I went for tints on my entire car , 3m film laser cut and they cut my tints by hand and all my windows have bubbles. I gave the owner the chance to redo my tints or give me a refund and he refused to do either. I am very unhappy with their customer service.

First of all not laser cut, film not even complete at the rear window, uneven finish and bubbles, the shop use a product that leave stains in my backseats, owner told me that i have to clean it myself. Now i know that warranty doesn't mean anything in this business. Do yourself a favor and go to a shop where the personal is accountable for their mistakes.Update to Owner Response.Is funny that you answer "is funny" to all your bad reviewers.

Best Window Tinting is AMAZING!! Manuel is an incredible family man running a GREAT BUSINESS!! He s very honest, professional & extremely efficient!!! I was in & out of here in 1 hour for my SUV!! PERFECT 3M Tints with NO BUBBLES!! Lots of privacy for that HOT MIAMI SUNLIGHT!!

Best window tinting is the best place to get your car or truck or suv windows tinted. They also install car audio products and they install led lights. I just got my car led lights done and they did an amazing job and it's better to drive at night. They work really fast and you will be done in no time. the place is nice they have a arcade you can play while they work on your vehicle. If you want your car to look amazing inside and out with led lights come here and see Manuel he will take care of you

Had an amazing experience with Best Window Tinting. The service was friendly, Edwin did a great job educating me on the tints and giving me a good price and installing, it looks great and didn't take long. The waiting room was amazing, old-school arcade games, coffee machine, clean bathroom, and a massage chair. With a lifetime warranty I'll be a loyal customer for life and would recommend this place to anyone.

Straight forward, easy selections with knowledgeable explanations of each product, and reliable installation of my tinted windows. This is the second SUV I have brought here and I am happy to go back next time again.

So I would have given them 5 stars if they didn t messed up the first time. I paid $342.00 for window tints 25% darkness and black roof top wrap. The wrap was the only thing that went wrong when it came to wrapping the fin. It started peeling off and I had to go back and they spent another day fixing it. The wrap wasn t even on for a day! They also told me that they would replace the roof top since it was done incorrectly but instead they just fix there error. It looks alright from a far but I am OCD and I know that it isn t perfect. However, I can t complain price was the best in town and it s what I wanted. Note: they have a 3 year warranty on the wrap and life time warranty for the tints. Tints were $140 since I had 6 window tinted. 220 for the roof wrap and he included a 10%-20% discount.

Never in my life have I been in a worse place than this, the owner is the rudest person I have ever met, in addition to the most expensive price I have ever paid for a product with more than terrible quality, I don't know how it is so good reviews because that place is really a disaster, education is learned from home and that guy was not taught, I will tell everyone that I can say that this place is the worst that I have visited. The tainted windows is great however the car paint protection is not so good. I have already gone in five times to correct the issue on my vehicle. I went again last week on Monday and the paint protection is the same again. I have lost hope already with this situation. The owner Manuel is nice but the quality of work is not good on paint protection. I am super disappointed. The owner then comments that they fixed it however this is not true and am going to report this location. The job is incomplete. Will not be satisfied until job is completed for the price that was payed. This location gives false advertisement. Its not Best Window Tinting, more like false advertising Window Tainting. The "Federal Trade��Commission", shall receive a report from me if this problem is not solved soon. People work hard to earn their wages to have a business steal it from them. Will not change this review until the owner corrects the mistakes he has done to my vehicle with the 3m paint protection. Pictures 1-6 are the recent work that needs to be fixed. That have not been fixed the others are all the mistakes done on my car from the same location. I wish to have my vehicle fixed like everyone else who has had the paint protection done on there cars from all the positive reviews but it this is not the case am still waiting for my car to be fixed.

Did a terrible job on 3m paint protector on my son s vehicle . Owner Manuel is a crook. He did not want to fix his errors he continuously messed up at replacing the paint protector on the hood of the car and on the sides. He refused to fix the sections he messed up on. The vehicle was taken to his shop more than five times to be corrected. It has been over six months and the issue has not been fixed.Stay away from this location!!! Owner is a thief will steal both your precious time and money . This company should not advertise that they know how to install proper paint protector for cars.

I got the 3M ceramic film on both my Nissan Rogue and Honda Passport. Great product quality and work, you really get what you pay for. They have reasonable prices and product warranty. Finally, I found a professional shop. I got an exterior Ceramic Coating and 3m Ceramic window film on my BMW X7, and the quality of the work was top-notch. 100% recommended.

I just got my car hatchback tinted by them and I am very much satisfied with the job they did. Ceramic film is the way to go. EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY. Zero regrets. Be patient, it takes a bit for them to finish. They are friendly and nice and THEY'VE GOT YOUR BACK.

Great quality, fast, and professional service. Have taken two of my cars and always a great experience. One of my cars had very old tint on it maybe about 10yrs old and they were able to remove it without harming the defroster. Great prices as well.

Unbelievably Perfect!! I can't say enough great things about this company. They did an incredible job tinting many windows to the downtown Miami hotel that I work at. Since then I have had both of my cars tinted by Best Window Tinting and they are perfect thanks to the laser cuts and how professional the installers are. They came to me while I was at work to tint my car windows (now that is service)!!!

Decent price and BWT installed the tints on Sunday. The whole process took about two hours. New Tesla Model 3 and a job well done with 3M ceramic 15%. I had to pay extra to get the back glass installed in one full piece. If you are doing this for a model 3 you ll know what I mean. Anyway, I recommend this place to get your tints. I must admit there s a tiny particle trapped in the back glass tint. It doesn t bother me but I did notice it upon close inspection.
