I came to AutoZone today because I had an issue with my car battery, Alex the store Manager saw me at the parking lot having problems to remove it and he told me he was going to test it for me and help me with the installation , I really appreciate his help because I am a doctor and I don t know anything about cars , I will be a loyalty customer and will recommend the store, thank you Alex and team .

Thank you very much to Elizabeth and Liz, I went to the store today because my battery died and I wanted to change it for a better quality one. Liz was very kind and suggested an option. The manager, Elizabeth, processed my return and I was able to leave very happy with a new and high-quality battery. The best customer service is given in this store. 1400 nw 27 ave

I was met with unhelpful and dismissive service from an employee named Juan. He refused to even check if they could assist with my request, stating flatly that we don t provide that service. Despite my attempts to seek further guidance or alternatives, Juan remained uncooperative. He declined to provide the store number or any additional reference when asked, offering only his name. This encounter left a clear impression that customer service was not his priority.

Alex store manager was very professional and very well informative over my vehicle even offer to assist installing my equipment and even to adjust the proper fluids that my vehicle safely require, outstanding job and definitely recommend for promotional leadership at the corporate level. I often come to this auto parts to buy my auto needs. Today I came in lost and needing some help with replacing my battery terminals. Wildly unhelpful and unprofessional.Came in twice to try and get a refund for a part Ino longer needed that was well within the return period (at most 3 weeks) one of the reps works in a tanktop with his stomach hanging out, the rest of the staff has a horrid attitude and refused both times, even with the manager, to accept the return and give me my refund. Kept shoving it off to process it online. Ive been shopping at different locations for years and this is the first one that was this unprofessional and unhelpful. Would never recommend this location to anyone

About two years ago, the manager of the store, Alex, helped out with a special order of a Odyssey Extreme AGM battery. The special order went flawlessly and - just as promised - I was notified the moment the battery arrived, in-store, for pick-up. It was as smooth as anyone could ask for.Fast forward a few years later: AGM batteries being AGM, the Odyssey decided that it would give up all the cranking amps it had this week, becoming incapable of turning the crank on a cold or warm start. As it was within the warranty period, we brought it back to this location.I was fully expecting the warranty procedure to be frustrating, as it par for the course with failed automotive parts. I'm delighted to say I've been proven very, very wrong.To our surprise, Alex was at the front counter; doubly surprising was that he remembered us and the special order Odyssey as if it were yesterday. Not only did he make it a point to handle the warranty replacement personally, the process was as smooth as a Swiss watch - within a few minutes, the replacement was queued up (like the original, the replacement also requires a special order) and everything was taken care of (good luck beating that with a warranty claim, Amazon!).I was also greatly impressed that there was no questioning the battery's failure. The CCA had dropped by half the normal output despite a 12.9V reading. We're all familiar with horror stories of other shops trying to avoid a legitimate warranty claim by focusing on voltage and dismissing the critical CCA performance, but that was never a problem here.Full credit to Alex for making the experience an excellent one and a textbook model for others to follow - including most luxury car dealerships, who could learn a thing or two from him!

Excellent customer service. Best AutoZone store in town. Went to buy windshield wipers for my son s car and the associate was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for, he went extra mile to explaining how to replace the part even offer to help. Tried to go to the store to ask if I can leave my vehicle overnight so it doesn t get towed, the rude old man saw me and told me they were closed when clearly it is 8:37pm and they closed at 9pm. So disrespectful so I called the store and a lady picked up and said closed and disconnected. I called more than 5x and no one could even hear me out. I m definitely calling corporate and complaining and showing these pictures as proof of the terrible staff they have.

I just got there and I'm really disappointed .. i've been waiting for 47'min because the lock key didn't appear and there they were like ( I can't find it) come on!! I'm really into cars and I buy all in autozone , the worst is there's is a autopart just in front of ... I hope you get betters but today 4 man 1 girl for nothing literally .. I even said thanks .. do you answer ? Them neither ... the worst autozone in Miami for long ...

432 I walked in the store...I can't tell his name because no one has name tags on..I was demanded to step in line when I walked in the store..very disrespectful staff..I asked to use the restroom and I was told we use the one across the street I'm sure he will remember who he told that too after I just spent 200$ on a battery I couldn't use the restroom and have a medical condition..I than watched another Hispanic customer walk out of the restroom..while I'm a white guy and wasn't treated equally..very disrespectful and disappointed in America..

I absolutely adore this store! The store manager, Alex, has an incredible knack for assembling an outstanding team. I want to extend my gratitude to Alex! Ivan was absolutely amazing! He not only helped me secure a new battery but also informed me about the remaining warranty on the old one. Ivan was incredibly helpful and friendly during the entire process of checking my old battery. I'll definitely be a regular customer here. I had a situation where I had to pull over to the nearest auto store, and once I arrived, they stopped what they were doing to help.
