Assurance Automotive is professional and trustworthy. I have brought many different cars to them since 2017. I recently brought in my '08 Volkswagen Eos to repaint and install a front and rear bumper I purchased to prepare for a car show where I received many compliments. If you are looking to repair or repaint body work, stop by and get an estimate on quality work.

I just had the front end and front passenger side front fender repaired of my Honda CRV by Alex and his team, and I have to commend them on the excellent job they did. I am thoroughly pleased with their work. Not only did they repair these items, but they also cleaned my car's exterior and interior. It was not expected, but it was totally appreciated.

My experience as a female going to get my work in my car has always been a struggle. Having to handle men always trying to take advantage of my situation anyway they can. But after almost completely giving up on my car cuz another mechanic messed it up, I met my mechanic David and he really helped me out. David's the best and would answer all my questions and actually would try and educate me and show me what was going on with my car. He worked hard on my car and brought her back from the dead! I really appreciate David s genuine energy and full transparency. If you need car repairs David is your guy!And a shout out to the whole team everyone was very friendly and overall service was amazing. I m happy to have found them.

Got a hold of Alex on the phone, the supposed owner, and immediately upon conversing about a minor rear bumper repair, Alex was extremely unprofessional in his speech, not attentive because he was ordering food at a drive through, and outright indifferent to closing a sale/service based off a robbery of an estimate. Their estimates are FAR too overpriced, and their reasoning for it is flimsy and questionable at most. Less than 2 minutes into the conversation, he was already saying I don t even want the work if it s starting like this. With that much indifference and outright laziness, I can t imagine the kind of shoddy work this automotive body shop performs. There are so many other body shops in the area that customer BEWARE of servicing your vehicle here.

Amazing service and very reliable! Highly recommend you to bring your car here for any car maintenance. Got my brakes changed (rotors and pads), got a tune up, new air filter, spark plugs, oil change and new tires. The car is running brand new. Great work and great customer service.

The best service I ve ever experienced in a automotive shop, they matched my paint perfectly and fixed my car super fast. I highly recommend assurance Automotive for any car needs from a crash to a tune up, they will get you right and they will treat you right

I got my rims painted and my brakes redone and they did a fantastic job! My car looks amazing and everyone was so helpful and efficient. The job took a couple days as expected and they even washed my car for me! Definitely coming back for all my car needs!

This is by far the worst body shop I have ever been to or heard of. I took my car for a final estimate, assisted with the process of getting started through the insurance company to expedite and help with the process. After several days of not having any updates I called and Alex informed me that they had sent the estimate out and were waiting for response. He also told me to pick up my car because it was inconvenient to have it there because they were going to take a few days off and that my insurance according to him was very slow to answer , not accurate because I had the adjuster ready and willing to help to close the case . After reaching out to my adjuster I confirmed that the said estimate was never sent out and went in person . There I was greeted by someone different who automatically told me that my insurance said they wouldn t cover anything but he didn t have any proof of such thing on paper or anywhere to show me . After contacting my initial contact who was Alex he said oh I don t know what to tell you you can take the car if you want . Horrible service , zero customer service skills and definitely a fraud to the clients . Be aware and do yourself the favor of taking your vehicle elsewhere . Do not trust this shop.

Assurance is the go to place for body work and mechanics. I ve taken multiple vehicles to both Alex and David, they do an amazing job and their pricing is fair and competitive. If you have mechanical issues or need some body work, this is definitely the place for your vehicle. Belkis the receptionist is also a pleasure to speak with.

I recently have had some pretty disappointing experiences over the last year with the dealership that sold me my car 7 years ago. So my brother referred me to John at Assurance Automotive. And I must say that he has gone above and beyond to help me with tires and other repairs that I've needed. He has been the most dependable mechanic that I have met in a very long time. Everyone that works here makes u feel welcome n have been so helpful. They offer anything u could need for ur car. And I do mean anything. I just call or text John and he makes time for me even though he may have other work going on, he takes the time to help. His prices are reasonable and I don't feel like I'm being ripped off or taken advantage of. I give this business a . It is so rare these days to find a company that is this great. So thank u to everyone especially John. I'm so glad I found u all. May God continue to bless u all. I won't go anywhere else as long as ur around.

took my car to get the bumper fixed after unknowingly getting hit, and they left my car looking better than before the hit. The best service, and the best people. You re in great hands with them every time. Not the first or last time I take my car to them. I know that every time the service and the job will be spectacular

So attentive to details, dates, schedules, needs. Excellent work, professional staff from beginning to end. Alex was an absolute pleasure to work with. Car looks intact! Love this place. Hope to not need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely call them!

Reliable and trustworthy! Last month after a car accident John was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and kept me up-to-date on the progress of repairs. I ve been going to them for the past two years and have done everything from replacing my tires to fixing a broken A/C. Extremely grateful for their professionalism and service to their customers!!

Excellent experience - this is hands down the best place to buy my tires from. Great experience from start to finish, extremely friendly staff. John the owner was so helpful and easy to work with. And the receptionist is so nice over the phone and in person.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. Alex and his team went above and beyond to take care of my car. They accommodated me quickly and had my car fully repaired and completely detailed inside and out in three days. They exceeded my expectations and have quickly become my go-to shop.

Took my car to get a shattered window replaced. And David was Amazing. He quicky took my info and gave me a quote. Next day in the morning i was at the shop, barely waited anything. My window was fixed super quick and came out awesome. All the staff was also super amiable.

John was so helpful! I had an unexpected break issue from being out of town and he and his team fixed everything so quickly and efficiently. And not to mention they were so kind the entire time.
