Took my car this morning to service without an appointment for a weak battery and Armando was right there to help! He ensured that it should be quick as long as it was just the battery and was aware I had a dental appt at 11am 40 min away. Well he made it happen- an hour later we were done.Thank you Armando for your time and help and making this a smooth and easy process! Makes coming to service a breeze.

I just wanted to take the time to write this review to say how grateful I am to have worked with sales consultant- Saman. From the second we walked in he made sure that we were comfortable he wasn t focused on numbers but rather on what we like and while that worried me initially I was not disappointed later on in the process. He was very patient with us as this was a stressful process and we had been looking for a while. He was very knowledgeable about the car and made sure my son was comfortable and familiar with the vehicle. This was a huge purchase so he wanted to make sure it was the vehicle he wanted and that he liked. The manager at Mitsubishi Robert was great. He was straight to the point and I appreciated it. The car had a few minor details (dent/ding and some type condensation on the screen) that he assured me he would take care of that leaves me with peace of mind. Overall a good experience highly recommend it to anyone who s about to give up their search and settle for something they don t like. Ask for Saman from jeep or the manager Robert at Mitsubishi they will fight for you!!

Great experience from the moment you walk into the dealership. Sales Rep Luis Fernandez was very attentive, super friendly, honest and caring. He was able to make a deal of a lifetime. I will be forever grateful with Finance Advisor Roberto Matos for making miracles happen and exceeding my expectations, he promised I would walk out with a brand new car and the promise was met. I will be forever grateful and would definitely recommend these two individuals for their great customer service and professionalism. Thank you!!!!

Very bad service and no quality check at this location.We went for the regular service in Dec 2023 and Miami Lakes service center did the service and gave the car to us in a day. and but we noticed the air condition broke down. (apparently we bought the car in 2022.)The issue was reported to the service center they fixed the AC but the speaker for Navigation was not working. We went back to get it check in Dec 2023, and they ordered the speaker which took almost 1 month. Got notification on 01st Feb 2024And now we went again for service in April 2024 and told them categorically that please make sure the speaker is repaired. They kept the car for 2 days and asked us to collect the vehicle without even testing the speaker.The problem is not rectified and we wasted again 2 days and around 4 hours sitting in the service center.This is not acceptable from a renowned company like Jeep.Now we have to take the car back for repair again 4th time.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with ASM Camila Penna, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly attitude that made what is usually a pretty dreaded experience (who likes to go get their car service right?) into a seamless and effortless interaction.Camila went above and beyond to ensure that my car service needs were met with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. She took the time to patiently listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained the service process, and kept me informed every step of the way.She has exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, demonstrated a deep understanding of automotive issues with my specific model right off the bat, even suggested getting my wheel lock kit registered (as I had forgotten to bring it the previous two occasions) and provided valuable insights into the maintenance of my vehicle. URGENT ALERT READ THISIt has been the worst deception that has been done to me in this country, do not trust CARLOS MORALES (the supposed Estrella seller of that place) he is the most LIAR and corrupt person, he deceived me with the business he did with me. He, along with his manager PETER and RENE and the FINANCIALIST who did the calculations that day to do my business, managed to deceive me, telling me that they would pay ALL THE DEBT on my previous car and it was NOT like that, they were left owing the bank money. Ally Bank contacted me telling me that they had never purchased the car, what they did was terminate the LEASE. The seller / scammer CARLOS MORALES and his team promised me before I signed the new LEASE that they would assume all THE DEBT for my previous car and it was all a lie. They lied to me, telling me that it was more than I really should. And I followed their beautiful words and trusted A COMPANY (Miami Lakes Automall) WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE SERIOUS, trusting that they would fulfill what they said. But it was not like that . And then when I found out the truth and I went to talk to them again, everyone (the salesman CARLOS MORALES, and his managers PETER AND RENE) wanted to ignore what they had done with me, making a thousand excuses and making me believe that they had not said that. That is why I let you know my Story, I am an educated professional who did not deserve to receive this scam from this company called MIAMI LAKES AUTOMALL and its staff. Be CAREFUL, I left that place traumatized and with a big problem with the bank because of their scam.
