Customer service was not helpful. I had purchased a battery for my keys and needed help replacing it. No one knew how to switch it. After watching a YouTube video how to switch it it just wouldn t turn my car on. I asked a man for help and he said well it should work it s the same battery then walked away. I was inside trying to fix it myself for 15 minutes while they were just watching me struggle.

Literally had the worst experience ever. Rude staff, very unhelpful. They target women that they think have no knowledge. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I never had a worse experience at an auto store in my WHOLE life. Don t come here

Supper helpful. Great customer. It's hard when you have no idea of what's going on with your car and then you walk into Advance Auto Parts and it's personnel goes beyond limits to help you and to ease your worries. It happened to me and I am grateful to the staff of this particular store. Thank you so very much for your help and support.

I cannot believe how fast my online order today got too my house. It was 55 minutes from the time I placed the order until my doorbell rang.I was actually shocked and pleasantly surprised. A nice lady with a big smile was here With my seafoam spray cleaner in a flash with a free delivery! I am impressed with your delivery service as this was the first time I ever used it. It certainly won t be the last. This is customer service at its finest. Good job people.

I visit this auto parts store 2 or 3 times a week. Lately the prices have been increased on a lot of the items since they see that they are selling out they they doubled prices on things like R134A they replaced the whole lineup of hand tools and brought another brand and increased the prices almost double as well

i drove 40 minutes in the rain to get a part for my daily driver on the weekend that i needed to fix so on MONDAY i could go to work, STAFF asked me to step out because i had forgotten my mask at home, i was covering my face with a cloth at the time but i needed an OEM mask, funny since they sell only OE Replica B.S, i used to come to this store all the time for tools, you will never see my face here again, i understand you want to follow protocol or whatnot for this government hoax with the virus but you forgot your kindness and humility on the process of it, and how not facilitating a component for a car can affect someones life. Staff could have come outside and asked me what i needed, staff could have tried to help me out in any other way but it was an instant NO MASK NO SERVICE type of deal, even though I WAS ALREADY INSIDE THE STORE TALKING TO THEM.

Today I was eating with my wife at a restaurant and to my surprise my car didn t Start, I have left the lights on and drained the battery, I didn t have a way to get my car towed to any shop, let alone time and money consuming that it is. I googled near places that sell batteries, I called the Advance on 40 st and 137th av and quoted a price, I walk and got the battery and was helped by yoany wich when he realized that I was walking offered to go where I was park and install the battery ( free of charge )he took the battery and met my wife at the restaurant and cleaned the terminals and installed,and drove back following my wife to make sure she was ok.At the store he ran a complete diagnostic of my car, starter, battery and alternator. At this moment I thought great now he is going to tell me that I need to change everything boy if I was wrong. Not only I got the peace of mind knowing that it was just the battery, but I was treated with kindness and professionalism rare seen it, at the end I wanted to give him something for all his help and he told me knowing that you are satisfied it s my compensation Last thing I wanted to do it s call the manager and thank him personally for having employees that go the extra mile. To my surprise I was being helpBy the gen�ral manager of that shop.Thanks again and keep up the good work. You have my business form now on .

Their products are fine, but has some of the worst order fulfillment I've seen. Employees are generally nice and help with your car in the moment, but all Advance Auto Parts I've ever ordered online from, never have the parts ready when I arrive, or when the website says it'll be ready. And if you need to order a part to the store, do yourself a favor and order online from another supplier. They never call customers to tell them their parts have arrived even if they have your contact info. Am I supposed to call every day for a week to check it the part came in? I don't know if this is a company system issue or just per store basis.

I have a love/hate relationship with this store. Its relatively close to my house and has a good selection of parts and accessories, BUT service is hit or miss. Mostly miss. I've been here when the store has been empty, save for 1 or 2 other customers, but there's only one person at the counter and they're busy helping the customer find a part. All I want to do is pay for something I grabbed, but there's no one else around to man the registers. A simple 30 second transaction turns into a 5 - 10 minute wait. Other times there's a big backlog of customers being held up by someone looking up parts. Why they don't have someone manning the register for payments only is beyond me. Haven't really dealt with the staff (I usually buy online, pick up in store to save a few bucks), but one of their guys was super helpful and polite one time when I took an alternator for testing.

Worst service ever! I would give them zero stars. I recommend that you don't go to this auto parts ever. The manager treats the customers super bad. I went yesterday for my battery because it was giving me problems and they told me that I needed to charge it. Instead of them coming to take the battery out of the car to put it to charge, they made me do it. They told me it would take a while so I went home to wait. Theh never called me or anything so when I went back they told me that the battery was damaged and that I needed a new one. So I bought a new one and the guy still didnt assist me. He made me put the new batter back in the car. It was horrible. The guys excuse was that they were about to close so he couldnt put the battery back in the car. I'm telling you don't go to this auto parts. Everyone there should be fired. My complaint won't end here because I will take it up to the corporate office.

Very good people they were knowable and quick to help me..the parking lot is to small have to be very careful when parking to avoid One of those people that don't care and just hit your vehicle

This is the worst experience ive ever had anywhere. This company stick by their policies ignoring customer needs and common sense. It is a shame that someone like me sick at the time of my experience and within my rights had to go tjru such uggly ordeal. I even spoke with the corporate office with a lady by the name of Jennifer and that didn't help either im now waiting for the distric manager to call me to see if my concern gets heard. It is a disgrace, after this ordeal im never buying anything there ever again.

This store always, has the worst customer service out of any auto parts store I've been to in Miami. It has plenty of staff but there is no guidance on how to properly manage customers. You have 1 person at the counter and there are 4 employees in the store. You'll have 1 idiot pickup the ringing phone infront of you and look up a part for the customer on the phone but not take 1 minute to charge the customer standing right infront of them. I mean seriously what is the point of the other 3 people working in the store conversating in the back. Employees have attitudes, are non nonchalant and the parking at this store is horrible as well. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Very quick and efficient service! Carlos became my hero! He was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot and pinpoint a battery problem that no one else could find! Highly recommended!

Worst customer service i've ever seen. There were 5 guys just walking around and the one that we ask for service told us that he didnt know what was the part that we were looking for. So we just stay there and nothing else happen. We wait like 5 minutus and walk away with no service.

Bad i was on hold for 30 minutes and drove from jackson mmorial hospiral to the store and still was on hold., today i went to the store and nobody came to help they eere drinking coffe oor who knows what but they took too long to attend costomers.

I went to store number 3980 for a simple back tail lightbulb and they did not have it told me to call the dealer, not even called another store to see if maybe they have it. Staff is horrible trust me don t go and save yourself a headache

Slow and long lines every time I come, I typically put up with it, until today. I got there 1 minute before closing, I'm literally opening the door and the employee sprints, shuts and locks it. Told the guy I needed one thing (white plastidip) and said sorry, shrugged then left. Terrible customer service, you just lost a weekly customer.

Brought a shifter knob to replace the one that came with the car, not what I expected so I decided to return it and was told I could not return it, because it was not in the original condition. Everything was in the packet it was just not put in nicely and I had the receipt, but was told no regardless. A $12 dollar return is costing them a customer who purchases a lot in this location, I will now go else where for my auto needs, the money is not the issue, it s the lack of customer service that is costing them a customer. I walked out and tossed the shifter knob into the trash right in front of the store. A little bit of customer service goes a long way!
