Came in a 5pm on Saturday night and was greeted by a tall dude named Isaac. Little did he know this would start 5 hours of me coming in and out of the shop to address problem after problem i was having . Remained kind, proffesional and knowledgeable the whole time. Taught me a lot actually. My car had many needs of which i did not know how to address. Isaac was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Helped me test my battery so I could choose a new one to install on my car. Sent me YouTube videos on how to change the battery out and even when I went home and drove back when I had questions, he was quick to help. Then I needed to change my oil. My car had a very weird filter setup. I've been to other stores 3 times, not one person could figure out how to modify the filter to fit my car. Isaac took easily an hour of his own time to help me figure the problem out while helping other customers talk about multitasking! Then I went home, again, has issues, drove back. He helped me more and lent me some tools, advised of which tools I needed to buy that he didn't have. Double check the sizing for me on my car. Man, I had to have spent 5 hour on this project, in and out of the store over and over. He was friendly and helpful the whole time. Awesome experience and definitely need to give him his recognition. Big thank you again isaac!

15 mn in and out , very helpful to test and announce the death of my battery, which I can of knew. The only down side, they could of finished to install it, but I am a guy so they let me finish l. I still recommend..

Arrived at the store at 8:54 pm. Doors were locked, light on and someone sweeping the floor. I needed two LED light bulbs and had driven from Miami Beach to this location just for that. After two minutes of rattling and knocking the doors the assistant sweeping the floor finally came to the door. I showed the kind of light bulb I needed. He conferred with another assistant and then decided that the store was closed. I pointed out that getting these bulbs takes about 2 minutes and that the opening hours of the store are till 9:00 pm. At that point it was 8:57 pm. It did not help. Obviously sweeping the floor was more important than serving a customer who politely requested to buy an item within regular opening hours. Unfair, unprofessional and absolutely not ok. One of the most disappointing experiences in service I ever had.

Living in Downtown, this is my go to auto parts store. Had a problem with starting my 2017 Nissan and headed over to check out my starter, alternator and battery. Store is always well kept, clean and organized. Steve was very helpful, removed my battery and patiently answered my questions. He was very knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service! Ended up buying a new battery because my existing battery was the original causing the starting issues. Steve gladly and expertly installed my new battery and I was on my way. Easy and quick! Car starts great now and everything seems fine. Thank you Edgewater Advance Auto Parts, I will definitely be back!

They don t have universal 4 pin relay in stock. Only available the 5 pin not compatible who cost $18.60. I bought the correct relay more the harness for $11 at NAPA

We contacted the store after our battery died and met Sebastian- he was absolutely amazing and repaired our car in 20 min after multiple other stores turned us away. He was super kind and polite the whole time! 10/10!!

I was lookin for a specific item. Online says they have it. They did not. The computer said that there were 7 in stock but at a different store. Not one person working there could figure out where that store was and barely could speak to me in english. Come on thats jus unacceptable.

For over 10 years I've been a regular shopper at Advance near the midtown mall area. I always walk in with negative issues and walk out with positive solutions. Needed a car battery. It cost $160...$181 with tax and fees. So I signed up on their website for their email and receive a 20% off coupon. Coupon can only be used online so I ordered the battery online, got the 20% off and put in-store pickup for the location I wanted. Also received $22 off the price for bringing in the old battery. So the final price was actually $140!

Gave this store a 2 because I needed something and sorry to say I had to go into s Spanish area and no1 paid me any attention at all I had to use common sense to find what I wanted not even the cashier greeted me just took my item gave me the total in Spanish then point on the screen. Took my money put my change on the counter and went back talking to other Spanish people. The POP in the store is only Spanish. I thought America is a English speaking country? I understand I was in a Spanish are but it should have both English and Spanish or maybe all 3 dominant language of Miami....

Terrible customer service in this place! Every time I come here I always get rude employees that have no interest in helping me. Especially last Saturday morning, I went to get a new battery for my car, I stand on one line and after 7-10 mins of waiting the guy at the register, Davidson, tells me to go to the other line because he needs to replace somebody else s battery. So, I go to the other line where Abe (or some name like that) is at, wait another 5 minutes for my turn, I buy my new battery and ask for help replacing it, and Abe tells me that he can t until he finishes with all the ppl behind me. So, I took my battery, went outside and spent the next hour trying to replace my battery, struggling a lot because I didn t have the right tools, and in all that time, neither Abe or Davidson approached me to offer help after seeing me there for a while. I go back inside to give them my old battery and even, with no other clients on the line, Abe takes his sweet time to give me my refund for the old battery because he was too busy telling Davidson how much of a liar some girl they work with was. I am never coming back to this place ever again!!

BEWARE They will not honor their warranty policy on car batteries. I purchased a battery last year, and the battery is now having issues. They will give you a run-around and will not replace it; instead, they will tell you it has enough volts that give them a way out of honoring there polices. Buy from else where.

Having a car battery croak on a Friday night is no one's idea of fun times. So when it happened to me a few hours back - after my regular mechanic was closed - I used Yelp Mobile and found this store by my location. After my auto insurance emergency service gave my ride a jump start I drove the literal three blocks to this store.While waiting for the car service, I called and spoke with Jimmy, who said he had my car's battery in stock and could change it himself. Once I arrived, he checked that it was just the battery, brought one out and installed it for a nominal fee. He was very pleasant and the price was very close to what was quoted. I also appreciate the fact that the store was open relatively late.

Purchased an air filter a few days ago. ABNOR helped me install it. He didn t have to. He looked up instructions on YouTube, it took him a couple mins what would have taken me at least 1/2 hour. THANK YOU ABNOR. He is an EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE. GIVE HIM A Raise. !

Davidson had great customer service but they were super under staffed and took a while to help me. Just think they should hire more help but the staff still did a great job.

Very clean , good centralized location, south east miami. There are no other stores nearby for car asesories in South Beach.
