Am I glad that I came Allstate Custom Paint & Body! From the moment I came in, the service was excellent, from beginning to end. Yza provided quick and accurate service.. To whom worked on my car, the quality of their work was 10/10 - felt better than factory. Overall, do not hesitate to come in for a quote - they will not disappoint.

I highly recommend this body shop. My mother and aunt have taken their car multiple times and everyone has taken great care of her. They have all helped them throughout the entire process. My mom has always went to them very anxious and they have made her feel at home. We wouldn t take the car anywhere else. It s always truly a great experience and they do an amazing job at repairing the car.

This was my first time needing to find a body shop and I was terrified of even starting to look for a place. The first place I landed was Allstate and after talking to Paul, I felt at ease about the process and repair. They were always upfront and communicative about the repair and any work that needed to be added or removed from the initial estimate.When I saw the repair job they did, I was ecstatic. It looked better than new. They even washed and fixed up little scratches that were not part of the accident damage. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a body shop.

My experience with Allstate has been exceptional! The results have been consistent throughout my many years as a client. I have taken many vehicles for repair to include Porsche, Maserati, Mercedes Benz, SUV's, you name it. I trust the high quality work that Allstate invest in their body work for repairs. I was surprised to see that Allstate actually carry the factory paint for Ferrari when I had my Maserati front end bumper painted. I did not report the front end damage to my insurance because it was less expensive to have it repaired with Allstate and paid out of pocket. Here is a fact, Lenny my dear old friend is considered to be the leading authority in auto repair in the industry, I have known Lenny since 1998. Lenny is greatly missed and his wife Yrza is now the owner. I commend Yrza for maintaining the continuous high standard of quality service, results orientated, that Allstate invest in day in day out. You will be treated like Family. In short, Allstate is the place to go without any hesitations.

Their work is immaculate. No lie, it s even better than my factory. I have a ruby red car and they got the color spot on unlike the other 2 shops who messed up 4 times. And they communicate with you all the time for concerns or update. Honestly I m very pleased with the service and quality.

I recently took my girlfriends car in for some body work and dealt with Paul Aaron, one of the managers. He was professional, informative, kept me updated and delivered on everything he promised. The results: the work was immaculate and the price was excellent. I highly recommend this spot. The vehicle looked brand new. That front bumper was crushed. Not anymore! Can t recommend this place enough.

I don t have enough good things to say about this place. I had a perforation through the side and a massive dent in the side of my white Mercedes. The dealership s quote was around $5k. At Allstate it was fixed beautifully at a quarter of the dealership price with a guaranty for as long as I own the car. It s hard to find trustworthy garages in Miami and after my experience I don t think I will have to look for another garage ever again!

They truly went above and beyond with my 2021 Mazda 6. They made it look brand new like it came off the lot. Whenever I had any questions or concerns they helped me out and addressed it. Thank you everyone there, especially Isa and Ray!

Go here! Best body shop ever. I was probably very annoying, but the staff made me feel comfortable and confident my car would be just fine. Don't be shy to ask and call for anything. Yza and Paul know what they're doing. Your car will be in good hands.

Had to bring my car in to get some body work done, and after a very scary accident and horrible service from my insurance company, the service I received here was absolutely WONDERFUL. I worked with Isa, she made this process so easy for me and was so caring and helpful, especially dealing with the supplemental charges my car was going to need since the estimate my insurance sent over was a joke. She kept me updated on the timeline for the car, and everything was done when she said it would be. The work done was great, my car looks amazing, and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for everything!!!

I can't say enough great things about Allstate Custom Paint and Body! I unfortunately had a scratch on the back bumper of my Mazda CX-5 that seemed to have been the result of a weed whacker or some gardening tool. I brought my car into Allstate in July 2020 and had a super positive experience from the moment I walked in. I was met with friendly service and given a quote promptly. The price was fair and much better compared to other quotes I received. I brought my car back the next morning and they had it returned me by the next afternoon. My car was even washed when I picked it up. Honestly, wow! They were friendly, honest, and did a bang up job. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any auto paint work. I hope I don't have to visit again (lol), but know who I will come see if I need to. Thank you so much to the whole team at Allstate! :)Service: Painting

The owner and staff of this body shop are hands down the best in the Miami area. They helped me so much during a difficult situation after I had damaged my car. Their knowledge of body work and insurance companies helped me out so much during the whole process of getting my car fixed. The car came out even better than before I damaged it and I had no stress at all along the way. And they saved me $ also. The professionalism and customer service at Allstate Custom Paint and Body is unparalleled! They re a true gem and saving grace when it came to repairing my vehicle after I had been involved in an accident. Their transparency and attention to detail cannot be ignored. By far the best body shop in Miami!!! I have been using them for years and I have had multiple cars fixed with them this is the only place I trust. The work they do here is so good you will never notice they worked on your car, looks identical as when the car left the dealer. The customer service here is outstanding and effortless with all employees, they treat you like part of the family and have ur best interest in mind, they always try to help you as much as possible and that in itself if priceless! Insanely excellent customer service. They walked me through everything from the estimate to how to repairing my car. I had never been in a accident and didn t know the how to maximize my repairs, they walked me through the entire process, even the diminished value claim. The guys are very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The job done is of the highest quality. It will never look new like from the dealership, but it still looks very new. I am very pleased and happy with the service and quality provided by Allstate Custom Paint &�Body and will definitely be recommending to friends.Thanks for everything!

My mother recently got into a car accident and we had no idea what body shop to take the car in for the repairs. So.. of course we did what we all do best we googled. By my surprise the shop was only less than 10 minutes away from our home. I had driven by it plenty of times and never knew it was there. I read all the reviews and all the reviews were great. Wow! Everyone was correct. Great customer service. Every detail was explained to us thoroughly, and they called me to keep me informed as to what was being done to the car. The repair was fantastic. I was very satisfied with the job. I recommend Allstate to anyone specially women. Ladies trust me, this shop is an honest shop and you will be treated fairly with professionalism.

I highly recommend Allstate for any custom paint and body work your vehicle might need. I have taken my Honda Accord to them a few times, and they have always done a great job. The two ladies in the front office that I have always dealt with are phenomenal and very attentive. I could not be happier with their quality of work and customer service. I will continue to use their services in the future and recommend everyone I know.

Excellent service !My car was damaged in an accident and when my insurance asked me what body shop to use I eagerly suggested Allstate. I used them a few years ago and received excellent service ! .Once again Allstate Custom Paint & Body did not disappoint. Excellent service from Ysa and Lenny as they explained very thoroughly what needed to be done . They treated us like family. Very professional! We received regular updates and when the car finished it looked like a new vehicle , better than before ! Thank you !
