EXCELLENT!! Don t doubt it twice, this is the Bodyshop to go for.Professionalism, quality, price, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fast, these guys know what they are doing 100%!As it was my first accident ever, explained to me how was the process with the insurance company and all that stuff I wasn t knowledgeable of and took care of my car.Very good and Kind people!Took 3 days to get my car back and the finish it s perfect. Paint, rim, door, all fits like before the accident.Recommended 6

This place it is amazing, I was there because I was involved in a car accident , they just take care of me , they explained the whole procedure in this cases because it was my first time , so they contacted the insurance and just gave me the loaner car that you can see on the pictures attached until the insurance decide my car s situation , they re so kind people , even they ride me to my home once I let the loaner car back . I have no words to describe his kindness, j definitely recommend this place and that people , everyone there is very kind from owners to workers , I mean everyone.

I took my daughter's car in after a minor accident, which was actually referred to me by the guy she had the accident with. Roberto is really nice and knowledgeable and told me exactly what was needed. No hidden costs, no extras to pay for. I got the car back in a reasonable amount of time, and the repair was as advertised. It wasn't cheap; what is these days?? But I'm happy with the work and would recommend Bartolo's to anyone.

What a great experience from start to finish. Bartolos came in on schedule and within their estimate on my job. I m very happy with the outcome. There was a slight issue afterwards and Robert was very happy to take care of it. Quality of work and customer service are fantastic. I will definitely use Bartolos in the future.

Maykol and the entire were so easy to deal with. To say these guys are great in what they do, would be an understatement. I personally admire the level of detail behind their work, ethic and way in which they deal with their customers. I could not be more happy with results of the TWO vehicles they worked on. Installed and painted a new rear bumper on my car. Made the entire process very easy and seamless. Only took them about an hour to install the bumper. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and customer service of this shop. They treated me with respect and double and triple checked all the lights, locks, systems, etc. They returned my vehicle to me in a timely manner (10 days).I shared a picture of their work in my Ford Fusion, which was all smashed up in the back. I do plan on returning to get the roof of my Ford E-350 fixed.I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for courtesy and good work.

Hey Jorge, thank you so much for fixing my car. You never know when you can get a scratch in a parking lot from those crazy drivers that always run away. We pay a lot for the car we like and then someone ruins it. Thanks to you guys at the body shop I have my car the way it was for the right price. Thank you all.

DO NOT give you car to them, or you will be ripped off. The shop is very irresponsible. I dropped off my car for fixing a minor scratch after an accident. On the estimate, they have listed quarter panel and rear bumper cover to be painted. When I unexpectedly went back to get my stuff in the car, I saw them simply wiped off the mark on the quarter panel, without painting it. In reality, they are overcharging me for the painting job.The day when I was picking up the car, I saw it took them quite a while just to install the bumper cover back. On top of that, taillights are completely off. Even though there is proof of instrument lights before and after painting, the shop still denies they messed it up. Instead of fixing the problem, the shop just tries to do everything to cover their a$s... Had to pay to the dealer to fix the taillight problem after all. These people are crooks. Stay away, at all cost!!
