Initially, my interactions were positive. The sales representative was responsive and helpful, despite being an out-of-state buyer who flew in to view the car. However, upon closer inspection, it became apparent that certain aspects of the car were not accurately represented.Despite this, I was able to negotiate a deal. However, it was during the financing process that a statement made by the finance representative stood out to me boasting about the dealership s commitment to exceptional customer service.Overall, the purchasing experience was relatively hassle-free, and the dealership seemed easy to work with. However, trouble arose shortly after the car was delivered to my location. I encountered a significant repair need, totaling several thousand dollars, which I promptly brought to the attention of both the sales and finance representatives.Unfortunately, the level of responsiveness drastically declined compared to the initial purchase process. It took persistent effort on my part to even receive acknowledgment of the issues. Eventually, an agreement was reached to split the cost of the repair. However, over two months later, I am still waiting for the dealership to fulfill their commitment to cover their portion of the repair costs.Despite numerous attempts to escalate the matter, I have been met with excuses and delays. Multiple inquiries to the sales manager have gone unanswered, leaving me frustrated and disappointed by the lack of accountability and follow-through.In conclusion, my experience with Braman BMW dealership started promisingly but ultimately fell short of expectations. The lack of communication and failure to honor commitments have left me with a sour impression. It is my hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the dealership to improve their customer service standards in the future.

I wanted to share the positive buying experience I recently had with Braman Miami and specifically my sales associate Alex Perez. I am an out of town buyer and was a little apprehensive because I couldn't see the car in person and likely wouldn't be a repeat customer of Braman.I'd like to share that Alex and the team at Braman were top notch at did an excellent job on prepping my "new to me" 750. The experience with this dealership was phenomenal. I spent months looking for m550i s with zero luck until one popped up here. I contacted the dealership and was connected with Waleed Radwan, who is just the most wonderful salesman to deal with. The car itself was perfect in my eyes but had a few rim scratches, but Waleed was able to get everything fixed and sorted included in the price, which is quite honestly very hard to come by these days. There wasn t a single moment during this process where I didn t feel comfortable reaching out to Waleed with any question I had. He s extremely personable and you can tell from the get go that all he wants is for you to leave the lot with the car of your dreams. I d highly recommend this dealership, but I guarantee you that the experience will simply not be the same unless you have Waleed at your side guiding you. Thank you Braman and thank you Waleed!!!

I went to finance a 330 I i offered to minimize the loan on 48 month and put a down payment of 10 k also but all what they do here they trying to push you to 60 months so you pay a higher interest of 14000 $ on 48k car price . Been waiting for hours and they approve a loan with my bank for 60 months without my approval i had to refer to my bank and got auto loan for 48 months with much lower rate than bmw gave was 11 % where my bank went for 7 % only i do not recommend dealing with themPlus the hidden fees that when you ask the sells man him self dose not know where this numbers came from bo body knows whats he doing there i do not recommend dealing with this

I went in the dealership with no expectations whatsoever. My husband and I were greeted by Alejandro Donate. We couldn t have been happier with the customer service and overall guidance in leasing my vehicle. He did a superb job walking us through the different models, packages and always payed attention to my personal needs.
