Auto care service was quick and easy. Came in for a battery change and was out in 35 min. The battery has a 4 year warranty and way less than the regular auto part stores and lets not talk about the dealer.

I ordered tires and had them delivered in a timely manner to the Walmart Tire Center in Hialeah. I made an appointment for 8am on a Sunday morning. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and the door didn't open until 8am. I proceeded to check in and no one was at the register to write up the order. The mechanics alerted me that the person in charge of writing up the orders called out and no one came for minutes until they told me they called someone and they wouldn't arrive until 10:30am.They sent a temporary person who knows how to write up the orders for oil changes but not tires, the lack of cross training bothered me. The mechanics don't know how to do it and the managers on duty don't know either. I advised them to make sure they get cross trained. Long story short the assistant manager had to facetime the tire center manager on his day off to walk him through the order write up process so the technicians could install my tires. I didn't leave the tire center until 10:53 am. I still had to pay for the installation and they offered any compensation for my time spent waiting. Lack of communication and lack of customer service. I also told the technician to check my brakes and see they needed to me changed. Well he told me they had to be changed but when i checked that day. They still had plenty of life left on them.

Jesse is the best! Great customer service, managed to fit me in right on the spot. The crew did fantastic work and finished in under an hour! Couldn't ask for more!!!! Best prices around as well

Great price for an oil change just don't leave your backpack in the car. I left my work backpack close and when i returned to pick up my car my backpack was open One of their employees look through my bag. I told the manager he said he look at the camera but he didn't see anything hmmm.

I did A LOT of research before choosing Walmart. I am a tire expert with years of experience. I was on a tight budget and needed the best tires possible since I drive 36,000 miles a year. I went to two Walmart tire shops in broward and the service was lackluster. From the moment I approached someone at this Walmart in Hialeah Gardens, I was pleased. Yes there is a wait but like EVERYTHING in life, one must wait for the good things. I dealt directly with a manager, Milagros, and I felt confident she knew what she was talking about (I m a tire expert). She told me to go with General Tire which was exactly what I wanted. Upon payment time I had to split the payment between my Sister s Walmart credit card and cash. Upon many attempts at passing the card first, it got declined because the system kept trying to charge the full amount to the card and which wasn t available. She then decided to charge the cash part first. I swiped my bank card and it went through fine. Passed the Walmart card and bada bing bada boom! I left my keys and my car was ready in 2 hours. I took a 500 mile road trip the next day. I was shocked. The tires I bought were better than the factory Continentals that came with my car 17 Sentra. I have ridden 2000 miles in less than a month with them and I m in love.Today I noticed a bubble begging to form on the sidewall of one tire. I took it in to see if that was malignant. I dealt with Jose the manager for the shop. I also felt he was very competent and excellent customer service. He verified my info and noticed my Sister s info was in the system instead of mine. I didn t want any trouble and he insisted he d like to correct the error. He corrected all the info and replaced the tire with a Brand new one. All I had to do was pay $10 to add the warranty to the new tire.I had an amazing experience. Fortunately I had a smooth day and did not need to rush or have someone bring me my second car. The car was ready upon the time promised. The Hialeah Gardens Fire & lube express shop has earned a customer for life and they are far from my house. Thanks Jose and Milagros for an excellent experience!

The worst customer service THAT I EVER HAD, i have been trying to contact customer service today 8/1 for more that 1 hours, when they finally answers the phone the lady (with cuban acent) very unprofesional dindt introduce herself and SHE TOLD me that if i want to transfer my call i have to call to another number, when i try to explain her that i want to just make a appointment with her deparment SHE SAID in a rude way that she was talking and i have to listen WHATTTT? and after that she only hung up the phone, PLEASE WALMART WORK IN YOUR EMPLOYEES.

would rate zero stars if i could. took them 40 mins to do one cars oil change. I waited over two hours in a long line for an oil change. no sense of urgency among the team members. one stayed on his phone the whole time and just looked at the long line of cars. only had one guy on oil changes. completely ridiculous

Horrible service. Had an appointment at 12 noon for tire rotation and a patch on one of my tires, my car was finished at 3:30 p.m.After I drove off, tires were all 5lbs under and technitian programmed the tire meter on my dash board incorrectly.Do not recommend this location if you are trying to get good, timely, quality service.Service: Tires

Purchased 4 brand new tires at a very good price set up appointment to install tires auto center manager was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Tire technicians were very knowledgeable and professional they took the time to do everything right the first time. Excellent service, excellent price. I had a flat tire few days ago. I ordered the tire from Walmart s website and also had an appointment with auto care tire installation. The appointment was quick; I could find an available slot for the next day and my tire would also arrive to the auto care center by my appointment time. The next day, I went to the Auto Care Center. The ladies at the check-in made me wait for almost 15-20 minutes for check-in. When I finally started to complain that I had been waiting and I was going to lose my appointment time, Jesse, the manager stepped in and took care of my appointment and check in. My car was ready to check out in half an hour with my tire installed.

I went on a Sunday afternoon and the lobby was packed with waiting customers. It was obvious they needed two people behind the counter as opposed to one. However, the guy working did his best. He was professional and accommodating. Unfortunately..I waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told the tires I needed weren't in stock. Another customer experienced the same thing after waiting in line for an alignment...only to be told they didn't provide that service. They need more people working the counter.

Shopping no food on shelves. No meat no milk eggs nothing. All staff speak Spanish no one speaks English. Only pleasant manager was working in automotive. His name was Alejandro. He spoke English and was very helpful. When you call the store no one pick phone up all department. Except pharmacy called twice and they answer. The whole story needs to be evaluated no African American work there no one speaks English. Store had no merchandise and when ask for something. The answer no speak English and left customers with nothing.

Not as bad as expected from reviews. Rosa in cashier's office was great/very pleasant & helpful despite language barrier. Four tires took less than 2 hours....not that bad.BUT can see why Oil Change customers are upset: suppose to open @ 7am, line formed, but didnt even take the first car in til 7:45!!

This was my first time here and never again. I got there at 9:26 am, I was the first car. I got out at 10:52 am. Not very good, especially for the first car. Some customers told me they have had to wait over 6 hours during weekends, which is outrageous to me. The dealership is more expensive but my time is precious. The solution would be to get more technicians and a faster process. It can be done.

I went to get my oil change done. Excellent service from this auto care center. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Jesse was great. He explained everything to me so I wouldn t leave having doubts. I ll be coming back for sure. Thanks a lot

Thanks to the manger Jose who saved the day I drove all the way from north Miami Beach (half an hour because we have no tire center there) and they told me when I arrived I needed an appointment after I had been calling for two days straight with no answer, I was about to leave empty handed but he found a solution for me, because he has to honor the previous appointments(and therefore had no time) he would let me buy the tires and id install them with my dad since I couldn t return the next day.. thank you so much Jose I really appreciated it!

3pm and they said they were fully booked til 8? Come in the next day and the same story.I even brought just the rims to mount and balance them, but apparently the 9 cars ahead of me were all they could do in 5 hours.The workers were also not willing to help or assist

This is incredible. I've been here twice for a flat tire. The first time, I arrived at 6:45am, so was the first customer, and was here until 7:52. Almost an hour for one customer, just one tire with even a nail in it. This second time, I arrived at 1:29pm, they said,there are 5 more cars coming before of my, so it going to takes around 3 hours. Now it is 4:10pm and there are still 3 more cars before. Almost 3 hours for 2 cars. It is just unacceptable.

Went in to get my 4 tires changed. Already expected a 2-3 hour wait time. Waited 3 hours in the wait room. Then finally someone decides to come in and say that they only had 2 tires!!! And that they had apparently been trying to get ahold of me for 2 hours. But I had no missed phone calls. My signal was fine by the way. I received calls from others while I was waiting in the WAITING AREA FOR 3 HOURS. But I had not a single phone call from them. I suggest to not even waste your time coming to this Walmart for your autocare needs. Their customer service is absolute trash. All they did was waste my time.

I changed my 4 tires here. The customer service is not that good, but the price is probably the best you will find in Miami. Wait-list was 5 hours. I recommend to buy the tires online, and go with someone that can pick you up while they do the service.

I have called the Hialeah Gardens Auto Center (which says Miami Lakes on Google) 5 times and on hold for more than 40 minutes to change my appointment date. I guess I need to wait until they realize the order has not been picked up and maybe someone will call to reschedule?!!

These people NEVER answer the phone. Drove 25 miles each way to pick up and install 4 tires, only to be told to come back the next day at 7am because they already have too many cars. This was at 1:00pm and They don t take appointments. Went back the next day at 7am already 5 cars waiting. Only 1 guy mounting tires, approximate time 1 hour per car, meaning I d have to wait 5 hours before they get to me, only to be told that they cannot mount my tires because I have afternarket rims and not factory rims. All this waste of time, gas, and going into to work late, which all of this could ve been avoided if someone would freaking answer the phone. Make consumers aware of your policy! Stay away from this place, it s not worth your time and headache to save a few dollars.

No one has bothered to update GoogleMaps and state that their auto center is NOT servicing cars. I asked a man named Miguel in Spanish manning the queue and when I mentioned that I woke up super early to get my car serviced he says that "everyone knows" that this service center is closed and that no one comes here, even with the obvious fact that I was here at 8am asking specifically to service my car. When I said that maybe he should tell someone to update the information he said no because that has to do with customer service and not him. So I pointed out his lack of initiative "Oh, so fine, don't do anything pro-active. Just sit there and don't do anything. Bye, Miguel." His reply? "Bye." Some people can't see past their hand.

For several years Walmart Auto Care Center has been the place to service my cars for tires. The tires' prices have been very affordable and probably unbeatable from other competitors. In addition, the service and care have been excellent.

I love Walmart, almost everything you're looking for, there you find it. But today I felt that something was wrong, missing. I went there early in the morning and found such a peaceful environment, nobody in the cashier machines and, I thought that boring it's place a this time! Ohhh but if you go there between 6 to 10 pm, it's very funny. The aisles full of people and wheelbarrows, the children running, touching and throwing the product they carry, and those that not. Parents running behind them. The cashier machines full of people forming lines of more than an hour where you see everything. That's fun!

Overpriced for the little service you get. Get yelled at by the guy taking your phone number down cause he s asking you questions out of context. Wait 5 hours. Then get your car back with an unsecured metal sheet dragging all over the floor and they make you feel like it s your fault and you need to check the car back in just to get it fixed. Could have politely just asked to see the plate and see if they can at least secure it temporary for me but no.

Only good for buying tires at a decent price if they have your size and install them elsewhere. Don t even bother with an oil change technicians will strip your drain plug bolt or oil pan threading.
