Bought a new four Hancock tires, after six months, tires start to cracking on the side , looking very dry for some reason then one of them start to lose air, I took it to repair and they told me that the tire has a defect that the air was traveling from inside of the wheel , l looking like a three simultaneous holes , they will is useless I took it to them, and they said that it was my fault because I dropped my vehicle with a little air and that s why it s broken. I m an old client of the store. I always change my four tires of my vehicle there and I had always got to fix my tires, but this kind of damage is not normal , and these people doesn t wanna lose a penny, they do not care about customers . Really disappointment .

The prices of the store are great. They really are the cheapest around. But I wouldn't come back here until they clean up their showroom. I understand that this is a rims and tire shop but this store is absolutely disgusting. The floor was sticky, bathroom disgusting. There were tires placed everywhere unorganized. Best part was while I was there they were putting even more tires in the showroom. It looks more like a storage room more than anything. They really need to clean it this up to make the company look more presentable to the public.

Went to see Jorge for some 26 wheels for my Truck, ordered a set for me and gave me a great price. Had a little mix up with the size at first but the way Jorge handled things was respectable. I have had many years of experience driving on all types of high performance tires and must say that my Mayrun MR500s are awesome by comparison, they have kept up well so far for the year I have been running them. The grip is good in dry or wet and I would recommend to anyone to try them. Also got great service from Jorge Chacon down at Wheel World.

Needed last minute wheel centric spacers for a 2009 Audi A8L. Of course they had them! They ve been around forever and have a wildly thorough inventory of wheels, tires, accessories and more! Feel free to call in advance or just stop by.Sammy is super knowledgeable and very nice! Will be back again!

Jorge and Sammie were awesome for me! I bought rims and tires went down to put them on yesterday and these 2 went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Jorge out of town/country had to be called on the fly and he took the call and time to make sure we got my deal done. Sammie had to make some adjustments on the fly even put me in a better tire because my car was too low. these guys and there team even the tech were super helpful and I left happy!Thanks Wheel World TeamService: Tires

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEST PRICES, AMAZING PEOPLE. I get my tires from them all the time. They worked with me and helped me out with finding wheels. They went above and beyond and I appreciate them so much for it. I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Jorge and Robert are the best!! They searched high and low to help me get what I needed. Not many places will do the above and beyond service they provided to me. Wheel World is the place to go for your wheel and tire needs!!

I love wheel world!!! They always have the best customer service and are always best in price!!! They go out of there way to make sure you get what your exactly looking for, from basic tires to adding a whole new rim setup on your ride! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just got new wheels and tires for my 2018 Audi S5. I've been going there since 1990 when I had my first Honda CRX. The service is as good as it ever was. Sammy is awesome and knowledgable and the installers are quick and know what they are doing. Always a low price and great service. Wheel World is the best in town.

Best rim and tire shop in town. Don't waste your time going anywhere else! This was the only shop that was able to solve my wheel balancing issue after trying other places. Sammy will always give you the best advice and service.

Went to this business to find out about wheels for my car . There was one worker behind the counter who did not acknowledge my presence . After looking around briefly I decided to go to the counter . Still no acknowledgement so I stood there for about 1 minute and then I said hello ,he responded that he's on the phone will be with me shortly . I waited around then left . Don't know if it was because I was female or black .

Brought my 2014 Nissan Maxima to get new rims and tires and let me tell you Jorge is the best , not only was their service good but he gave me options and the best prices compare to other places I actually saved 1800 on Neiche for my car and now GREAT LOOKS , thanks guys wheel world for life , RESPECT

Horrible, my grandfather and I went there to get rims for his 69' Mach 1 Mustang and got there 15 mins before closing due to bad traffic and the owner said "Sorry we're closed". My grandfather and I were pissef and took out business somewhere else, never buying there ever again.

Horrible place! They changed my wheels and tires and now the car does not stop shaking! I cannot go over 20 miles/hour. They also left the censor on my car and said that they couldn t fix it, when I never had that censor warning sign before. Horrible service.

I got the best deal in miami and broward here for 17" wheels and tires customer service was great while waiting in the lobby the guy's were very nice and service was fast on a busy day.

25 dollars to fix a flat and the lady tells me o thats because "we patch it" so in my mind i thought but thats what every other shop will do for 9 to 12 dollars or 15 at the most so i just walked out without saying a word! i hate it when ppl want to screw other ppl like that!
