I scheduled an appointment back on December 27, 2023 at 8am to get 4 new tires for my 2002 Camry and after about 2 and a half hours they were finished with the job, and am very satisfied with the service, and especially the affordable pricing that was offered.They were very careful not to damage the rims while replacing and balancing the new tires.I'll definitely come back for other services!

They had me waiting for more than 2 hours having an appointment. This is crazy. So I decided to leave but had to wait another 30 min because they could not find my keys. Employees were not taking care of customers, hiding in the corners. The phone was ringing non stop. They really need a good manager there.

Shop is a little slow and have some lazy workers specially at the time of working with the system and the register. The manager is why I give it 3 star, the guy with the braids is an awesome guy helping everyone, otherwise good prices just need a little better management and faster service

Purchased a tire during their Black Friday deals, was lucky enough to pay for it online and reserve the purchase the day before Thanksgiving however when I arrived that day at 4p (Wednesday ) I was told they were closing up that I can return any other day,, any time and I just need the barcode for purchase. Since I have had tires installed at another Walmart location I did ask if a reservation was needed , I was told NO that all I needed was proof of my tire purchase for that location. Unfortunately that was not accurate information as when I arrived on a Saturday at 1:15p I was immediately told no that a reservation to install the one tire I had purchased was needed and they advised me that technicians called out out as well. Needless to say I was disappointed being it was my second attempt to have the tire I paid for installed. I spoke to the service manager Reniel and he was kind and empathetic that given this being the second time I show up and the urgency of needing it for my work commute he advised me that he would install the tire for me himself. As I know not all customer service issues are able to be resolved depending on the nature of the problem and circumstances like call outs occur, myself being a manager as well, I truly appreciate seeing the manager of the department Reniel step up to resolve the problem himself , as that is what all leaders should strive to achieve- ensuring to the best of their ability and capacity that myself, their customer left happy and alleviated the stress that would have occurred if he had not stepped in. I hope that the GM of this Walmart location is aware that they have a manager (Reniel) that is devoted to customer satisfaction in your Auto Service Department . Thank you !!

Got there at 8 am was in line till 8:45 am just so they can tell me it would take 3 to 4 hours before someone will even touch my car. Those are the exact words the employee used. They only had one person handling the entire line. He would have to stop to pull tires from the inventory and car batteries etc. I honestly felt bad for that employee. Walmart you need to do better.

Went for an oil change and had to wait over an hour for someone to find the key and open up. When they finally opened, no apology, just attitude. Learned from others who were waiting that this is habitual for this particular location.

This the the WORST Walmart auto center I ve ever been to! I ve purchased tires from Walmart a few times, their prices are amazing !This place however wow ! I ve had to come back 3 times to get the tires installed.First night I got here at 6pm (online says they close at 7) and it was closed.Came back the next day and they hadn t put my tires int the system, plus tire installs are by appointment only. So I asked about an oil change. They said there s a 2-3 hour wait for them to even see your car So I made an appointment for the next day to install my tires and do an oil change.Next day I got there 20 minutes late. By the time I got to the front (because the line took forever) it was now 40 minutes past my appt time and they said I missed my appt so I d have to make another one for tomorrow. Fine. I was late, that s my fault.So today I made it 15 minutes before my appt. Waited in line for half hour, now I m 15 min past my appt. Marie attended me, she s sweet, but neither her nor Robert seem like the give a flying fork about any customers, their time, or anything. They almost speak to people in a belittling tone.I finally get a text AN HOUR LATER that my car is in service. I am now writing this review ANOTHER HOUR LATER as I can see my car sitting in the bay with one tire off.I ve officially been here 2 hours to change 2 front tires!!!I could ve done this faster in my driveway with a bicycle pump !!Not to mention they charge $23 to mount each tire ! That s higher than a normal mom and pop tire shop !I think it s just this location. I ve never had an issue with a walmart auto center before.Not have I ever heard anyone keep yelling 4-5 hours before your car gets touched as repeated by Robert all day.I don t know what kind of work they do back there, all I know is tires, batteries and oil changes. With 4 bays, there is NO reason anyone should be waiting 4 hours.

They missed my one wheel lock after installed my new tires.After two days, their manager suggested that they would reimburse it if I bring same parts from official shop. Finally, I could replace it but I had to wasted my time.

Now, it was Monday, Jan 2. Most folks were off. The wait was long but Danny did inform me and I said ok & I will come back. But another worker who had work 9 am, until I had received my car was awesome (i do not recall his name). He was very patience with everyone including incoming customers.Overall the service was great, the workers were very helpful and polite. That morning crew should get recognized.Again. Thank you

I recently changed my oil here & its honestly the cheapest oil you'll find around. I put Synthetic Oil on my car for $55. Regular oil is between $38 & $45 for high mileage oil.The ONLY thing is that the wait is very long. You need to go knowing you're going to wait a few hours. Also, they open at 7am so I highly recommend getting there 6:30am to be the first one there to get your oil change. Trust me on thisI got there at 7am on the dot and there was already 5 people in front of me and I had to wait for 3+ hours. It's walk-ins only for oil change.I also got my tires changed 2 months ago here and they are also the cheapest tires. For any tire service, you can make an appointment online and I highly recommend buying the tires online as well because if you don't, there might not be any tires when you go to your appointment.

Waited 30 minutes to make an appointment for the following weekend for a tire installation. I got to this auto center on the date of my appointment, the auto center is closed (they placed a sign on the door, it was very vague). The sign did not explain how long the auto center would be closed. To add insult to injury, the one employee at work spoke no English and was unhelpful. I get back home from my blank trip and I receive a notification to arrive 15 min early for my installation. This is unacceptable!

Supposed to open at 7, guy didn't show up til 7:30. I was first there and didn't leave til 9! Just an oil change...NEVER going back there. DO NOT GO!

They did not open until 0730 am. The employee stated they take appointments for tires only. There is a male customer here who had an appointment for tires only, because he is friends with the cashier name Marie, she allowed him to skip other customers that were in line for an oil change. I am a military / law enforcement officer and all I wanted to do was get my oil changed on Veterans Day. I got here at 0630 am to ensure I would be the 1st or 2nd customer in line for an oil change and I was the 2nd person in line for an oil change until, Marie allowed her male friend to skip the oil change line. This is unacceptable to waste peoples time like this. The rules are the rules and no one should be above them just because you know the cashier. That male customer should have had to wait in line for his oil change. Marie should be ashamed of herself. The male customer came back to the store and bought Marie breakfast for allowing him to skip the oil change line. The male customer stated this in front of me. She needs to be written up. I m sure it s against company policy to exchange favors for items. She has caused me to be late for my next appointment therefore, my entire schedule for the day is has been pushed back by hours because of this. I come here only for oil changes and I know to get up early to get here by 0630 am. This store has a lot of unprofessional employees. Walmart needs to provide better training or terminate the bad employees. Not one manager or team lead apologized for the late opening or their staff behavior.The Hispanic male employee working on my car is on his cellphone therefore, he keeps stopping to talk. I keep asking how much longer since I there for hours at this point. Robert decided he wanted to drive my car around the damn building because he was mad that I was filing a complaint. Robert employee, black with dreadlocks. They all need better training or hire new employees with better attitudes. Why is the manager never there.Service: Oil change

Walmart provides competent and reliable service at a very competitive price. The tire quality and professional service is the most affordable in town. The issue is understaffing and wait time is unsatisfactory. 3 hours for the installation of two tires is too lengthy. Perhaps, booking an appointment ahead of time is preferable.

I arrive at 10:30 am & was in line for an hour. The person behind the counter was doing everything & moving clients, taking care of sales, etc.It took 45 minutes to service an oil change with filter. I thank Robert for the excellent service & efficiency in his work.Good work with the shop staff/ auto technicians :)

I visited to have an oil change and to have tires that I purchased on Walmart's website mounted. My work was performed within a reasonable amount of time (over 1 hour), However the problem came when I arrived super early so that I can get in and out. There was about a 30 minute delay in opening the tire center. I was informed that the manager was the only one with keys to open so in total I waited over 2 hours.

The customer service given by the lady at the counter, Marie, is terrible, and she refuses to answer the phone when it's ringing right in her face. I called before arriving so that I would know how long the wait for an oil change was, and no one answered the phone. I let the phone ring as I was on my way over there to see how long it would take before someone picked the phone up before I got there. But I got there and the phone was still ringing. Marie was too busy talking on her Bluetooth device while letting the phone ring.

This is the worst auto care center. Full of lazy good for nothing employees whom are boisterous, they love yo gather themselves to talk and never help other customer that aren't the same kind.Very rude. I have to leave with oil change for my Kia Sedona. They say that they have not the proper tool to remove the oil filter. This is outrageous in store that sell millions and millions of dollars. And they don't have money to purchase a wrench to remove the filters.SHAME ON YOU WALMART.

Slowwwwww service.... I was first in line but they pushed my service back and put others in front of my service. when they opened at 8am and I waited over 2 hours to get my car to service area for a simple oil change. Then it took even longer to get the oil change.I ve never waited this long for a oil change. It s not a first come, first service thing. If you need a oil change I provide you to please find somewhere else convenient and much faster and doesn t have you waiting for hours for something simple or put you behind people you were in front of. This will be my last time here. I will never come here again

I waited two hours to have one tire replaced. They're very short staffed and poorly managed. As short staffed as they are, one of the techs came back from lunch and went immediately on break. The techs that were there were polite and did a good job on my car.
