I bought an ac blower for my ram 1500 and the first blower they gave me never turned on. I went back the same day and got the warranty one, this one would shut off by itself. I took it to my mechanic and he said it was the blower. I put the factory one back that was noisy which was the reason I changed it and it worked perfect. They do not want to refund me. They just want to keep on giving me warranty

I messed up my Infiniti and Alexander came to the rescue with his recommended products to remove some scratches. Very helpful and sweet! 10/10 service, 10/10 car guy, 10/10 bestie!

Store manager Yader very unprofessional. Was my first visiting this store and I won't ever go there again he doesn't have any customer service skills very rude and nasty person.

Nora G was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL and nice . She helped me find the exact product I was looking for and helped me with a coupon so I was able to save money on my purchase. This person deserves a promotion and I will always be a returning customer :) very satisfied and happy with my shopping experience today.

Attentive staff, but the register line is long, depending on the customers in front of you. Prices are ok, but if you have a big box store membership, I recommend checking prices there first, especially for car batteries (huge price difference). There is plenty of parking, but sometimes mechanic work is completed on the property. Staff will assist with battery check, wiper blade change, etc.

I was impressed and happy when the store manager to the staff treated me like a person and not Miami naughty style. Miami is famous for businesses not caring about customers, but this store is on a league of its own. Yader, you are a true gentleman and you give a darn about your customer's needs. I do recommend this store for everyone to have the same experience as I did.

Went to get some wipers for my BMW my size was not un stock and as I was getting To my car the mngr. Of that location asked me to wait, I waited and he took a little time but drove out with the wipers that he looked for in the back that is full of supplies. I was ver impressed for all he went through.as I drove out started pouring totally prevented me having an accident. Thanks Auto Advance

I would like thank Enrique who helped us getting the perfect battery for my 2017 Mazda 6. Not only that. He took the time to install it for us as well. He interacts well with customers. It was also a very quick and easy service. Date of service Aug 20,2021. Thank you again.

I needed a battery so I could continue working my route. Maribel was able to find the correct battery for my car and installed it herself, great job. I will definitely come here again for the great service. Maribel you are awesome.

Very helpful lady knew the products I was looking for and had others options that wasn't displayed in the aisle she took me to the back and had the exact size hose clamp i needed for my application i was using thank you.

Waiting too long. This place needs one more person. they usually have one person tied up with an idiot looking for a part and the other person is tied up on the other register working a return with another idiot, mean while the line gets longer. I've never seen more then two employees at the front. if your looking to grab a quick item.....forget it. NOT HERE.

Decent service, the prices are a bit higher than online stores but that's true to almost any product out there. The convinient part is that you get to walk out with you product instead of waiting for them to arrive and theuy also sell from name brands as opposed to "Chinese/Mickey Mouse" products.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. I went at exactly 8:00 P.M. today(Tuesday) and they had the doors locked even though the sign clearly said they close at 9. The guy signaled us that they were close. This store seriously needs some supervision.

Went to this advance auto first to have my check engine light scanned to buy parts to fix my car. I was told that their scanner was broken and the new one is on order. They suggested the advance 2 min away. When i arrived they immediately told me that their scanner is also broken and on order.I don't suggest going here for much help.I'll be writing the same review on their page as well.
