All Florida Paint and Body is the best place you can take your car to. They are very respectful, professional and my car was ready on the same day I was told it would be ready for. The repair and paint done to my car is perfect. I strongly recommend taking your car here. You won t be disappointed. Thank you All Florida!

I took my car to be re-paired for second time, at ALL FLORIDA COLLITION SPECIALIST 4500 SW 71st Ave, Miami, FL 33155, because the first time the repair was not done as it should be. I was promised to have my car back on Tuesday after 6pm. This guy by the.name Danny lied to me I as am a child, no car was delivered. This shop denied me a rental car because this repair will take no more that 2 days. This shop is not serious, don't do what they say.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR LIES AND PROMISES THAT ARE NOT CAPABLE TO DELIVER, AND FOR THE QUALITY OF CAR REPAIRS.

A lot of body shops get a bad rap for their lack of customer service, but All Florida Collision is the exception to the rule. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by the staff, here. Their team did a great job with my truck. They also looked out for me with any issues I had in renting a vehicle and made sure that I wouldn't be stranded. Although, they keep great hours of operation, you should check in with them to make sure, just in case it's fishing season. I took my car in after I was broadsided and GEICO recommended All Florida Collision. Fernando (who works up front) greeted me and reassured that they will do a great job on my car. I was willing to have them work on it for as long as they needed, and it was worth it! You can't even tell that anything happened, the car looks as good as new! You can tell that they take pride in their work, and they gave a high degree of professionalism (based on all the help Fernando gave me). I highly recommend them for your collision needs!

I took my car to be repaired due to an accident I had, my experience was very good, they were very precise with the delivery, professional and pleasant, after a few days I took it back because the A/C was not working, in less than half hour they solved it for me, very grateful for their actions, 100% recommended.

I was involved in an accident on the highway a few weeks back and the stress behind it was horrible. I was recommended to All Florida Collision and let me tell you, the least stressful part was having my repairs done at this shop. The team here did a terrific job, they were super knowledgable with the entire A-Z service. They helped with my claim and walked me through the process, they got me into a rental, and turned over my truck super quick and even better than when I took it off the lot. I am very, very happy with their service and would a million times recommend them. 5 STARS!!!! Thank you guys so much for everything!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

All Florida Collision is the best shop in town. I was VERY upset when my brand new Range Rover sport was rear-ended. Thankfully, the team at All Florida left it better than brand new. Their attention to detail is like no other. This team is so meticulous and makes sure every tiny detail is impeccable. I couldn t be happier! I highly recommend them for all repairs, from small dents to major accidents. If you want your vehicle to turn out better than ever, take it here. I am so grateful for their excellent work. I recently took my car to All Florida Collision Specialists and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the staff. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in answering all of my questions and concerns about the repairs needed for my vehicle.The technicians at the body shop were experts in their trade and provided exceptional workmanship with attention to detail. The repair process was smooth, efficient, and timely. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, which took a lot of the stress out of the situation for me.What really stood out for me was the level of care they showed for my car. I needed a door panel repaired. I coordinated the shop with my insurance company, Progressive. The repair, from the time the car was dropped off, until it was ready, was supposed to be nine days. It took the shop over a month to repair the door panel. I reviewed all the emails between the insurance company and the bodyshop. It was clear that the shop delayed the repair, for no justifiable reason. I was then obligated to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a car rental that went over the 30 day limit! The responsibility falls squarely on All Florida Collision. While I had good experience with this shop before, and in fact recommended to Progressive to use them, I will never , ever recommend this shop to anyone again. They are simply not honest about their delay and refused to make any minor restitution to correct their mistake. use an authorized bodyshop for any insured car repair. You won't get burned for hundreds of dollars due to All Florida Collisions incompetence.

I ve been in South Florida most of my life and I have been to a few body shops in the past that never treated me like family. From the moment I walked in to All Florida Collision I was greeted and immediately reassured that I was in good hands. I was given a written quote and after I said yes to the job, they took it from there. I was told the job would take 5-7 days and I got the call on day five. My Suburban was ready for pick up. Happy to have my truck back looking like new. I would recommend All Florida Collision Specialists to anyone looking for a job done right and support a family owned and ran business. My impression is that this shop can do almost any kind of body work and do it so that it looks like new. Someone ran into our 2018 Honda Accord and was ticketed for illegal lane change. GEICO, our insurer, works with this shop and has an office on the premises, so it was a breeze to schedule an appointment with Fernando and his assistant Lexi, drop off the car, and exchange it for a rental conveniently provided by Patrick with Enterprise. Although we were told to expect 10-14 days for the repair, especially with supply chain delays, we were pleasantly surprised to get the car back looking clean and beautiful after barely a week. We couldn't have asked for more. A GREAT team!As an aside, I had gone past this place for years, driving to my wonderful car repair shop, Japanese Auto Care South, which is just a block away around the corner. I figured All Florida Collision Specialists was nothing special, but they're excellent. Although I hope to never have to use them again, unlike my car repair shop, it's good to know they're there and reliable, and of course I would use them again if I need any body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

The excellence in fast work, updating clients on the status of where the work is standing, and finalization of how my car looked, I was completely happy. They care for their job. When I saw my beautiful car I didn't recognize it of how.beautiful it looked. I was even saying to myself look at that car they are bringing out, I wish mine looks like this, and then I realized it was my beautiful car, the car I had bought but just too beautiful. These people are excellent especially that sweet lady that knows more of cars that those good people that work there.

This place has been super helpful especially helping me with my rental car issues even though it s not their responsibility. Lex (I believe is her name) has been super nice and helpful from the moment I dropped off my car and this other guy I didn t know his name but he works closely with Lex I believe has been super helpful considering that enterprise hasn t been much help at all. So thank you all for your help!

I recently took my car to the All Florida Collision group and they have exceeded my expectations !! They were fast and efficient , I personally dealt with Fernando one to one and he s amazing..would definitely recommend for your car troubles.

I am very satisfied with this shop. The customer service is absolutely amazing! I brought my Corolla to get fixed on Monday, and by Thursday it was ready to be picked up. The fact that they have a Enterprise employee on sight was a plus, and made the rental process a lot smoother. The staff was very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommended this location to anyone in need of any vehicle repairs. Thank you All Florida Collision Specialists, you guys did a awesome job and my vehicle is in perfect condition!

I went to all Florida collision for my car troubles and they exceeded my expectations. They reassured me of my cars upkeep while in the shop as well as continuous updates on the car progress and how it was coming along. I was in touch with a young lady named Bryanna which was excellent and answered all my questions with quality customer service and patience. I would recommend All Florida Collision to anyone having vehicle concerns . Honest, thorough, friendly and beautiful work. I could go on and on. They repaired my 2018 Mercedes and it looked brand new when they were finished. Even the inside looked great! I had an accident and I took it here to get it repaired and they told me it would take a week to get it fixed and instead they called me the next day I dropped it off to let me know it was already ready. Super professional and super quick. 100% recommend.

Honestly I thought this place would be good from the reviews. But here we go. First they told me 10 business days and it turned into 14 business days. I didn't get a call until day 13 an hour before they closed. And they didn't leave a message. There was no updates from them directly. Only from the adjusters from the car insurance. Everytime I called no answer and couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. I just wanted updates. And if they needed more time a heads up would have been nice.

This body shop has awesome service, I am giving five stars because Fernando and his team was very professional. From the moment I called he was kind, informative and honest, they fixed damage the driver door, the work looks perfect , that finished right on time. if you need body works on your vehicle or detailing I highly recommend this crew. Great service
