I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS & HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH YOUR MERCHANDISE. BUT I DO FEEL A LITTLE DISTURBED WITH A COUPLE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WHO ARE TOTALLY NON WELCOMING. THEY ARE VERY COLD & NON RESPONSIVE TO MYSELF AS A CUSTOMER OF AGE WHO COUNTS ON THEIR HELP. OTHER THAN THAT GREAT PARKING, CLEAN, WELLORGANIZED

Horrible serviceI went to get my battery checked in this store and they told me that the machine was not working, I mean they don't have another machine and be more nicerBUT I went to 8 st close and they help me right away

The people they have working there, are great. Very good customer service. Wish they would be more competitive on there oils. The Oils at the advance stores are much more expensive than other auto parts in the area...

There is one employee who doesn t know anything about anything and no manager. Incredible! Save yourself the headache and go to another location.

Today I was replacing my battery at the Bird Road and 137th AVE store when an employee from this location (Alina Valencia) scream at me because according to her I parked incorrectly. She was rude and disrespectful to a paying customer who just spent over $240 to replace a battery.

I have 10 batteries all ready purchased during my almost 15 years buying in this place, fist time the new people are unprofessional and don t care about the customers, even say thank you

Very bad customer service. I went to replace a bad battery I had from you guys and I have to come back 2 times to have my battery replaced. The employees there, they dont even say HI. I had to replace the battery myself. It looks the promo you have on TV the you guys put the battery for me in the car is fake. I had to do it myself. Thanks god I know how to do it. Every time I go to this is store. Customer service is worst. No reason at all to come back anymore to a store like this and the manager has no idea how to deal with customer. (very bad customer service)

I don't require my ring to be kissed or be fawned over by employees but as a paying customer it's not asking for too much to be acknowledged by the guy checking me out rather than chatting with his buddies and their dog. Don't think it's asking for too much from Dariel.

Very helpful staff, I literally walked in with a burnt out headlight bulb in my hand and a gentleman walked up, grabbed it out of my hand and started looking for a new replacement pack. He asked me which I would prefer and discussed the options/advantages/disadvantages of each option before I chose one. I was literally under 3 minutes in there. Great experience!

Went to purchase a new battery for my vehicle yesterday and when I asked about the credit for the exchange of batteries, the worker said he applied it. When I looked at my receipt, there was no credit applied. I got the credit but only AFTER I inquired about it. $23 is a lot of money to overlook. This location needs to stay up on making customers happy or their business is going to suffer if any customer feels like their being ripped off.

This is a good store but the price are a little higher than what you can buy in Amazon, I am talking about the same product and the difference in price is like 10 dollars or sometimes more. I will say sometimes this store have products with lower prices than Amazon. The best Advice I will go is go to the store and also check in Amazon. Overall nice store and a great team.

The worst customer service ever. I bought a battery for my car some time ago and the battery was running out of charge, and I had to jump start my car a couple of times. I went there to claim for the warranty. They tested my battery and said "it was not fully charged" and that I have to leave my battery there for slow charging for 4 hours. I could not do that and left the place. The day after I had to jump start my car again and then I went to a garage to have my alternator checked. It turned out my alternator was fine and the garage guy tested my battery and the result was "need replacement". So I went again to this Advance Auto Parts to claim for the warranty. They denied to replace my battery and just want me to leave it there for a slow charging, which again I could not do it. The beard guy treated me so badly and I feel he was very defiant. We were discussing outside and did not want to replace my battery, so he left and told me "when you decide to charge your battery let me know", he gave me his back and left me there. I was so frustrated. Then I went to another Advance Auto Part. What a difference! They tested my battery which resulted in "need replacement", they replaced it, gave me a couple of complimentary antisulfide rings for my battery and were so nice. What a difference story. If you the owner ever read this, and are interested in knowing the details, let me know. You should talk to your team.

David Samchez was the Best! The man explained absolutely everything while he changed my battery told me the battery I had was not the appropriate one because my battery is in the cabin. The man was amazing. Thank you David!! And thank you AAP fpr hiring him.

Staff is very helpful. Inventory is a tad limited. I give it 5 stars because they honored theyre batteries warranty without a hassle. I didnt have the receipt either. Only the phone number.

Quick, friendly services and a reasonable price. The parking space and the area is covenient. It is secluded from the rest of the shopping center and has a relatively decent sized parking lot in case you need an installation or tests done on your vehicle.

Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere like autozone. They treat there customers with respect. I stood in line for 30 minutes because I needed a diagnostic testing and was willing to buy the parts right after. Guy keep brushing me off because it's a free service and I don't matter apparently. Don't waste your time at this store. Had better experience at the 8th street location. Or better yet go to autozone.

I am a customer from years at this store never had any problem . i came to replace my battery under warranty and this manager ( Andy ) stater giving me excuses to not replace my bad battery . Andy was very rude with me . i will not recommend this store any more.
