In one word my experience with Subaru of North Miami was Fabulous .My salesperson Jonas Coffat listened to my needs with patience and gave me an unbeatable deal. Everything was crystal clear. He was very transparent and respectful.After visiting dealership to dealership this is where I got my numbers correct to my satisfaction.Mohamed helped me with the accounts and he was also superb with a friendly attitude.Thank you every one of North Miami Subaru who worked on my deal. This dealership really went above and beyond to help my mom purchase her vehicle. We originally dealt with Kendra and she was very responsive . I spoke with the used car manager Kevin he was very helpful and attentive. Nick was our sales person. He left early before the dealership opened to deliver my mom s new vehicle. Absolutely a privilege to work with this team.

Very poor customer service. Not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. I called on behalf of my wife who had an issue with this dealership as they forgot to put the vehicle documents back in the car after maintenance. They were not willing to offer a resolution despite spending 30 min on the phone. We are left for several days without vehicle documents which creates significant inconvenience and risk. Such a shame!

Got my 2023 WRX 2 weeks ago.Great team very professional service, highly recommended dealership.They did everything to resolve any issue, even small things just to make us happy.Sales rep Luis Gabriel Gonzalez did all for us to get the right deal and was very helpful and professional.If you are looking to buy a car this is your place!!! They are there to help you and of course save you some money.

This dealership/workshop is shame with poor service. They did not put the documents back in the car after maintenance and they did not proactively call us to let us know. We found ourselves without documents not being able to drive to the weekend we had planned in Naples. They never apologised for all the inconvenience and sent someone to deliver the documents who ran away without messaging me or calling me to come downstairs to get the documents blaming on the front desk. It will be 3 days without car documents and ability to drive.

I purchased a new vehicle here and my experience was great. All the dealer staff was very professional and attentive. The parts department is great as well. I buy most of my Subaru parts online here and they have an excellent email follow up service. I d hands down recommend Lehman Subaru (North Miami Subaru) if you are looking for a Subaru or other car.

My experience with the service department has been outstanding. Everyone that I have met there has been bright, knowledgeable, and efficient, particularly Austin, who diligently followed up with a part that had to be back ordered and contacted me when it arrived to schedule installation. There is a pleasant place to wait and they even provide Lyft transportation when I've had to leave the vehicle.

Poor customer service, purchased a car over a month ago with Lo-Jack security system and to date, despite numerous calls, emails to the management and sales personnel, I continue without the paid service. After visiting several dealerships and seeing several car models, we had not yet decided on any, but when we arrived at Subaru and Luis Gonz�les helped us, we did not hesitate, he got us the deal we expected over an Ascent Touring 2024 at a very good price , everyone was very attentive and cordial from the beginning , the finance person was also very friendly and in a couple of hours we returned home driving our new Ascent 2024! We highly recommend Subaru of North Miami

Horrible experience. They wanted to charge me $500 for a check engine diagnostic then $3K in repairs. They are shady and sketchy. I brought my husband with me to review the charges and they brought down the diagnostic fee and then we just left. Took it to Pembrook pines, nice & honest people there. When we explained the issue and noted that there were no other problems with the engine. They told us the gas cap was not on all the way and causes all the lights to go off.Wow. Just shocked at the level this Subaru dealer is willing to go to scam women.

I am very happy with the purchase of my new Subaru. Dealership team did their best to create a warm friendly environment and worked with me to get to common ground. Miguel, the car salesman, went out his way to help me test drive the car, explained how things worked in my stick shift WRX, helped me get the perks that were important to me, and co-created the friendly discussion, together with Terrence. Arshad and Ram also were knowledgeable, cooperative and thoughtful.For me, a car buying process is not easy. Having said that, I would definitively recommend Subaru of North Miami as a very good dealership option. Oh, BTW, expresso machine and pastries available for customers is an added bonus. You need food after a while...Thank you.Eduardo.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but I was really taken back this afternoon by what felt like a really sleazy pricing tactic. Long story short, I saw a car priced at $25,800. I called and verified the price with a sales associate and told him I wanted to buy it. They sent me the final numbers just before I purchased the plane ticket to fly in from Denver, and I was surprised to see that there was a nearly $4,000 discrepancy between the price I was quoted and the final price - it was made up of a $1,200 dealer fee and a $2,500 additional package (which included paint protection products and a LoJack system). The package wasn't optional and had already been installed, but the advertised price didn't reflect this package (including when I called to verify the internet price) until I got the final numbers to pay. I expected a dealer handling fee, but I've purchased cars from dealers all over the country and never heard of a dealer fee even close to $1,200 - that's unbelievably high and seems totally unreasonable, to say the least... it could be standard for the area, but I did a quick search and it looks like it's about double the cost of other dealers in the area. Also, as a side note, they also offered me 60% less than any other dealer I have talked to for my trade-in. I'm not too bothered by that because they aren't obligated to make a reasonable offer, but it just added to the feeling that this is a greedy dealership that seems to care about one thing, and it certainly is not my buying experience. Maybe it's a one-off, but it sure felt like the sleazy tactics that a lot of other dealers use to get you in the doors and then hit you with some crazy hidden fees. Take it for what it's worth, but I would either be very cautious when buying from this dealership or avoid them altogether.

If you are buying out of state I would stay far away. I purchased a car in November and they refuse to send the paperwork to North Carolina to allow me to get my car registered. They sold me a CPO Subaru which is required to have two working keys with it. They gave me one and then sent another and told me I had to pay 200 bucks to get it programmed 2 months later. I keep living off of a temporary tag which I have to beg for them to send in time for me to be able to continue driving my car. They are rude and have been absolutely unwilling to go above and beyond to get anything done. Please take this warning serious.Update: They replied to the review but wont reply to me with any answers at all.

Unethical. They may be very nice when you re there and will say anything to close the deal and even convinced me to negotiate a car above my price range until we came to an agreement. I even came up with more down payment to get to my number to help the sales rep who pushed for this car because he said it was sitting on the lot for a long time (which would have been fine if the terms were kept).They clobbered an unnecessary protection plan to the contract that I didn t ask for. When I said to remove it before I signed they said this is the only way we can give you the price you want . I tried to walk away, so they promised a discount to make up the difference ; They then said this would be to help them make more commissions, so out of compassion I agreed.When it was time to pay my initial payment they requested EVEN MORE money for an ADDITIONAL payment in the amount of $450. I politely declined and tried to walk away but The pushy finance manager (older man) said he would waive the additional payment but for me not to walk away.I later received a letter from Subaru telling me they changed the contract terms , to new terms I didn t agree to OR sign for.I repeat , the contract said one thing and the letter came back stating less coverage for the price . Terms that I did NOT agree to.I left several voicemails for the finance managers, none of my calls were returned since December.When I attempted to contact Jorge (the salesperson) , he said I didn t have to do anything and to ignore it. I advised to check with his leadership and he said he can t give a refund.I became irate and advised I would take legal action to nullify the contract . He literally responded in a text bro, what are you talking about? stop making threats. Come drive to the store and talk to a manager . Unprofessional.I ve been sick and have been unable to go in person and not a single call has been returned.Today I called and asked for the GM but they were too busy (surprise, surprise) and didn t call back either.Horrible experience. I will be notifying BBB and consumer protection agencies to report the malicious dealings and acts in bad faith from this specific dealership.I will NEVER recommend this specific dealership. The car is badass so it will hurt to give it back when we terminate the contract, but it s too much disrespect.Having to write this review is a waste of time and disrespectful as a consumer.I have purchased / financed and paid off over 7 vehicles from different dealerships.This was my first Subaru experience because the cars are nice, but this dealership treats you like garbage after they take your money.Finance mgr - no call back. (Multiple times)Salesperson - dismissive.General manager - no call back.The car is fine , but they lied and over promised.OH FORGOT TO MENTION: they tried to pull a fast one and bring me an offer with lower mileage than I originally requested . Don t fall for this old trick. Luckily I caught it because I read everything.They add a bunch of BS to the sticker and clobber unnecessary coverage packages and maintenance without your consent.

In transit through Miami, we went in for an oil change. We received excellent and courteous service. The advisor, Jorge, and the service team were very professional. They performed a multi point inspection and advised on a few items that will be taken care of in an upcoming scheduled maintenance.

Worst experience with car dealerships in my life. Kept the car for a warranted service for a week. Had to replaced battery. Couldn t comment on the ETA of a new battery arrival. Wouldn t give a loaner car (no cars available). Wouldn t borrow a battery from the Subaru dealer within 30 min (competitors). Had to tow my car to another dealer for service.

I wasn't going to leave a review, until I started getting spam calls from them at 7am on the weekend.Horrible experience. Sales people were constantly calling and texting up until the sale, and then silence...They gave me the wrong key fob as key #2, it went to a different vehicle entirely, took ~3wks of calls and texts just to speak with them... then weeks more for replacement to arrive.Going on 4 months of waiting for paperwork/title, so I can tag the car. Call/text/emails go completely unanswered. New temp tag randomly appeared one day... so they are getting the messages, just refuse to engage professionally. A tiny bit of actual communication would go a long way...

Bought a Subaru Forester in 2021, the car is under warranty and have had to bring it to the dealer several times for mechanical issues. The people working at the shop are not doing a good job. Every time I get my car back, something new comes up. This time i can hear something loose rolling around somewhere. Now the battery started to give me problems and I called since last month and they told me it s an ongoing issue with the batteries and to bring it in (AGAIN) so they can replace it. I have been waiting for over a MONTH bc they say there are no loaners available. Today the car just died on me and had to get it towed to the dealer and fought to get a loaner. They even had the audacity to offer me a RENTAL at a discounted rate, when THEY are the problem. This is outrageous! They are killing the trust I had in the brand. Go get a Toyota. I have a 2009 Scion XD that has NEVER seen the dealer ant it s still going great.

Just purchased my new 2024 Crosstrek from Subaru of North Miami and can say I had an excellent customer experience. Michael, Yeral, Terrance and Yoandry each took care of me during different phases of the process and felt comfortable with all. I can definitely say that I hate buying a new car but these people made it a pleasant experience and I walked out with good feelings towards the dealership and my final purchase. I am extremely happy with the car and can t wait to take it on my first road trip.
