Worst service ever, I bought a 2023 silverado 1500 duramax, at 2000 miles the truck started making noises in the rear suspension, I took the truck to the dealer at the beginning they said the noise was normal for any truck (I had a ram 1500 before and was quiet at all) the worst part was that they said "the sound is normal" even without a test drive so I had to make a complain with the service manager.He went with me to do a test drive as soon as he heard the noises he said we will check it and we call you back, after 3 days I had to go to the dealer again they never called me and for sure the extension number of the maintenance is unattended, they gave me the truck back and put me in a waiting list to replace the leaf spring of the driver side, 4 days later they called me to schedule a service to replace the affected piece, after one day the piece was replaced, the car was quiet and nice after 1000 miles later, the horrible noise came again, I had to go to the dealer and their response was, "we can not do anything GM said that noise will be normal and there is not any solution, so for them is normal that you bought a new car and you have to tolerate the noise like you are moving a box full of forks, such a shame in a new car an even worst the dealer service, that sound was not present when I did the test drive before make the purchase.I had to left my car 4 days more for a second review they didn't do anything more than play with my time, I had to picked up the truck because I was making my payments without use the car, and as a gift when I went to pick up the car the car had a scratch in the right front part of the bumper, what a nightmare with them.

Took my sister's car in because it had broken down. Saw Enrique about it and it was fixed in the same day! He kept us updated throughout the process and was flexible when it came to bringing the car in and picking it up. Highly recommend Enrique and this AutoNation!!

Was super nervous about my first car purchase. But Kevin and Jose were excellent Sales Associates! They walked me through the process offered great deals and customer service. I left with a 2024 Trax Activ and I m beyond satisfied and grateful for a wonderful experience.

My service at Auto Nation Doral is always a good experience. Carlos Brito is always welcoming and gets me checked in quickly. I feel my car is tended to quickly and carefully. I usually wait in the sitting area and watch TV while my car is serviced. The waiting area is clean and comfortable.

I was at the pump, early in the morning, ready to fill up my tank, when I discovered I couldn't open the tank door. I went to AutoNation Chevrolet Doral Service Center, there were other customers waiting for service so they asked me to leave my car. I asked for a loaner but they haven't one so they give me a ride to my home.In the afternoon I received a text message telling me to pick up my vehicle, but not telling me the status. I try to call the Service Center multiple times, but they never answered my call, I even call sales department to then be transferred to Service, but no one answered.I went, the next day, and after chasing couple of serving adviser I was able to get the status of my car, they couldn't fixed, the part needed for the repair is in back order without estimate time to deliver, so they send me home with the gas door open and told me not to close it because it wont be easy to open it again.It has been 2 weeks and still waiting for them to call me about part.I'm giving them 3 stars because their lack of communication and because it was impossible to get the status by phone.

These guys are the nicest and most patient and informative dealer. I used to take my Jeep next door and it was a ZOO. Now I only take my car here. They are fast and you can sit and have a nice lunch at the cafe as well as a cafecito while you wait. They even let me work in their lobby so I didn't have to miss work to have my car serviced.

Service has always been good here. And my new service agent doesn t disappoint. Quality information clear and consistent with what is on the invoice. My truck is stuck at the dealer for a few months still waiting a part. And Marcos has tried to help as much as possible. Even though nothing is resolved yet. They don t shy away from helping me. Super glad this is my home dealer.

I purchased my 2021 trailblazer from AutoNation and always had it service by the team. Lixaleth was great at communicating the work the team was doing. I was moving out of state and loved having the confidence that my car received the proper care that it needed to ensure a safe road trip. I ll miss the AutoNation Doral team.

Excellent service I received this Monday by Mr. Luis, I went to change the oil and check my car, he was the one who gave me his service and although I arrived 15 minutes late from my appointment I was attended immediately, this was my second visit the first was in the purchase of the car in which Mr. Pedro Morales assisted me and I left more than pleased and when I returned again my experience was the same, I appreciate your services

Got a new shifter for my Captiva. Service was completed and now I could get the ignition key out. Great but after the service, the center console had no background light or power. It took another trip to get it connected. Work was completed with no questions asked after the service manager supervisor got involved.

I live in another state and purchased my vehicle at Autonation in Doral. The salesman was good. The vehicle was as described.The finance people were horrible they would not call me so I could discuss the procedure and then every day they would send something else they needed all through the salesman.They did not understand the licensing requirements in another state so it was quite a runaround and also when I got there, there was only one key fob and they would not supply me with another.Not a good transaction at all.

Excellent! Customer service was friendly and very hands on, they paid great attention to detail. I let them know what I wanted, and in no time they had the vehicle directly in front of me! I test drove the vehicle, we did the paperwork and I was on my way!

The Service Center provides good service, but GM has serious problems with their parts. I had to replace both right front and left front window regulators a year apart 3-4 years ago, and the one on the right broke again - and this is a known problem. Shelling out $700+ per window every three years is ridiculous, so next time I will get rid of the Volt and go back to Toyota or perhaps try Tesla.

Worse experience with these service advisors! I had to sign paperwork for them to check my car and if it s not the issue stated in the special coverage letter they want to charge me $205 just to check it and takes 2 days. They didn t even want to provide me a loaner and I have 3 kids and need transportation. I called 1800 Chevy and they told me they should provide a loaner or reimburse me and the service advisor told me nope that the manager has to decide that. I have a certified ACE and GM mechanic tell me the issue I m having is coming from special coverage and the advisor was arguing with me it s not second dealer that does this. I had to ask him if he is a mechanic which of course service advisors are NOT mechanics they just push paperwork as he quickly told me the mechanic will check it out and tell me when I asked him if he is a mechanic. Had same experience in Bomnin Chevrolet West Kendall. Don t think I will ever buy another Chevy after this. Warranty sucks service advisors suck as well. I m so over it after this thinking of selling the truck after this mess

Management here are a bunch of liars and staff are crooks. Ladies especially, please read. I feel that they will try to take advantage of a woman when they see them coming in alone to service their vehicles. I've always taken my cars to this dealer for 20 years. As per a previous suggestion from them, I took my car in March to replace my breaks. Immediately when I speak to the service guy helping me, he tells me my tire threads are hitting yellow and I need new tires. I had just purchased new tires there less than 2 years ago/5k miles ago. I do my alignment, rotations, don't drive on highways and pretty much stay in my little circle as work and everything is all a mile from me. Impossible, I tell him, so he looks again after I insist that it can't be right or they swapped out my tires or something, and says, oh, you are right, they are ok.Alright then, so I spend ALL day there waiting for new break pads. Here's everything that happened. First, I get notified a few hours in that they installed the wrong pads by mistake and had to get the new ones. Ok, so I wait a few more hours. Then I get informed that while they were installing the correct pads, a line breaks, but they will replace free of charge. Ok... I had arrived at 9am and did not leave until 7pm. As I'm driving home, the road feels weird...like I'm going off-roading or something. I drive over a speedbump and it's like my car is hitting the ground. I can't take back the same day because I know they were closed. Next day, I miss work and take directly to dealer. I speak with the manager (John) and tell him my car did not do this when I brought it in. They look at it and tell me the struts are broken, and they will fix free of charge to me. I didn't even get a receipt or anything for this, but whatever, it was fixed. I did also notice that my breaks made a slight squeaking when breaking and reversing and told them, but they said it was normal. "Let them wear in". Ok... A month later I go back because one of my tire pressure sensors went out, so I go to replace all of them. I mentioned to the same service guy from March that the breaks are still squeaking and it's been a month. They look and give me some BS about me going "from a low grade tier to a mid grade tier" and it's normal, that I have to let them wear in. At this point I know it isn't normal, but I had an oil change scheduled with them the following month on memorial day (which I specifically asked twice if they were open that day) and figured I would address and push the issue of possibly having them replace the breaks again, but of course, I get an email a few days before memorial day stating my appointment was canceled due to them being closed that day. Amazing service!Over the summer, I've tried calling the manager several times, always told that I'd get a call back and nothing. My car squeaks incredibly loud when breaking and reversing. Pure metal on metal LOUD sound. Since I had to take my car elsewhere to get an oil change, I asked them to look at the breaks and they said it was on right, but what they placed are bad quality pads. I've also had a mechanic I know look at the breaks as well and he said my breaks were completely gone and I need new breaks ASAP. I told him the story and he told me he used to work at the same dealer and they tend to do this. Told him about the tires and he said they've swapped them out before on customers. Thinking back, I remember an oil change last year where they "cleaned" my tires and left them shiny (yet they didn't wash my car). I found it odd (as they've never done this) but nice as I figured it was a curtesy since I've been a long-time customer there. I'm pretty sure they probably did swap them out and "cleaned" them so I wouldn't notice. I will NEVER take my car back to them, or any other car in the future. This is partially my fault for just not going back sooner to complain, but honestly, at this point, I want nothing to do with them and do not want them touching my car even for free, in fear that they will break something else.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair
