Needed a couple of radiator hoses and some antifreeze.They had the hoses in stock for a 1997 Jeep Wrangler.The hoses were a fraction of the cost of what the dealer wanted to charge me.And it was the right fit.The only thing is the length needed to be trimmed about an 1" or so.And was very easily done with a razor knife.Check them out.

Last week, I needed desperate help with a battery that was leaking which caused the negative terminal connection to oxidize with the battery contact point. Manager Jermaine G. evaluated my situation and proceeded to solve it. I highly recommend this team as they displayed total professional approach to my case on a hot busy afternoon. With clients going in and out, Manager Corey also took time to explain what needed to be done. Best example of service from that crew! Truly appreciated! Best to you all.

1086 was so helpful this morning and so funny he made my day! The staff at the store was also very helpful. I needed to get new wiper blades badly and they assisted me! Now I'm good to go!

Jermaine the sales manager was amazing customer service over the phone he helped with my issue and when I arrived to the store he remembered me from over the phone and literally assisted me right away for what I needed . Thank you so much I always come to this auto zone it s my neighborhood store and I appreciate the genuine help from jeramine and the rest of the store associates. Continue the great customer service just know it doesn t go unnoticed. What a true help you are to this store !

Very good service from Corey. He assisted me in finding a cleaner for my SUV exterior lamp shades. He explained and demonstrated how Mothers' polish works to restore a new look to my head lights.I am most pleased and can see through night traffic better.Thank you, customer Joyce

Barbie!What can I say!She was amazing. Gave me the best advice when it came to my motorcycle. Even realized that they barely sold motorcycle parts but she was able to find me exactly what I needed and even referred a good shop. Will definitely be returning.

This store has the best energy. When I tell you this morning started off so bad but the life in this store is unmatched. It s family vibes and I love that. First time at an Auto parts store where I felt like I was actually taken care of. Thank you so much to the gentlemen and young Spanish lady.

Went into this location and had Barbara & Quan help me out with a battery. There energy was amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable about there products. I was very pleased with there service. Definitely will be returning in the future.

I had the best service ever! My car battery was bad, and I had to get a jump from a coworker. Luckily, I made it home. I decided to go to Auto Zone. I want to thank Wisleen for helping me find a good car battery for my vehicle. I want to thank Jarman for helping me with car battery installation. I also want to thank Jason for helping me and suggesting to perform a battery test. Wisleen, Jarman, and Jason are amazing. I am definitely coming back here.

I was in a pickle! I bought a battery from another Autozone & they couldn t change it due to the weather. When I went back to have them exchange it, they wouldn t do it. I drove here and the lovely gentleman (Jermaine, Corey and Barnie) that worked there was able to resolve the issue and change out the battery! I was so grateful. I will definitely be making this my go-to Autozone

Quan T. is the TRUTH. I came to Autozone with a few issues and didn t know much about servicing my car. Quan T not only took the time out to fulfill all my requests but showed and explained to me each issue with a smile . Exemplary customer service. We need more Quan s out there. Thank you

Last week Thursday, I walked over to AutoZone from the car wash adjacent to it. I asked for help as my car wouldnt start and it kept showing a Driver Assistance Alert on my dashboard. The manager, Corey, he did not hesitate at all. He walked over and figured out it was my battery. He then went back to AutoZone, and drove over to me with a battery starter and gave my car a jump. I didn t purchase a new battery with him because mine was still under warranty. However, I was soooo appreciative of his willingness to help. Its because of him that I was able to make my late aunts funeral that day. Thank you Corey!!!!!!

The manager was rude to the employee that was trying to help me. I know that he was repeating something he told him early but his tone was just nasty I hope that it doesn t mess up the employees day.

Quan and another gentleman I think his name is DJ was really helpful on January 13,2024 it was 10 mins before closing and it was a race against time they were really helpful and got what I needed less than 5 minutes AutoZone needs more workers like them.

I went yesterday to buy a new battery for my car.. Jason take care of me and he was a perfect example of Excellent Customer Service. He went above his job to help me with my battery issues. Very patient and respectful. Corey did an amazing job too when He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite.. He made sure that my car was able to run and that it was safe to drive it. He gave me good advice and even suggested that if I have any car problem to come by to see if they can help me again. He was honestly concern about me and my car.. They even went as far as teaching me the installation process so that I am able to install them myself in the future. Both Jason and Corey, were extremely helpful and the customer service was beyond great. I am extremely happy with my experience. Thank you so much guys
