AWFUL!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!They offered me a free full detail to make up for what they messed up the first time I brought my car there. They proceeded to BREAK my gas hatch cover completely off the hinge, did not know this was even possible. Then failed to respond for OVER A WEEK and when they finally did, denied it was them and asked when I wanted to pay to get it fixed. Also refused to show me security footage of my car while on their property. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT MORE PROBLEMS THEN BEFORE.

Came to Miami for my Mercedes Benz GLC 300 and my sales representative Savier Shiuk was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, corteoous and professional. Also Gustavo Figeroa and Josh at financed were great. Really happy with the service.

I purchased two vehicles from this Dealership, a GLE450 in November and an E63AMG in December. Both purchases were positive experiences but I must mention the incredible experience I had with Katherine Benitez. I called one evening and Katherine answered my call. From that moment through her follow up after the E63 was delivered to my home, Katherine was incredible. Throughout the process Katherine kept me informed and made me feel like a valuable customer. Thank you Katherine and whoever reads this and plans to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I highly recommend you ask specifically for Katherine Ben�tez. She even followed up with me on her day off.

Came in for a replace battery for my CLA 250. Andy was exceptional and helped me through the process. I was a little disappointed that they were so backed up with loaners and I don t have a second car to use so that was a bit inconvenient but they did shuttle me back and fourth. In the state where I purchased my car, anytime I ve needed service, I ve always had a loaner and came to get the car the following day. That would be my one point for the dealership. You should have cars for anyone that needs service, especially in Miami.Regardless, thanks Andy, you were really helpful and I ll come back to do service with you again.

Don t take your car to get serviced here. Completely unreliable! Very hard to get a hold of anyone to get updates on your car. I took my car to get maintenance and I got the car back without everything done. Wasting my time driving back-and-forth. My car is back with them, I ve been trying to get in contact with someone to get my car back and I cannot get a hold of anyone. Mercedes is supposed to be a luxury brand and the waiting area for service is far from that. They never have anything to drink other than the coffee machine and warm water.. last time I went the coffee machine was not working and no water. I will start driving to Coral Gables Mercedes instead. They always have amazing service and quick turnaround for your cars. They also always have the service lobby stocked with snacks tons of drink options and a coffee machine that works! It s double the time to get to it but at least I will be in a better mood!

On 04/01/2024, my vehicle was dropped off for service. I asked for a loaner vehicle to get to, and from work, and we were informed that they didn't have any loaners available. I was told that my vehicle would be ready no later than 4/02/2024. So I figured, okay, I'll figure it out, it's just one day. 04/02/2024, I called to check the status of my vehicle and was advised by my service advisor, Angel, that my vehicle is still in the Diagnostic phase, they still cannot figure out what's wrong with the suspension system or why it malfunctioned. So now they don't know when my vehicle will be fixed or ready. Again, today, I asked for a loaner and was told they didn't have any. So now I'm screwed trying to figure out how to get back and forth to work when I was told my vehicle would be ready today. WARNING , if you do not have a secondary vehicle and they are not willing to give you a loaner, DO NOT!!! leave your vehicle with these people. I'm so disappointed with their service and customer service. Lexus treatment of customers is way better. You are guaranteed a loaner and top-tier customer service experience at Lexus of North Miami. My next service I will take my Benz there. If they can service my benz there at Lexus of North Miami, I will definitely update my experience and send yall that way.UPDATE:On 04/02/204 at 3:00pm, my Service Advisor Angel called me regarding MY Google review. Angel was not pleased with my review and advised that since I'm not happy with their service and left them a 1 star review of their establishment, that the dealership does not wish to fix my vehicle and advised me to come pick it up. I advised Angel what since would it make for me to come get my vehicle when its been there for almost two days and the work should be halfway done. Angel advised that nothing has been done to my vehicle as of yet, and I do not owe anything at this point, just come get the vehicle due to the bad review, Angel furtherstated that as a privatebusiness, they have the right to refuse service. So basically, it was pointless dropping my vehicle off at this establishment. I am out of a vehicle for two days, and because your feelings were hurt, you now refuse to service my vehicle that you excepted on 04/01/2024 for Service. This further proves my point. This place is in need of serious customer service reform. This is not a personal attack on Angel. it's the business practice itself.

At first I had trouble finding the Mercedes I wanted. Everywhere was sold out or just didn t have it in their inventory. I was ready to give up. After calling many dealerships, I finally get in contact with Savier. Savier immediately assured me that he will do everything he can to find my my car. The next day, on his day off, he calls me first thing to tell me he found my car. This man worked hard on his day off to find me the perfect car. Something I didn t even expect. Not only was he honest and patient, he went above and beyond with every step of this process. I brought my girls in with me to pick up the car and he even made sure to make it extra special for them. He put a big red bow on the car to create a grand reveal for my 5 and 3 year old. I am truly in awe of his service and hard work. Wish I could give him 10 stars.

I ve been at Mercedes Benz of Miami multiple times to service my car and for warranty repairs. The customer service has been outstanding! My service advisor Cesar Leon is a true professional and very knowledgeable. Always communicating about the status of the repairs and responding to questions I might have. 100% recommend it for your Mercedes needs.

There are thieves over there at the Miami of Mercedes. I had $100 tucked away really far in my vehicle, and when I go to retrieve it, it was gone. Make sure you take out everything out your vehicle because they have thieves there not even a piece of paper because they ll take that too. And all I went to do was change a tire. How do you have time to sit there and go through my stuff it s not like my car was there for hours literally less than two hours. I will neverrrrrr go to Mercedes of Miami and I usually do not ever make a mistake of leaving my valuables the car was already taken away by the time I realized I left it. but I thought I was safe for an hour and a half due to the fact that just a tire was being replaced . And better believe I got my money back! Manager claimed after reviewing cameras he didn t see anybody near my door, but I was like who drove my car two people were in my car so it s either one of them. But either way, I will never go there and if you do go there, take everything I m talking about everything even a penny, take it out of your car.

I have to say that I the service at Mercedes Benz of Miami went smooth thanks to Gus Cosio. His attentiveness to get issues resolved is always done quickly and efficient. Gus is knowledgeable in his field and always gives you peace of mind regarding your vehicle. Very happy with the service I received and more importantly Gus goes above and beyond for his customers!

Mercedes of Miami is a Great facility. Comfortable atmosphere for those who decide to wait for service. This was my first time there as I followed my service advisor Herbert Kanzki an additional 35 miles of driving (from that dealer around Cutler Bay area to now Mercedes of Miami) because it's just worth it. Nothing beats having an knowledgeable, Mercedes expert with years of experience giving you the best recommendations and information to make the best decision with no pressure. I'll be back

Best dealer in Miami. I went to buy a new car for my wife , to exchanging my 2019 Mercedes for a E350 and everything went very well. Especially the sales person. Name Many Fernandez. He help me in the whole process , in till I take the car home , great price , he did a great deal with my old Mercedes but that best thing is the surprise that he did for my wife with the car. my wife and I we r very very happy , I will never forget , Mercedes of Miami best dealer clean and very friendly place I highly recommended.

Sales staff is great. Dealership itself is nice. After waiting a year for the car to be assembled and delivered, I am extremely disappointed with how quality assurance was performed once the car arrived at the dealership. Once the car rolled off the delivery truck, someone should have tried all the features out, especially the paid ones. Maps did not work the minute I drove it off the lot. Apple Car Play did not work when I drove it off the lot. I was told to wait a couple of days for the over the air update to take place, but that update failed to install. The service department should have been more attentive before releasing the car to the salesperson. I ended up having to drive back to the dealership, wasted gas money, wasted time and had to drive a loaner for an entire week. Could have been prevented with better QA.

Went in for my A2 60k service. Ignacio was my service provider and he was not hospitable or helpful. He is rude and impolite. He quoted me $3000 for service. Nothing was wrong with my vehicle at all. He then proceeds to tell me that in order to turn the service light off in my car the transmission must be checked which costs $1300 (included in the 3k) alone. This is only to check the transmission which I didn t ask for but if I don t have it checked my light will still be on in my car. I only came in for my annual service with nothing broken on/in my car! The provider did not tell me what else would be done or explain my service needs for $3000 but just simply sat the paper on the desk with a list of items. Ignacio proceeded to tell me that the cost of things have went up and it depends on the market. Overall, Low quality service here and the service provider lack customer service and knowledge. I will never come back here! I experienced a similar experience the previous year with them.

Contacted the dealership in advance of a visit. Had a specific vehicle in mind. Set an appointment. Drove 62 miles round trip with my wife and four year old. Arranged childcare for our baby so he didn't have to sit in the car that long.Empty dealership no other customers. 40 minutes after we arrive we are finally taken to see the car. It's battery is presumed dead as it won't start. The key isn't recognized by the car. And the shifter is stuck. They seriously invited my family out to see a broken vehicle. Can't even open the passenger doors to check out the rear. Vehicle interior was dirty.Salesman sat there doing nothing, mechanic was diagnosing the issue. The website clearly states "no worries we've inspected it thanks to a rigorous inspection process and a vehicle history report rest assured that this vehicle is worry free and ready for the open road ahead."Complete waste of my time and money. What a joke. This is extremely unprofessional.PLEASE do not waste people's valuable time. I will never do business with this dealership. No wonder car salesmen have a bad name.

This place is horrible. Your car will be there for over 3 weeks before it s even diagnosed. If you qualify for a loaner they don t offer unless you ask. The service manager Bryan never return calls. Days will go by and your service rep will not give you an update on your vehicle unless you call. They will spontaneously send a video of your vehicle s health but not explain what exactly is going on. I ve decided to sale my vehicle and purchase through Brahman where your service is top notch. This particular dealership has made me never want to purchase from Mercedes again. Don t ever take your vehicle there. I ll give it no stars if I could.

Very poor customer service, even not poor no customer service at all. After multiple technical problems on my car since the beginning trying to get rid of my car. Nibodyvus answering even managers ! The technician provided me all videos of the car telling car in a great shape but not pics or video of the problem ! My car stopped when driving on the 95 ! Thank god I was at 5 miles an hour but imagine at 50 !!! Will never go back to this dealer and brand. Additional info : Nice answer from this dealer they give me the phone number but no name to ask !!!!! Again great service !

By far thee worst dealer I have ever experienced and car shopped at. I advise anyone looking to drive a Mercedes benz shop somewhere else there is absolutely nothing luxurious about this location. They make you feel like your purchasing a Honda civic. When you walk in nobody acknowledges you, just like trying to stop a retail employee for assistance. It has been a year and I am still waiting for the service department to replace a defective part on my Mercedes Benz which is under warranty and all they keep telling me is they have no idea when it will be replaced. Mind you this process was supposed to take 2-6 week's to replace the part a year ago. Worst customer service ever. We don't pay all this money to drive around in defective vehicles. Very far from being a luxurious car company if you ask me. I would give no stars if the option was available.

Katherine did a great job of communicating with me, and working with her team to put my deal together. I live in Charlotte NC, and sight unseen, they gave me a good trade in value for the 2024 BMW X7. Francisco in their finance dept helped, and we agreed on numbers. They delivered a beautiful 2024 AMG GLS63 to me in NC. Happy customer!!!!!

This dealer lied to me. I purchased a vehicle and I did not want to add the extra service, dent protection and tire & wheel packages. However, Raul in finance convinced me that not to worry they would refund me the money for the packages when I sell the vehicle. I sold the vehicle 9 months after I purchased it and when I went back to the dealership to get my money back for the packages which would be prorated, Joshua in finance told me that he has never seen anyone get money back for the service package. I never took the vehicle in even ONCE for service. I NEVER USED ANY OF THE PACKAGES. Now Raul ignores my emails and I am out OVER $10,000!!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!! They lied to me telling me and my wife not worry and now I get IGNORED. They were very eager to sell me the car and add all the extra packages but now when its time to get my prorated funds back for packages I never used even once, I am IGNORED. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. I will definitely not renew my lease on my other Mercedes here. DO NOT GET SCAMMED AND FOOLED LIKE I DID!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!-------------TRIED CALLING & EMAILING STILL CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. EAGER TO SELL BUT NOT EAGER TO HELP A CUSTOMER BUT INSTEAD WOULD RATHER IGNORE AND LOSE A CUSTOMER. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE LIKE I DID!!!--- Never received a follow up as you responded. First you responded with a phone number which I could not get a hold of anyone with and now a follow up which I have not been contacted. I will continue to update my experience so everyone can see what it is like to deal with this dealership after you purchase a car. Once you purchase a car from here, do not expect any customer service or help with anything as you all can all see.

I had a good experience at Mercedes for a service A.They offered a complimentary shuttle service. They took me home while my car was being serviced and later brought me back to the dealership when the work was completed. This made the entire process incredibly convenient and hassle-free.The waiting area at Mercedes was also a pleasant surprise. It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I was able to relax and catch up on some work while waiting for my car to be ready, which made the wait fly by.

I was here today with a friend that wanted a car. she had her money and was ready to buy. We walked around from the parking lot to the show room. Not one person actually asked if we needed help. Perhaps, the way we were dressed. Casual! They looked at us and walked on. Very terrible customer service. Unbelievable. She took her business somewhere else.
