I just want to give Wreck Collision their accolades. The workers are very professional and nice. Although it took a while for my car to be finished due to holidays Christmas and New Years, they kept in contact with me. The job on the car was outstanding. My dad responded to repair with a WOOOOW, it looks like it wasn t damaged . The owner, Ariel is a really sweet person. He is in the business to please his customer and make life a little at ease dealing with wreck vehicle. Shoutout to all the workers for doing an Awesome job!

Impecable body work! The AutoResQ team is professional and courteous demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and taking care of the entire insurance claim. If you are looking for your vehicle to be beautifully repaired with a relatively quick turnaround time, this is your body shop!

Unfortunately, I wasn't pleased with my experience with the shop. Frist they didn't disclose that the only method of payment that they accept is Zelle, Cash or Check. For a body shop to not accept credit card, I think is absolutely absurd. But, for them to not inform the customer of that from the beginning is even more ridiculous. I also had to constantly be on top of them to get an update on my car's progress because they kept pushing the deadline back and I needed my car for my trip. However, Chris who was in charge of my car was polite and did answer my calls whenever I needed an update. When it finally came time to pick up my car and make the payment, I was upset when they informed me that I couldn't pay with a credit card because its not something I was made aware of and for the new manager Emanual, to tell me that "Its my responsibility to have that kind of money knowing what my deductible was". I don't think its professional for a manager to tell a customer that they are expected to have $1k lying around when most people use their credit cards for such payments. He also kept telling me that there are a lot of changes he would like to make. I will NOT RETURN to this shop to see "such changes" made.

Truly disappointed. My daughter s car was in the shop for 2 weeks. They claimed to have fully painted it yet there are several places where you can see chipped paint, cracks and even paint where paint it s not supposed to be. I called after hours so I did not get a response. I ll be calling tomorrow to see what their solution is to this horrible job. I m even embarrassed to say how much I paid because I feel robbed. I do not recommended this shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my 2005 Acura MDX completely painted, a full paint job plus fixing all rust spots and dents. My car s paint was completely faded with time and miami heat beach weather. Mike took care of everything and I must say they did an awesome job. I was very impressed with the finished results. I would definitely recommend them. Keep up the good work

I would give AutoResQ auto body shop a 10 star but I can only give 5. There are other shops in the area but AutoResQ got me what I was looking for and I am so happy with the support and service the whole team provided. I will come back again if needed. I have full confidence and trust with them. A job big or small. A busy hard working crew. Thanks for all your hard work and fairness to your customers.

Their service was completely great. I felt very welcome and they understand my concerns from being in a car accident. My vehicle looked brand new once the repairs done, they even clean and wax my vehicle and offer good warranty. They were extremely nice and cooperative. My car didn't take long only 2 days to do plus the guys ended up being sick the day I had to pick up the car but Letty was doing an amazing job of backing them up with help plus running the inside with call and other clients. They also cleaned the inside and washed the outside of my car afterwards. I recommend anyone to come to this place for your repair needs! I got into a collision accident, and being from Texas, I didn t know where to go. I googled best collision repair shop near me , and this place came up. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. No regrets! Geico said 2 weeks to fix my car, I had it back in a week! I don t usually review places but I really felt like they deserve it! I had an accident with my 2020 Camry and wasn t sure on how to proceed with the repairs. Wrecked Collision explained the process to me and took care of the claim with the insurance company. My car came out looking brand new again like nothing ever happened. Chris was super awesome and really took care of everything. 10 out 10 highly recommended!

PLASES READ ROACHES !!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !! I GOT MY CAR BACK IN 5 MOUNTHS I ONLY NEEDED A SUSPENSION REPAIR THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL HAVE MY CAR BACK TO ME IN A MOUNTH IN A HALF JUST TO GET MY MONEY I KEPT CALLING THEY KEPT SAYING TWO WEEKS !!! THEY IN HOUSE MECHANIC IS THE BLOCK BEHIND THEM WHERE THE CRICKET WIRELLES WHEN I GOT BACK MY CAR MY CARPET WAS SOAK WITH RAIN WATER AND WAS FULL WITH ROACHES !!! YES ROACHES I GOT THEM OUT BECAUSE I DONT EAT OR HAVE CHILDEND WHO EAT IN MY CAR BUT DONT DO IT AND THEY PUT USED PARTS \ OLD PART IN YOUR CAR THEY GAVE ME A NEW PAINT JOB FOR THE WAIT AND USEED CHEAP PAINT AND MY CAR DIDNT NEED IT ......TAKE YOUR CAR ANY WHERE IN PINES OR MIRAMAR !!!!!!!
