Been in line for 20 minutes. The one worker available to serve is in and out of the store helping each customer while we wait in line. The other 2 guys are working in a corner saying that they are doing commercial and would not help the line the reaches to the door. No rudeness detected just not enough staff to work and serve the customers.

The worker name Clinton provided me exceptional customer service & help when I much needed coming into the shop with a tire with a needle stuck in it. Please come by and ask Clinton as my experience with Clinton was great!

Hi, I would like to take the time out of my day to thank a wonderful and amazing employee by the name of Sandy. She helped me with such enthusiasm, I returned sparkplugs and got another brand sparkplugs that is equivalent to the ones I returned for a better price. She was an amazing example of how an employee should treat there customers rather then giving them attitude due to the lack of understanding or empathy of the situation. She understood the issue and took the initiative to help me out and also make a sale for the organization. (Win Win in my book). Im writing this review to acknowledge her outstanding behavior. Thanks for everything Sandy your help was greatly appreciated and well received.

1/7/24 I came to 775 NW 119 st autozone. There a a white employee who check on my battery he left me outside never return. When I went inside to see and talk to him he was serving other customers. It's because I ' m black ? You should of talk to that white employee to respect the cord of ethic services.Thank you

I had to come in to the Auto Zone located at 775 NW 119th St in Miami to get a part for my vehicle and the customer service of the young man that attended me was exceptional. I had a question about the product and his support was prompt and professional. Overall my experience with Jonathan Perez was outstanding. I will drive a little more for the service provided.

I recently purchased a product from Auto Zone , and I couldn t be happier with my shopping experience. There were friendly, making it easy to find the item. The store manager Luis saved my day! He was very helpful and assisted me with everything I needed to make sure my car was ok and went the extra mile to double check a few things for me. I left the store in peace knowing car was finally fixed and it was all thanks to him. I appreciate the time he took out of his busy day to help me. Thank you, Luis!

I had to stop going to this AutoZone for a long time because of the lack of customer service but today I had no other choice. My car broke down across the street at Walgreens and I walked over and the manager Termaine took his time out to explain to me based on what I said to him what was wrong with my car it was just the battery, so I had my son take the battery out of the car and bring it to them and tested it Termaine that is come to find out the battery was bad I m thankful there s people like him to take time out there busy schedules to assist you

I am so glad I stopped at this location!Luis, the store manager, he helped me out with everything I needed. He was very knowledgeable and patient, he recommended me the right products and things I need for my car. He even helped me change my windshield wipers on my car! I will be coming to this location from now on and I hope to find Luis there to help me in the future.

So I had a super bad experience I looked online to see. When does the store close on a Saturday it closes at 9 PM. I arrived at 8:45 and the gentleman said it was closed. His name is Nelson Mendez. He was rude not helpful and told me he couldn t do nothing for me buddy that is bad customer service. This is not a restaurant is the hours of operation are in bold numbers or letters it should be honored. This is not professional coming from a person that owns a business. This was the AutoZone on 119 NW. 7th Ave. N., Miami, FL.

Great customer service overall! Went there on Christmas Eve and Ariel was super efficient at getting me in and out as quickly as possible. He kept the line moving and kept order in store. Needed my battery changed and a young man was very knowledgeable about replacing my battery. My favorite location in the area!

Giancarlo was extremely helpful. He fixed my windshield wipers and sprayer in a jiffy. Got me on my way with new breaks and great advice. I recommend coming here. Great customer service. I give them a 10/10

This Auto Zone is A1 great customer service My attendant. (JOHN DONADO) welcomed me as soon as I walked in quickly assisted my need and even removed the old part in the rain and placed new one on. A1 service all around thanks

Had an amazing experience with John donado one of the employees. He gave me great advice and help a lot with mounting my car s battery and checking the starting/charging system of my car. Great service provided at this Autozone.
