I was absolutely blown away by my experience at A Auto tech, I was so upset when my new lifted truck was hit in a collision, here they took care of everything and made me feel very taken care of. The management is run very efficiently and I felt safe in these hard times without my vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone who is dealing with an accident. God bless A Auto tech. 10 star amazing work my truck came out better then it looked before the accident

In this workshop the client can have quality, seriousness and kindness in the work. The administration constantly keeps the vehicle owner informed of the entire repair process and in my case I felt like family. I recommend them 100%

This is an excellent family owned business! The owner and his son provided first class service and had my vehicle repaired in a timely manner, with quality work! Every detail looks brand new and as if nothing ever happened! It was so professional when Cary called me to update me on the stages of the repair process. This body shop was recommended to me by the insurance company of a person who hit my rear bumper. I was skeptical at first, since it was by far the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with. However, my car came out like new. What an amazing job they did on it. They also cleaned it up before giving it back. The staff is very helpful and easy to work with as well. I will definitely go back in the future if any body work is needed. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

Cannot speak for the work but went here originally to get my car fixed. They had a drop-off date of a month later and referred me to their sister company in kendall. Worst experience of my life. Do not go to the sister company and I am not sure what the customer service and repair time is at this location but if it is like their sister company in Kendall, run away.

Great service! Thanks to the team of A Auto Tech Inc., they repaired my car in the due time. It was a big hit, several parts had to be change, yet they were very communicative and helpful, given that I called them every day since I leaved the car. After the repairs and painting, it looked like new. Particularly helpful were Bryan, who received the car, and Raul, with whom I talked almost every day. The repairs came from an insurance claim, they were able to handle all the paperwork properly and without any unwelcome issue. I recommend this place :)

Had worked done on my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe and the experience could not have been better. Not only does A Auto Tech do a great quality job but the customer experience is second to none. Unfortunately nobody wants to have to take their car to a body shop for repairs but it happens. I took my car here because I had a previous great experience about 9 years ago. I won't lie but also because they were attentive to my phone calls and emails, unlike other shops I was thinking of using. Not only were they attentive but also friendly and personable and understanding and sympathetic to the ordeal that is being without a car. I didn't have rental coverage on my insurance so getting the vehicle back timely was important to me. They kept me updated on the progress and worked with my insurance adjuster. To sum it up, when I went to pick up the car, I ran back in and told them I thought they made a mistake because they gave me a NEW vehicle! That's how amazing and perfect my car looked! I never expected them to ALSO return the interior like new but they did a beautiful job not just on the exterior body work but also on returning the car clean and beautiful like new!!!! Thank you!!! I highly recommend A-Auto Tech and they have won my business for life!

I visited A Auto Tech after a friend recommended their shop. Great experience. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional from the moment I stepped into the place to the moment I got my car back. They kept me updated on the status of my car regularly. Great work, reasonably priced, great experience, would come back and recommend.I had a fender flare that needed to be painted. Bryan was incredibly helpful and professional. I gave him the flare with the pertinent car info in the morning and it was ready the next day. Couldn t be happier.

I highly recommend AA Auto Tech to anyone seeking high quality work on their vehicle. I recently had my car there and went through insurance to have it repaired. The process was easier than expected and everyone I met was courteous. I am 100% pleased with the results and cannot believe the perfection I was left with. Again I cannot say enough to praise their level of craftsmanship and friendliness. I'm definitely recommending this repair shop to all my acquaintances.

All around, Bryan and the whole team at A Auto Tech are lovely people, honest and true to their word. I've taken my Audi and my VW there for small issues and big issues.... I have nothing bad to say. Excellent body shop, they perform top-notch work and are, without a doubt, my go-to body shop in a very dishonest city. Keep up the great work, appreciate you guys!

No one is happy about going to a body shop but if you have to go, this is the place. A Auto Tech is efficient, professional and prompt. They even called me to tell me to come a little bit later than promised as they saw a little something they wanted to correct. I recommend to these guys without hesitation. They were recommended by Allstate so I went there. They were ready for me with all the information needed to go to work. They called me with updates and were only delayed one day. Everything came in where Allstate paid complete for the repair. Excellent experience hopefully don't need them but would go back in a second. Highly recommend them for courtesy and professionalism. My SUV looks great.

I don t normally write reviews, but A Auto Tech was excellent. Apart from them doing a great job on my car after a minor accident, they had my car ready within the week. I also received phone calls regarding the status, which was surprising, because I m normally one calling asking for an update. Their customer service is excellent and helpful. Thank you!

They removed a door ding from my car a few months ago and did a phenomenal job. I just brought it in to get another repair and they could have easily done the job for me and made money as I was ready to do it, but Luis recommended I wait until I drive to another city to repair the car because I'm moving. He passed up on making instant money, but in the process earned my loyalty and respect. Thank you and outstanding job Luis!

Great experience. Everything from customer service to quality craftsmanship. AAuto Tech representative clearly explained the work needed and the time it would take to complete. We received regular calls (yes, calls) to provide us updates on the work in progress. When we received the vehicle, it looked like new. Great, great job.

Quality of their work is first rate. Looks new. Customer service is poor. Job was scheduled to be done on Thursday & got it on following Monday. Kept being put off when I called & then promised for sure on Saturday. My car was damaged on the passenger side so I took it to A Auto Tech, asking questions on pricing. Brian was honest and fair with his prices so I brought my car in the next day. It was fixed within a week (door replacement, painting, and got out all dents removed) and it looks brand new again. The customer service and work were both exceptional. A giant tree branch fell on my 1 year old car and crushed the rear. A Auto Tech performed the repair with high quality and honesty, and reasonable pricing. December 2017I was rear-ended on December 1, 2017. My car was on I-95. Once again, A Auto Tech came through for me. They sent a great tow truck driver. After filling out some basic paperwork and telling my insurance carrier where the car was, it was hands free. After picking up the car, I was glad to see the vehicle was repaired, as promised. Thanks again to everyone at A Auto Tech. Ask for "Cari" - although everyone is very courteous and professional, this lady is very sweet!July, 2017These guys did an incredible job when I needed to Repaint the fading hood on our Mercedes. I was most impressed with the quality and diligence they placed on my rather small project.
