Kathy was amazing! She was incredibly kind and helpful! I'm terrible with figuring out the parts for my car and I had several lights out. She quickly looked them up and even grabbed them for me and wrote down where which light is meant to go! I'm so grateful for her help! The store has everything I needed and Kathy made it even better. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Came here to buy a battery. I was speaking with the attendant asking for an Optima battery and as I go to look at what was available on the shelf someone walks up behind me asking for a battery test then I am asked to wait for him to finish. I had an auto craft battery I bought here I was trying to replace that lasted 3 years only. So poor supplies and poor customer service. Went to Autozone instead.

The worst experience , do not go to advance auto parts go anywhere eles except to advance they do not hold accountability for there wrong doings they only cover each other's back to protect there job.pure. corruptionDo not waste your time going here I regret the moment I enter the store.Case #3725070Store manager is a complete liar and lied about everything.

I stopped by Advance Auto Parts to pick up a few items I needed for my new car. Yoandri was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and was able to help guide me through the purchase.

The staff here is super professional. Last visit there one guy took care of about 6 customers at the same time with the same level of care, and I think he installed a battery while I was there. Amazing, wish I got his name. His manager needs to know he's doing a great job.

Super fast service! Took an Uber there to pick up an air pump, paid, and was out in under a minute to get back into the Uber!

Katherine and her staff were knowledgeable, helpful, sweet, and friendly. Exceeded my expectations. Went in to replace my wiper blades and they were quick and sooo helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful team here! Luis kindly came outside and tested my battery to see if it needed to be changed out with a new one after having to jump start it this morning. He showed me all of the diagnostic results and I didn t need to buy anything at all. Although I didn t need to spend any money, I was grateful for his kindness and honest assistance!

This is a small store but they have a lot of merchandise, the service is quick and friendly. The staff very helpful. Its Like the saying good things come from small places. Highly recommend coming here.

What shines through the oil and grease of this place are the employees. They make every task involving my car simpler just by being there. On this particular day, I came to buy windshield wipers for my car. After looking up my car's year/make/model the employee came out from behind the counter to help me look for the brand wiper I wanted. Then, after paying, he came out with me to help me change them, like a friend would. These guys know customer service. And I'll be glad to come back again.

I have a cheap car, easy to work on, but they still installed my battery for me, and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. These guys are great.

Excellent customer service. They are patient and care about your problems. They replaced my battery, installation was free, checked battery before replacing. The team is kind and it's very refreshing for MIAMI

Great selection of items. From bulbs to filters. The system they have is thorough and accurate. It's a breeze to find and buy what you need. Employees are also very helpful if you need it.

If you like your autoparts advanced, this is THE place for you. The freshest air-fresheners and the slickest grease. You might wanna skip out if you have a heart condition or get overly excited by chrome, as you might not recover. Ask Usnabe for the "tail-pipe special" if you really wanna get your jollies revved up. Make sure to bring your own rag if you do--things tend to get hot, heavy and a little messy.

I'm usually scared of having to do anything with cars but one day my headlights burnt out so I had to go to a auto parts store to fix it up. When I got there, a worker named Javi at the store helped me tremendously. He was able to supply me with all the materials and information I needed to fix my headlights.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. One of them refused to help me install the battery I bought because the other guy rang me up for it. So I had to wait fighting to hold on to my squirmy one year old while the guy who rang me up dealt with another customer, which didn't sound like it was going well. Also, when I asked about the differences of the batteries and what the benefits were of the more expensive ones he was unhelpful and rude the whole time I was checking out.

What can I say that you don't know already about the beast of advance auto parts besides being a better option than Autozone? Well I got my other spots but I'll keep that for now. This location has restricted parking space; so just know that when you come here.

Regarding the store located at 8345 South Dixie Hwy in Miami, it was the Worst customer service. Ever.Store clerk Javi was smug, unhelpful and rude.I will never spend another nickel at this place, nor at any of their other stores. In an age where we can get products online, we choose to go to a brick & mortar location for the customer service. When the customer service is gone, then there is no reason to waste your time or money in this store.

My mom just went to the store to get some windscreen wipers and the guy who was at the cashier was really rude and not helpful at all. He is an old man and looked irritated. We are very disappointed.
