I've been taking my car for so many years to Betancourt. He is the best. Very knowledgeable and very honest person. Which it is a very unique feature between mechanics. Honesty and respect from his side always. I recommend it wirmth my eyes closed

Their level of knowledge is second only to their customer service. The owner, Rodrigo, personally greats and speaks with customers. A lot of patience and explanations go into describing the necessary repairs and options to all customers. Workmanship and warranty are next to none.I completely recommend this auto repair shop.

I hit the jackpot when I found R Betancourt Auto!!! If you want a trustworthy, honest and beyond fair priced auto repair experience, then you HAVE to come here for your Auto repair needs. The garage has a warm and welcoming feel, the employees are competent and very experienced and the owner is so welcoming and makes you feel like a friend. It s no wonder why I waited for my repair, I witnessed so many long standing customers that were treated like family. The quality of my repairs were outstanding, price was so fair I felt like I didn t pay enough and not to mention the customer service was above what I ever could have expected. Rodrigo was my father-in-laws mechanic, so I went to see him when I needed work done on my car. He could not have been more honest, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. His work came in under the quote when it was all done. That's right, under the quote. I'm pretty sure that he is the only mechanic from whom you will hear those words in all of Miami!!!

There r not enough stars for Betancourt Auto. I would rate them 10 STARS. Rodrigo the owner would only fix what is necessary. I haven't been there since 2011, because of illness. I live about 20 miles away and there r plenty of auto repair shops near me. I went to Betancourt Auto because of the honesty of Owner. Always treated fairly and with respect. Rodrigo always explained the issues with ur Car. Best advertisement is Word of Mouth. If I get better 100% would go back. I was referred there and also referred my friends to Rodrigo.

If ever there were a "Family Mechanic" Rodrigo is that guy. Never randomly replaces things in an effort to trouble shoot like so many mechanics in Miami do. Every time I go in whether for regular maintenance or for an actual problem there are never any surprises, He has never tried to sell me something (Like a serpentine belt JiffyLube) that wasn't absolutely necessary. Thank you for your honest work you have a customer for life in me and all my family!

They are honest and fair. Prices are very reasonable much cheaper than dealer quotes. Employees are courteous and knowledgeable and go above and beyond. Would highly recommend!!!

Personally I think the past reviews are people he knows... Super expensive, doesn't communicate with the customer about what's going on. Will hit you with a surprise bill of things you weren't even looking for. Overall a huge waste of time and money
