It was a fast and easy process. The car payment is more than quoted so don t be fooled by the pre approval. The interest rate is also crazy but if you have bad credit this seems like the best legit option. We will see if the car causes any problems. Fingers crossed.But they are not pushy sales people. Albert was super nice and fast. I had a great experience.

I hesitated about going to this place because I know that buy here pay here really means you pay double because your credit is low and you barely have $ for a down payment.I also wondered how they could actually have almost a five star review.didn t make sense.Fast forward, it took me about $600 down and hour to walk out the door with the dopest vehicle in the dealership.Yes, my credit sucked. Average income (security guard). So the interest was ridiculous.BUT: I WAS IMMEDIATELY ABLE TO BETTER TAKE CARE OF MY FAMILY, have transportation for work and have a large vehicle for Uber.Took me out a bad situation in the snap of a finger.Lastly, the salesman (Marvin) was on point. No time wasted. Honest, professional and respectful.So if you don t have much $ (literally)or have bad credit, but you have a job, I recommend this place.If you have good credit and a sizable down payment, it ain t the place for you.

I love the DriveTime, the manager was absolutely amazing, she makes sure I was able to get in the right car with the right price. Everybody in there was super nice and friendly. If you looking for a vehicle please go see Victoria at the Hialeah location. She is awesome

Went to Drive Time 6100 Miami FL. One hour before closing Albert took care of everything within an hour! Was the very best experience and best customer service. He answered all of my questions, and helped me through the process. First time going to this location but second time with DriveTime. Thank you I am extremely happy.

I came in on my birthday. Right before I walked in I got a phone with bad news. Bradley greeted outside. And I ended up leaving happy. With a car I was very pleased with. Bradley was very professional but also personable. Thanks for making my birthday a day to remember

I came to drive time today on March 26 2024. I call Drive time and Marvin Castellanos answered the phone. I explained my situation. In no time I was in my new ride. And back on the road.
