Very rare to have such a great customer service experience that you have to write a review. That said, I woke up dreading that I needed to find a tire place having found a screw in the sidewall of my tire last night. I looked at the Mr. Goma website and saw that they had my tire and the price listed. I called the store on 441 and spoke to Carlos, super friendly. He confirmed the tire was in stock, so I headed over. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was right. I was in and out so fast, I barely had time to finish my free coffee from their Keurig machine. Thank you, Carlos!

I was in a crunch trying to find 4 rare size 21 tires for my Range Rover Velar. Found Mr Goma tired. My salesperson Carlos confirmed my car size tires and next day they were installed. Same day I returned my end of lease car to dealership. Carlos was friendly and did what he promised. Very happy. 5star service!

Manuel and his team are awesome. This business is honest and doesn t play games with customers. I took an M3 CS twice to this shop, they changed all tires and the car was always treated with care and professionalism. I strongly recommended this place.

Best place ! Everyone is just amazing here at Mr. Goma Tires especially Carlito and Rico. Been coming here for about 3 years now. They have a nice waiting area , and they always find a way to accommodate me and my family. They are straight up and to the point. Never had to wait an outrageous amount of time for the job to be done . Always seem to have the best price and quality. Keep up the great job guys !!

I came there to do an alignment and during the process the told a few nuts on inner tie rod and they brazenly asked me for a 100$ tips for a mechanic to tie a few nuts. I feel like I was robbed for a HUNDRED dollars

Just left Mr Goma a place I visit frequently cause I own 7 cars and I asked to call the manager my friend Daniel who I ve been working with for years and they refused after quoting me double what the price should have been and made me feel crazy as I was talking to them, don t let me forget to mention I m stranded cause I won t pay double what it should be

This guy named "Charlie" doesn't know the word respect or customer service. Me and muy husband this morning had the awful luck to meet him and he treated us bad. Poor customer service and indeed he wants to charge us more money. When my husband noticed we said was unfair but he just Let us with no helpBetter not to come!!!!

Just the best. Super fast, super-efficient. Just awesome, I had to bring 3 tires there. That I didn't even buy there. And they threw him on my truck. Which was a 2500 Ram. I was in and out of there within 45 minutes and they were super helpful. Told me my brakes needed to be done. And they do cause I know for fact they do. They told me to awesome price for some rims that I want. . you guys are pros, and they actually give a damn about the customer.

Best Tire place period but in addition it is definitely the place for lease return tire replacement. Been doing business with Mr Goma since the original location in South Miami. This location continues the tradition with more great service, excellent staff and reasonable prices. What more can you ask for? They are always courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly Recommend.

I've supported this business since it came into the area. I've Noticed a decline in service during a recent visit. To summarize my experience, I've replaced all tires on my pickup truck,got high speed balancing dand alignment done on 9/13/23. Test drove the truck on the turnpike on 9/16/23. Found out at 70 plus miles per hr the truck shakes from New tires not balanced properly. Called the store the following day and explained the problem to the clerk.He advised me to bring it in and they'll fix the problem. I dropped off the vehicle this morning, upon my return to pick up the truck, the clerk told me the technician can't perform the balancing because the machine have been broken for a while and can not balanced larger tires and rims.Stor e located in Miami Gardens and I'm waiting on management or owner to contact me and take care of the problem

This was our first time coming here. Got my husband's tire plugged/patched and nitrogen filled in all tires. Excellent customer service and my husband's car was ready in good time. Quick and efficient service. Definitely will come back again for future tire needs. So glad we came here. Daniel was a great help. He was very kind and professional. I highly recommend this place!!

Great experience. Went in with my daughter for a tire for her car. She did all the talking. The guys treated her majestically. Mr. Goma is the best in the business. This is my second time replacing a tire, once for a BMW, run flat, they supplied and installed an almost new tire at the best and most competitive price. The second time I replaced a pair of tesla/continental tires. The pair they supplied and installed was better than the older pair so I'll be back to get the front set.Definitely recommending to friends and family.Price is greatService is fantasticFacility is clean and pleasantThey treat everyone kindly and with respect. Definitely a Miami business that needs to be elevated!
