I used this tire repair a few weeks ago. Being I am leased to a company that has a national account which gives us great tire prices. I talked to one of there employees to address the repair and possibly coming to me or going there. I was told being I had a national account there would be no road call fee. I was only 12 miles with a blown inside tire. With that told to me i said just come to me . When done unloading i called to see arrival time if it was to long I was going to ride out there. He said he would arrive in the next hour. After all was done and a few weeks later receiving my bill it was totally the oppisite. 250.00 road call for 12 miles to put one tire plus to take back to torn up side walls that i could of thrown away myself for 16.00 fee. Also this is still america the tire repair guy never spoke english so i couldnt communicate except point. After the fact i tried to address this bad communication about fees they told me address with my lease company my lease company told me deal directly with them. So instead of coming to a happy medium and saving face they have no interest correcting this issue with me. So if A tire going to cost you 300.00 its actually costing you 600.00. Every big company will deny there mistakes and you will pay. If I blow a tire in front of there shop ill call someone else. Boulevard tire wont ever get a dime from me again....Btw Im a owner operator not a company grunt....

Can t complain about this place got 2 tires for the truck and Roy gave me a discount on some of the labor awesome group of guys will definitely be back.

As a regular customer of boulevard tire in the rest of the state I m normally happy with their service. However Jesse down here is the kind of employee who is the problem with the current state of business that employers struggle with. It was 3:30pm this afternoon when I called for two Michelin truck tires on a service call (over $1200). As it was close to the end of the day he didn t want to deal with it. The excuse he gave was I didn t have an account with them. This is true but isn t an issue if before 5pm. I have the card in my possession with ID or cash wasn t enough. He said just drive it here and do in person or come back tomorrow. Being a commercial truck with a blown tire that s not legal or possible. Very disappointing and ended up going with good year.

The manager Jesse is very rude and mean. Treats his workers very badly and is completely stuck up.

Awesome!!! The service here is outstanding, they had the right tires, and they got it done. I'm a fleet coordinator; I buy tires every day all up and down the East Coast. Excellent service. Gabriel is the man!

My driver blew up 2 tires of one of our trailer yesterday. I called 6 different towing companies all recommended Boulevard instead.Belkis from the Miami store took care of us. She opened a new account in a few minutes and had one of the guys go help us immediately. Very good service from bothThe price was fair for tje tires and 90.00 for tje emergency call. Very fair too. We had the flats in i-95.Extremely happy with the way things turn out. Hopefully I dont have to call in an emergency again but its great to know they are there.

Only go there at night to swap out trlrs. I can't give any feedback on the customer care side of this business.

I do not recommend this place to anyone who comes to pick up a car in their car since they did not do the job well for me and I came back to complain and I have been waiting for 25 minutes and they do not have anyone who can assist meEste lugar no se lo recomiendo a nadie que benga a cojer un poche en su carro ya que a mi no me hicieron el trabajo bien y regrese a reclamar y llevo 25 min esperando y no tienen persona que me pueda atender
