I just want to say thank you to everyone! The service was all around amazing I was blessed to have Christian Torres the sales manager assist me and take care of my needs and concerns. Irvin assisted me with my finances and helped in every way possible that he could and Jose the manager did not allow me to leave until he seen a smile on my face and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Christian really took care of me and made me feel seen and heard as God makes me feel. Irvin and especially Christian was so kind and patient with me for the whole 5+ hours I was there. Thank you Christian, Irvin and Jose and all the staff at Miami Lakes auto mall. I love my new car.

I recently purchased a 19 ram rebel 1500 from salesman victor at Miami lakes auto mall from out of state and I couldn t be happier with the experience. Victor was patient, friendly, and never made me feel pressured. Went in this past Friday to explore options on getting a new truck and dealt with Mario. The experience was amazing Mario broke everything down for me and made it all simple to understand he was able to answer all my questions and help me out where needed. This is the 2nd time buying here. Different salesperson years ago but same results. 5/5 stars both times. Will use Miami Lakes for all my future vehicles!

Wow! What an espectacular service. My sales rep (CARLOS G�MEZ) spent two days helping me find the perfect Grand Wagoneer with the specifications that I wanted. Never thought buying a car could be this seamless. The financial gentleman (JULIO BALDINA) was also amazing. He made sure I understood everything that I was signing and went above and beyond explaining everything that was covered and guiding me while doing it. I ve been a customer of Braman for over 15 years and this was the first time I made a purchase in another dealer. 10/10. See you guys soon for my wife s next SUV.

Unbelievable downright worst experience in my life purchasing s vehicle, first wanted to charge me double on the payment eventhough on the website they approved my App for the price advertised. Then after 6 hours of wait was given the advertised payment. Truck was delivered low on gas and dirty as can be. As we left to stop to get fuel half a mile down the road my wife notices a scratch on the driver door and I informed the dealer and the sales rep said you got a good deal and its a lease who care I was blownaway. Well if that wasn't enough the sneaky finance manager was able to hide an extended breakdown and maintenance package on my lease. I have been going back and forth with the warranty company to have it canceled as the truck doesn't need the additional coverage. Now my truck has transmission problems snd the infotainment center goes black randomly while driving. Truck currently has 3200 miles. Never again will I buy a GM or buy from this dealer

We ve been bringing our Jeep for service at Auto Nation for years it s always an easy process with fairly fast service. They have a pleasant and clean waiting room (it smells like a hotel). The staff is friendly and able to answer questions! Armando helped us out and he was great!

Mike and Javier were super awesome with helping us with the purchase of our son s first vehicle!! They both were super knowledgeable of the vehicle they were selling us and Mike made the paperwork portion stress free!! I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Miami Lakes Automall. I visited their dealership after seeing what appeared to be a reasonable deal on a vehicle advertised online. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that the price advertised was based on trading a vehicle in. This was nowhere listed on the advertisement and only on their internal sites terms and conditions.The dealership had conveniently hidden a clause deep within the fine print, which completely altered the terms of the deal. This deceptive tactic is nothing short of dishonest and unethical. It's clear they have no respect for their customers and are only interested in making a quick buck at their expense.Moreover, the staff's attitude was appalling. Instead of acknowledging their deceitful advertising, they attempted to justify it, showing a complete lack of integrity and professionalism. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Miami Lakes Automall to proceed with extreme caution. Don't be fooled by their seemingly attractive prices they are nothing but a facade to lure unsuspecting customers. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. This dealership does not deserve your trust or your hard-earned money

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER! It was the worst car dealership I have ever visited. They are not professional and not transparent at all. The price on the website is only to attract customers. The sellers don't know what they are selling and don't even know the features of the car. They eat their lunch in the same place where they receive and negotiate with the client. The place is messy and dirty. Terrible customer service if that exists there. Managers don't answer the phone. The car was delivered to me without gas. You can't claim anything once you leave the dealership, which seems quite vulgar to me, I can't understand that you can return a soap for 0.80 cents and you can't return or claim anything for a car worth 40 thousand dollars. As if all of the above were not enough, I have been claiming a check that they owe me for 4 months, and they have not just paid me. These are just some of the many complaints. I just need to show up there with television cameras to see if they take me seriously. I am extremely disappointed and truly regret trading the professionalism of Toyota for this underworld dealership. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!

Nicolas worked endlessly the whole day to get my husband and I in the car we wanted!! He showed us so many cars and didn t stop until we left satisfied! He listened and tried to find the best vehicle right for us!! We had excellent customer service here and will be customers for life!!! Thank goodness for Service advisor Steven Brundidge. He gets me in and out and always takes good care of my vehicle. I only come to see him . He even showed he how to check my own oil, in the event my car needs oil . Thanks Steven
