Went there last week to get a diagnostic. The lady who works there during opening hours is incredibly helpful and kind. Would recommend giving her a raise for going above and beyond.

Edgar and Kecia were absolutely excellent! I was having a little trouble with my car and they were so patient and helpful and didn t judge me. Edgar even taught me a few things! Kecia was incredible pleasant. I will definitely return to this location because of the excellent service I received. Thank you to the wonderful staff for helping me!

I went to this store today and received the best customer service, came here because i was at another location, and it wasnt so great.. so i came to this one, im glad I did because Edgar knows exactly what hes doing. Will definitely come back !!!!!

Employee training missing. Veteran employees I am sorry, but customers are always right and customers are looking for helpful advice. The Caucasian guy dropped the ball @ 183rd Street & 27th Avenue store location and I'm here every other week. SAD!

Awesome customer service everytime!!! Got me exactly what I needed for my full synthetic oil change bundle. Super satisfied with their knowledge and know how here. Next puchase, cvt fluid change. Keep up the great work

I will never go in this store again after waiting 10 minutes for this lady doesn't speak English and I have to wait for some guy to finish on the phone. This is unacceptable, he was nice but the bad impression has been left.

Came here today for a check engine light and Evelyn checked it out, gave me the code, found the sensor that I needed to buy and solved my problem in less than 5 mins. Quick in and out . Evelyn turned my bad day into a good day . Thank you!!

Waited 21 mins the guy puts me on hold. I changed up and call back the lady hangs up the phone after I explained how long I was waiting , now this is 27th ave I live directly in back of them so am walking inside on the phone the shop is literally empty and am still on hold whokes there in here running there mouths and walking up and down , a gentleman ask if I needs help then realized am on the phone as he asking me because he hates herself speaking just foolishness

The young tall guy there was very very helpful I forgot his name but he was charging my battery and it was working with the most raggedy as bad battery charger that was but he still made it happen I think they should get them guys some new stuff down there to work with

There is a employee there he name is Edgar he always gives bad customer service he never knows nothing all the time I've gone there he always gots a attitude problem never knows nothing is like he hates his job

Bought a replacement car battery here once. Staff was attentive and helpful. They helped find the right battery for my car and helped with the installation and disposal of my old battery.

Very rude and nasty customer service in particular this dude who works there EDGAR he literally scares customers away to Johnny auto parts or to autozone auto parts the one in 79 street this employee is real nasty and rude
