I was able to have my car inspected immediately and a full report of defects was given to me in a timely manner. Due to the extensive repairs needed I had leave the car overnight but it was ready the next day.Special thanks goes to Joanny who advised me what repairs would be crucial within my budget. I went to get my 2022 GMC Canyon Serviced, and the service I received was amazing! Helpful Employees. I felt right at home. I wil not be going to any other shop than Midas on 27th Ave. Great Job to the entire Midas team!

Pearl is amazing. We blow a tire on the turnpike they had us in and out. There's no stopping this shop from getting it done my family is so thankful for all of the employees here

My wife went alone and Just had a horrible Service All around and was overcharged just because they knew she needed tires in an emergency. You go there for one thing and they end up adding 5 different other things that they say you need and if you don t say anything they ll try to charge you for it. All she wanted was one tire and then stated I had a minor oil leak and needed another tire and then tried to do the work and charge me for it until I stated no I don t need it right now. Did she ask for that no she didn t. All she needed was one tire SIMPLE!!!

Excellent service, friendly staffing. It was good experience. It is far from where I live, but I don't mind coming back for repairs. Two ladies at from desk that day were friendly and knowledgeable. Mechanics were same. Thanks. Keep the good job.

One of my favorite shops to deal with! Pearl is very friendly and helpful with ALL the customers, not just me! Josulyn is also amazing, taking the time to explain to me and to her customers what all needed to be done. I never got the impression of anyone talking down to me, which I know can happen at other shops. Will definitely be back!

This was the best amazing service on a Saturday from the staff of Midas Miami Gardens. When I walked in I received the most caring welcome from Pearl and staff. Not knowing I needed three whole new tires. Pearl thank you for everything and your amazing help. To my mechanic Haroon thank you for your quick eye on what is needed for my car. Today the staff at Midas Miami Gardens made my day.

I thought that, I write a review of Midas's. I love Midas's, there'll work guys do a damn good job on trucks. Mrs. Pearl is great at, what she does for Midas's. If something wrong with your car or truck, see Mrs. Pearl... 12/28/23 at Midas's again for my crazy truck to be fixed again. So far they are til with the great service they do. Even when ur tired fixing ur vehicle to keep running.

I came with my mom to the Miami Gardens Mida s, the reception lady Pearl who we have known for a long time helped us and she always has an amazing attitude, she is super nice friendly and welcoming. The mechanics are all super nice as well and they get the job done in a professional matter and time. Definitely recommend if you need to get your car fixed, mine needed to get the A/C replaced and it has worked perfectly ever since, they also did a general check up of the car and told me if it needed extra care in any aspect, offering amazing customer service which leaves me coming back every single time. Got ripped off. I paid for an oil change, tire rotation and general check up package. Tire rotation was never done. I asked if it was done and I was told yes, however I can tell it wasn t. Never going here again

My first encounter was ok waiting 3 hrs for an oil change. I paid 149.99 for diagnostic as I was told they check more than just codes. They didn't test drive as said on paper, my tires needed air which weren't check either I put air in my tires after leaving. The only check they did was codes which is FREE at auto parts stores. Then was told I needed a "tune-up" which if anyone knows modern cars don't need most of what a tune-up is. They just say that and tackle individual prices for things. Then when you can't afford it they convince you to get a loan which I didn't do. Almost everyone that went it was going on a payment plan for stuff. Is this how you guys make your money?! I got a second opinion. Turns out everything is fine minus the catalytic converter which I already knew and didn't need a diagnostic for that which wasn't done properly anyway. When I asked for estimate for cat they gave me ballpark high price & second place gave me price flat out no problem. If you want this place to fix your car, get a second opinion after estimate because it might be Midas just trying to get you for a loan. Very sad untrustworthy place.

Mrs Pearl was amazing, friendly, & sweet. I arrived a couple hours b4 close on a friday night, there was a line of people waiting yet they still worked on my car giving me an oil change and new brakes. They finished my car an hour after close still smiling and delightful. I got a great price for everything. I will be returning for more work needed in the future. I lovedddd the service here ! Was by far my best customer service experience with getting my car fixed . Was greeted so nicely by Pearl when I first came in . Arrived at around 12:20pm on a Saturday for a simple oil change. Was told the wait was around 45 minutes or so to take in my car. After waiting an hour and a half, I left my car, paid for an Uber, and went to eat. I returned at 3:30pm and guess what? They forgot about my car. Extremely frustrating to see everyone that came AFTER you, leave before you, especially when you just came in for a simple oil change. They FINALLY took my car in and I am walking out nearly at 4:10pm. Never again will I come back. I saw this place on Groupon and read this place had good customer service so I decided to give it a shot. Instant regret. I literally wasted half my day waiting for services that were not going to be furnished unless I, the customer, had to remind them about my car. Truly a disappointment, the staff is kind but my time is valuable and misspent in this case. Oh and by the way, you guys have roaches in the seating area.

I have an Infiniti and usually take my car to Warren Henry, however, they didn't have my tire size. Since I called midas and spokenwith Pearl my experience has been truly good. Not only was she pleasant on the phone-once I arrived she was friendly and helpful. So yes I'll be back, this my first time and surely not my last. And I won't negate to mention Joanny, she was helpful as well.
