I purchased an 2014 Audi R8 in May 2020 and was recommended to MTM for tuning which would also correct an engine fault that would have prevented a California smog check.After the car was tuned the fault was cleared but the "check engine" like came on and remained. While driving the car from Miami to San Diego, the engine overheated and multiple fault lights appeared including drivetrain in the Arizona desert. Once I had the car checked by my mechanic I was informed that one of the ECU's was used and did not match the other ECU and was not factory installed. After spending $2400 replacing both units, per MTM policy, I requested that MTM retune the engine which they agreed to do. After that agreement, they disappeared and would not accept or respond to my calls or emails. When I tricked them into accepting my call, they promised again to retune the car, but did nothing and disappeared again.To date they still won't accept my call or honor their word after a year. The sad thing is, after charging me over $2K to tune the car, never mentioning the non-factory ECU (makes me wonder who installed this used non-factory unit...???), and causing multiple faults on my car making for a dangerous drive home, they refuse to honor their word. These people should be avoided. Poor service, poor execution and atrocious follow-up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR INVESTMENT!

Jose @ MTM USA provides great work, great quality parts & labor at competitive prices. He understands the consumer's end goal and provides solid support along the build process, whether the car comes in for some maintenance or doing a full build. I've worked with him for a long time and can vouch for the business's professionalism and positive attitude.

I have been trying to contact them about a spoiler for my R8 for three days. Emails, chats on the website, phone calls. Nobody responds. I can't event imagine if I had already purchased something.Update, 1 month later: I left two voicemails, sent an email and multiple (>3) chats on their website and never received a response. I was literally just asking for an estimate how long a $3k spoiler would take to be delivered. I was at point of purchase and went elsewhere because they seem to not be running this business at all.

Where to begin...I purchased a Cantronic system for my 2021 RSQ8 21 APR 2022. They were extremely helpful before the purchase.That's when things went wrong. After install, we battled numerous codes and issues with the system. Didn't matter what we did, clearing codes etc. The issues persisted and the vehicle couldn't be driven. Customer service, warranty support etc. were all non-existent suddenly. Emails, calls everything went unanswered.I parked the car and waited for a reply, constantly emailing and following up. Fast forward to me wanting to enjoy the car again the following season. Still no reply, still no communication.Finally, I got ahold of Kayla Anne (who left a review on here / is an employee) at MTM-USA. She responded, was helpful and agreed to refund me in full if I sent the cantronic system back to them.No problem. Boxed it up and shipped it back in May or 2022. Once they received it back they were supposed to refund my $2,798.00 in full.Never happened. Emails have been sent and sent, calls. Now I'm out the product and my money. Stay far far away from MTM-USA. No support, steal your money and makes your vehicle unable to be driven. All bad.For the MTM owner reading this, invoice #3495 should've been refunded in full months ago since you received your defective product back.

We ordered a $26K turbo kit for an RS6 and have had nothing but silence, and unfulfilled promises of parts and tracking numbers. Phone calls are never answered, or voicemails returned. Emails are sparsely replied to. Don't let them take your money.

Running the MTM stage 1 ECU tune on my MK7 Golf GTI and couldn't be happier. Huge thanks to the MTM USA team for the amazing service and hospitality, and extremely prompt replies to texts and emails. Beautiful showroom and shop/facility as well. Highly recommended!

if i could provide negative Stars, i would like to do that. This company does not even deserve 1 Star.For me is this all Scam, i had Ordered a CETE module for my RS6. Waited more than 3 Month and had multiple E-Mails and phone calls. At the end had i canceled my Order, because there was never a clear delivery date submitted, i am still waiting on my refund.Never Again MTM USA, such a SCAM!!!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this place. I m June of this year I ordered a silencer delete for a 911 GT3. After waiting over a month I contacted them to see what was going on. They had an excuse that it was being made in Germany and they were still waiting on it. I figured Ok, I will be patient .another month went by, again I contact them, it just came in with our latest shipment and it will ship to you very soon. That was in August! Fast forward to September I emailed them for a refund because clearly I was getting nothing. No response. I filed a chargeback October 9th with my bank and even have emailed them 3 times asking for a refund and no reply. Also no response from the company to my bank either. I already have my attorney involved too and they will be hit with a lawsuit very soon.

I had an order with MTM for over $2,500 and never received the item. Been over 2 mos - no updates or response from the resolution or sales team. I find out the employee I was working with left the company, now I get a blanketed response from a "sales @ mtmusa" account saying, "I am looking into this now with my new accounting team. Trying to find where your money went. Hope to have update for you soon. "New accounting team? What the heck is going on over there at MTM.And their response was unhelpful and ambiguous. I'm forced to make a claim with my CC company.I'd recommend not dealing with this merchant until they get their business in order.10/12/22

Canceled a $1300.00 order that never shipped and have been waiting for over three weeks for my refund. There is a phone number that no one seems to monitor. By email I was told it could take 7-10 days, that came and went, no refund. Then I was told it s up to 10 business days. That came and went, no refund. I was next told they will check with accounting still nothing. Poor customer service. Too bad they have so many goodies for my RS6, their loss.

Placed an order over a year ago.I never got the order it never even shipped. I have emailed, called and messaged on social with no response.I would be very cautious about spending money here.

MTM stopped supporting inventory for my model year. They told me the wrong parts to purchase and subsequently stuck me with $150 return shipping fees and $160 of restocking fees. Anyone looking for car mods should stick with more a reputable company that will have significantly improved customer service.

I wouldn t recommend buying from these guys. So far I ve had a horrible experience. I ordered a part from them in March. It was shipped to me and I had it painted. I went to install it on July 4th only to discover the part doesn t fit. Despite three months of emailing with them I have yet to have the issue resolved and there doesn t appear to be an end in sight. The quality of the ill-fitting part seemed good, but again it did not fit. I ll happily change this review if they are able to deliver the right part.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. This company took my money, refused to send me a product, and strung me along for five months when the product was readily available. They are now refusing to give me a refund, so I am doing a charge back to my card. Avoid at all costs.

Would not recommend. I order a pretty expensive part over 6 months ago. I ve called, emailed, texted and DM d with no response. I thought these guys were reputable. They are not. Now I have to file a CC claim to try and get my money back. Waste of time.

Very understanding and helpful! Such a huge variety of products. I have software for my engine and transmission done and have zero complaints! My S3 drives so smooth when I m Comfort and performs incredible in Dynamic. Definitely recommend for tuning.

Kayla always takes care of my car and I know she's in her good hands. Have not had any issues taking my car here. Just wish the product vendors worked more closely with them regarding updates.

MTM is a brand is highly recommend, their shop does great work. From personal experience, their tunes/modifications are really reliable and do make an impressive difference in the feel of the car. The shows at the shop are always fun, and they re good at doing engine mods, body kits, etc. Great place to get your car worked on.

We ordered and paid for a product on 12/9/2022 and have received no communication whatsoever from this company. Never once has anyone answered our calls and they have have replied to just a few emails.Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost.
