I have been coming to this dealership since I got my Chevy Silverado in 2020. This last oil change was the best service so far. They understood my needs and worked around my work schedule so I could come and pick up the truck. I am grateful for the managers and their willingness to improve from feedback given and how they are always willing to listen to the customer. I will continue to come back as this experience has made me want to come back to give them my business.

Rahel my salesman and Joseph the sales manager took excellent care of me and my family. This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car and I would recommend them to anybody. I appreciate the level of respect and patience they had throughout the whole process. They were extremely professional and courteous. Everybody knows how stressful and time consuming buying a car is but if every experience was like this one then it wouldn t be such a bad thing. I don t usually fill these surveys out but it was a pleasure doing business with them that I am going to take time out of my day to do it and I look forward to sending them many recommendations.

Best car buying experience ever. Very stress and hassle free thanks to my sales consultant, Edwin and the team that works with him. I went in with the car I wanted in mind and my budget, test drove some options and they took care of everything else. I usually hate the care buying experience cause it can be a little overwhelming, especially as a female walking into a dealership on my own, but everyone went above and beyond to be as transparent as possible and had my best interest. Thanks again!

The worst customer service ever!! my car has been in the dealer for over a month. i drove there last week to find out my vehicle hasn't been completed because they don't have the tool needed to complete my vehicle. so not only i am paying for a vehicle i don't have they cant even give me an answer when it will be done. so much USA auto nation. what a disgrace. i have left a message in the main number for a supervisor not received a call as of yet. if i have to take this issue to the media Iwill. Shame on them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spoke to the GM Joseph & set an appointment with the appropriate sales person to make sure we got the best bargain possible! The experience was very smooth and was not rushed for the sale. Came back 3 months later after figuring out what vehicle we wanted to go with. I highly recommend Jorge he s easy going and understanding and willing to go above and beyond. We also worked with Victor the finance manager which went through all documents and different warranty options available. Highly recommend this dealer they really care & want to help you drive out with a new vehicle. Thanks AutoNation Chevy Doral

Huge congrats and thanks to Edwin on his professionalism and concierge customer service. He contacted me right away after submitting my inquiry for a 2023 Silverado 1500. He was able to meet me financially where it made sense for me. He was very respectful the entire time. Go see Edwin, you won t be disappointed and you will get what you want. Also, thanks to Michael in financing for the smooth process. I hope Edwin is still there when it is time for the next vehicle!

Eva , was the best. She answered the phone when no one else would. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond, to help us find the exact model we were looking for. We didn't find what we wanted that day, but 3 days later she found our exact model. She wasn't patient with my daughter (a first time buyer), and the finance team worked with us on the numbers and help getting her qualified.We will definitely be back for my wife's new car soon.

Very organized and clean service area. The waiting area is clean and has an appealing cafeteria with a good selection of treats to make the time fly by. All staff seemed professional and courteous. My vehicle was returned clean and road ready.

Out of all my car buying experiences, this one not only met my needs and wants but exceeded them. My sales person Luis Guevara was able to answer all my questions, negotiate princing and was responsive/available. I commuted from Orlando to Miami and had to head back for a wedding. Luis and the financing manager made sure everything was ready for me to sign, the car was ready. Over all 5 stars. I would give 10 if I could. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This is the absolute worst experience ever I've ever had. These people do not know what they're doing. They constantly hang up on you when they know they're wrong. I've had my vehicle for over a month and I continue to get the runaround when it comes to transferring my tag. They have me driving around with an expired temp tag and they refuse to issue another one. Honestly, do not go here. This review isn't out of anger, these people literally don't know what they are doing and you can barely understand them.

Without exception the worse experience, a deserving a zero star. from car dealer service department, General manager, and service No advisor Marcos Mirabal.I went for an oil change and tire rotation on 2/27, I notice 2 weeks after, they didn't install the wheels lock nut back on my rim.I went back with an appointment (only way to communicate with them), I explain the situation, they only show me a picture of a rim, with no wheel lock nut, and I ask for them to show me the video they took went I enter service, so can see if that picture belongs to my car, and they say nope.I only know that a simple task, like tire rotation can't be done in these place.Is no surprising many appointments are available.

I highly recommend doing business with AutoNation Chevrolet Doral In particular, I recommend asking for Henry Lorenzo as your sales advisor. You won't be disappointed. Henry was a pleasure to work with and he made buying a car from the dealership easy. My experience overall was enjoyable thanks to his commitment to excellent customer service, attention to detail and his quick replies to my texts or calls whenever I had questions along the way. I went in to see about getting a car to replace the old one I had. I was told to speak with Mykel and he was fabulous! He did not waste my time. He knew what I was looking for and let me know when the vehicle came into the lot. I went in, saw the car, and drove it off the lot when the financing was approved. I have to say this is the Disney World of car dealerships. Not only are you greeted and treated very well but they have a delicious and refreshing eatery right in the front of the place. I received fantastic service from everyone I encountered from the sales people all the way down to finance, it was overall one of the best car experiences I ve ever had
