Save your time and money. Service department is the MOST unprofessional crew I have ever dealt with. If you have no other choice but to use these guys, check your receipts. They give you a price, once agreed on they allocate totally different parts/work done. This either gives them a better commission or it totally removes any liability on service/repair work done. I personally know Fred Senra, whom built the dealer from the failing dealer it used to be. It is an embarrassment to see his accomplishments, completely ruined by a small mafia of crooks.

Have tried for 3 days to schedule a service appointment and can not get anyone to answer the phone nor call me back. I tried to do so over their chat service by providing all the information requested. After doing so i was advised that someone was going to call me back to set up the service and I have yet to receive a call from the service department. If returning a phone call to schedule an appointment is such a cumbersome task, I do not trust they will be able to provide proper service to my truck. This is routine basic customer service which other dealerships besides Ram in my experience are doing a much better job at. I like my truck but i am extremely disappointed with the level of service they provide for their customers.

This is wild to me, I have called the Dodge parts department 22 times during business hours over the past 3 weeks to follow up on an order, 0 thats the total times I have been able to talk to someone. No voicemails. So I figured I would call the sales side, left my name and number with 4 different people never got a call back. Crazy part, I am in the same business and had never seen anything like this before in the 15 years I have been in automotive. These are the ones that give the rest of us a bad name. Based on other reviews this is the norm and the owners/management are cool with it.UPDATE: 5 days have passed since their canned reply, still have not heard anything and have called about another 12 times......... nothing. Being a VP of a large dealer group I wonder if the dealer principle has no clue what going on or just doesn't care........

Going on my 3rd day trying to get a hold of the Dodge parts department. Each time I'm holding for 20-30 minutes until I can't continue to waste my day waiting around. I'm currently on hold as I write this. If management doesn't see the 2.7 star review on Google, they obviously will be unemployeed soon enough. I think I'll need to take my bussiness to another dealer, even if I have to travel much much further with current gas prices.

My mom was here on Wednesday Sept 29 2021 dropping off her truck. While she was speaking to her service advisor (he always does a great job) but that day it difficult for him because the sales department had the music blasting so loud that it was hard to have a conversation. This greatly inconvenienced my mother because it made the visit a lot longer than usual.

Had the best experience I've ever had at this dealership with chrsitopher garcia. His process was extremely smooth and to the point. I was interested in a ram he listened to the exact features I wanted and delivered. Financing went smoth and straight forward. If you're looking to get a vehicle ask for christopher garcia you won't be disappointed hands down best experience ever!

Frustrating Experience. The Salesman didn't know anything about the truck or about making the deal ( Payment details ). The Manager I think his name was Richard was rude and condescending pretty much the entire time. Then he was claiming words in my mouth about the pricing that I said before. ( Guaranteed false because I recorded the conversation on my phone because dealerships are always bs-ing ).Anyways not interested in their business

They confirm to me over the phone several times that the vehicle I was traveling to come and see was there. I was at the dealership 45 minutes before they finally said we don't have the vehicle would you like to switch to another one. This dealer has a typical history of doing a bait-and-switch. Salesman, internet salesman and management knows that they'll just dragged the customer in and lie to them over and over hope until they change their mind about what they're coming to get. Next time I'd rather go to the dentist and have three root canals performed then go back to this dealership.

I had appointments at 11 AM for service and arrived there on time . They staff still waking around don t give a care until 11:30 start take me . When I seated down with guy name Bismark say i have to make appointments again for tomorrow . And when I said but I had appointment for today , he just doesn t give a care still texting on his personal cell phone give me his card for tomorrow Oppointment. I will never get my service here anymore where business doesn t care about customers service.

The service staff is disrespectful and full of ... i got a brand new ram 0 miles and in less than a month had problems with the key fob. After a week with a dodge caravan i went back and check tbe key fob and it was the same. I been calling the manager and no answer. 42k in a truck and have to deal with this. I dont recommend this dealership at all.

If you want a good experience please do yourself a favor and avoid going to this place.My husband and I had a horrible experience we wanted to get a better deal we already had at an other dealership and we tried just to see if anything better could be offered and online and over the phone they said no problem they could definitely make a better deal knowing the credit score and down payment and monthly payment we already had, so they made an appointment for the following day and OMG!!!!As soon as we walked through the doors we were disappointed.1. The person who we had the appointment with was not in .* At 1st sales person said he had just left. * As we were leaving they said he was in the hospital since the day before. 2. The salesman was extremely rude we told him once again everything we had spoken online and over the phone and he got up his chair and with his rude self the only thing we could makeup was he couldn't help us, he walked away and loudly was shouting he didn't want to waste his time.3. We asked to speak with someone above him for the simple reason we had already had communicated online and over the phone and they would work out something better.4. At the end they took us to a "manager" that was not helpful at all, he looked scared or clueless of the salesman since he was loud, and he was telling is to allow the guy to run credit to make an offer but he didn't understand that the salesman didn't want to help us.We just had to walk out and go elsewhere, now we are happy with our purchase.CAUTION !!!!!!!AVOID PLACE !!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have taken my 2019 Ram 1500 for service and my service writer Jonatan Birstok has been excellent to work with. He knows what he is doing and saying. I will recommend Jonatan for any service needs.

Sold me a ram with wind noise vibrations and other problems refused to give me a new vehicle and fix my problem spent $85k on a new truck which now im stuck with for the next 8 years NEVER AGAIN.

El peor servicio posventa que he tenido . Estas personas no se toman el trabajo de asegurar que alguna falla que se pueda presentar por defectos de fabricaci�n en cualquiera de las partes o piezas del carro tengan la garant�a y el respaldo adecuado . Tenemos una camioneta Dodge Ram a�o 2022 que ha presentado un problema en la c�mara de reversa y estos se�ores han sido incapaces de resolver el problema en dos visitas que se han realizado al �rea de garant�as o de taller ; para agravar la situaci�n se ha averiado una llanta por defectos de fabricaci�n ; no fue golpeada , no fue pinchada ni averiada por causa propia y la llanta se da�� ,,y la misma fue remplazada por nosotros mismos por qu� seg�n ellos , no era su m�s m�nima responsabilidad . Y de remate la llanta averiada nunca lleg� a nuestras manos para de esa forma realizar una queja por garant�a al fabricante de la llanta . Dicha gesti�n deb�a realizarla el mismo dealer que nos ha vendido el carro ; son ellos quienes deber�an velar que toda situaci�n de garant�a sea acompa�ada por ellos hasta el final de la garant�a del carro .. se�ores seguramente no me quedar�n m�s ganas de volver a visitar este mismo sitio el d�a que estemos pensando Comprar otro carro No Existe un servicio posventa y de acompa�amiento adecuado .

P�simo servicio, nadie responde el tel�fono, llevo meses esperando por un simple sensor que supuesta mente llegaba al otro d�a y desde noviembre estoy llamando y pasando por el dealer a reclamar pero siguen sin contestar el tel�fono y sin resolver. No le recomiendo a nadie que compre ning�n carro en este dealer si no quiere tener la peor experiencia de su vida
