Honestly vernice the manager, but is been headcke back and for, transmission for 2 Months, after i paid almost $3,000 , that i owen, missing my work day. i been strong , feeling so stress i dont know how my heart hold on , worries about my job.

Hector is amazing ! I had a couple questions about my transmission and he was very patient and helped clarify all my concerns. He s fast and very reliable, I ll definitely be going to Hector in the future for any repairs.

Courteous and professional. Knowledgeable and performed service on our 12 VW Jetta in a timely manner. Hector was great. Aamco was highly recommended when we tried to find a place to repair I believe was some kind of shift cable that was connected to the transmission that came loose. I think it s worth noting before bringing your car in that they are pricey and charge a diagnostic fee upfront and then there s a separate charge for service & repairs. My husband was pleased with the service, esp since the VW dealerships charge a leg for repairs. However, I can t help but wish there was some kind of online coupon or military discount aamco could offer.Regardless, it s a week later, & so far so good with the car, but here s hoping that the work done lasts a long time for what it all cost us.

Been going to Aamco for over 10 years, all the way from the time they only had their Hialeah location to now their more convenient location in Westchester. Both locations I have received professional customer service, good warranties, and competitive pricing for all my vehicles over the years. I confidently recommend friends and family to get a quote and service from Aamco and compare it to other shops and Aamco always provides the better experience. Glad to be doing business with them and I give the highest recommendation possible for their services.

The AAMCO team was incredibly helpful and complete transparent with my car and I. The customer service had amazing communication, professionalism and great client treatment. Hector (Manager) was overall the best source in the establishment making everything smooth and easy; and good attention to detail with his clients. Any issues my car had they reported it very quickly and my car was done sooner than expected. If I ever have a car issues again I will definitely call AAMCO.Service: Transmission

The entire cover under the car was lost. I had them lift the car and show the lost cover. WIll go to Hyundai and order a new cover. The ticking sounds got trpublesome. Anyway I got a free diagnostuc and they offer to put the cover on once it is received. pics of the destroyed under carriage cover enclosed

I found AAMCO by searching online for shops that could deal with transmission issues when my 92 4Runner began having trouble getting into gear and a dipstick check turned up burnt particles in the fluid. The intake process was simple and fast when the tow arrived, Pedro and his team scrambled right away to make room for my truck in a spot outside as it began to rain. I heard back the next day with the diagnosis that the transmission was burnt and needed to be replaced either used or new and had very reasonable quotes for both immediately including warranty options. I gave the green light for the work over the phone with a general idea of the process (ordering the parts, taking out the old, receiving the new and installation) and a realistic estimate for how long it would take. Pedro was my sole point of contact throughout the process, always picked up the phone when I called for a status check and was even keeled the entire time. The work indeed took 5-7 days and when I picked up the truck she was in great shape in the interior and exterior as clean as I left her and most importantly runs INCREDIBLE. Everything engine wise also checked out which was a great relief. They even fixed the ring around the overdrive button that was dislodged from my gear shift when I asked them to check it out, more of a nuisance than anything. I m supposed to now drop by for a quick check next week at the time of my choosing to see if anything is leaking or amiss or needs tweaking. Overall I m extremely pleased with the experience and now have added peace of mind at an important milestone of my 29 going on 30 yr old truck and also that if there are issues I m covered especially nationwide since I ll be moving out west soon. The road ahead will be a lot smoother!Service: Transmission

Think it is a rip off. Before they do anything they charge $150 to look at the car. This was even though I already knew and told them what was wrong with the car.

Great overall experience!! I noticed the negative reviews and couldn't help but totally disagree. Staff was very courteous and informative. They walked me through the process and were very detailed in their explanation of the repairs that were required. Shuttle service was offered while my repairs were done. Also a very quick turnaround on the repairs. The shop manager, Lazaro Borrego was also great nothing but good things to say about him. Highly recommend A+++++

I highly recommend this location for your auto care. Their customer service and workmanship was second to none in my experience. My engine was completely damaged and because I have an extended warranty I had to jump through hoops to follow the warranty company's protocol. If it wasn t for Victor s help throughout the painful process, it would have been an absolute nightmare. He gave me daily updates, expert advice and had my back when dealing with the warranty reps that were clearly looking to find a way to get out of having to cover anything. Long story short, my repairs were covered and I don t think it would have been done if I had taken my car to anywhere else. I ll be sure to take ALL of cars there in the future!

I initially went to AAMCO for a problem with my transmission. The service I received and the level professionalism was outstanding. All repairs were completed in a timely manner and for the price I was quoted. Something I appreciate since many times I get quoted one price and then am charged something else. Since then, I have gone back to have some other work done on my car and I could not be happier with the work done on my car as well as the way I was treated. I would highly recommend this AAMCO store not only for your transmission needs but any other service they offer. Trust me, service like this is not readily found in Miami. Thank you Victor for all of your help.

I recommend AAMCO on Bird Road and 72 ave to everyone that needs fluid change or transmission fixed the owner gave me the price advised to drop the car by 8 am and would be ready by 3. Well the car was finished by 1:30 pm they did a wonderful job. I would definitely take my car there again.

I would like to share my experience at AAMCO. I contacted them and explained my car problem and financial worries to Victor. Victor was kind, informative, and explained the entire process to me. I was worried that I was facing a transmission problem that would cost me thousands of dollars. I took my car in on a Monday morning. Victor called me Monday afternoon to tell me that they had discovered the problem. It was unrelated to the transmission but affected the cars shifting. They diagnosed the problem, got my approval, repaired it...and called me Tuesday morning to say it was ready! Here's the best part...the bill... $335.00 and completed in 24 hours. As you can imagine, I was very happy. I am both grateful and impressed. I will definitely be back for all my car service and would happily recommend AAMCO Bird Road to anyone needing car repairs. This kind of service and skill is rare these days...especially in Miami. Thanks again!

Excellent experience despite being a bit pricey. I took my 2004 F150 to have the rear differential fixed. Midway Ford was unable to fix it, they wanted to replace it for a new one or rebuilt differential. I brought it to Victor and they did a great job. I drove the truck immediately to MA and GA and it has driven smoothly no sound or whatsoever. I still have a good 4k miles of warranty, but I think this was a permanent fix and the truck will be good for many years.

I brought my car here to do the diagnosis thinking the issues was my transmission but the manager Hector then told me it was the motor mounts and that my transmission was in great condition thanks to him i was able to drive my car again with no problems, and because of their honesty I was able to save money. Victor is a great person and you can rely on him when he tells you he's going to get the job done! We left our Cadillac ATS there and it rides better than when I bought it off the dealer! I highly recommend this place for you and anyone you know dealing with a transmission problem.

The customer service at this AAMCO location is definitely top notch. The mechanic that worked on my CVT transmission got it done in half the promised time. These mechanics actually know what they're doing and aren't there to take advantage of you. All the staff was extremely honest, and polite. Would strongly advise anyone to go here for any of your car care needs.-Brian D.

Stay away from these people. I took my car in because my transmission wasn t working. Victor the manager is a dishonest human being. Fast forward THE DAY AFTER my car was returned and $4,000 later I m left with a malfuncting car that does not want to turn on. In addition, they broke the handle that opens the hood. And my check engine light turned on back on. After confronting dishonest Victor his answer was that he was not responsible for the damages and turned it around on me. He didn t even bother to look at the car! he only acknowledged the handle and said that it was broken when I brought the car initially. I ve decided to sue. ****if you want to add your case, contact Haymes law, and they will take care of you*****

Came by to perform my oil change on me Lexus the manager help me and also performed a free tire rotation with the synthetic oil change , the employees very friendly, wished they had a bigger office to wait . Overall very happy with the work done .

Very rude over over priced and mean wont do business with them pedro the owner of aamco you quoted me 189 for a oil change and 349 for a transmission flush how do i know this is cause u were on speaker at my pharmacy where i work and my tech's also heard you quote that so please dont try to benefit from a horrific experience on the phone with u plus u also quoted to me if jiffy lube is cheaper go to them like u dont even want my business to be honest im not mad at u i just think your professionalism and your lack of kindness towards a potential customer.
