Anthony was amazing. I highly recommend going to this jiffy live location. I pulled up two minutes before closing and they still did my oil change gladly. They were quick, friendly, and super helpful. I will definitely be back.

This Jiffy is Slow as HELL & I have been sitting here at the door for over 15mins & still not one person came over to check if I needed help which is crazy as hell. And this is like this every time that I come here which is sad!! Now I don t wanna spend any money with them period!!! Better staff is needed here PeriodT

The service by the Mechanics is the worst, don't think about this biz as an option for your car. It"s a total scam they charge 6 to 10 times the price. The add extra labor 2 or 3 hours more than the reality. This business is a shame.

Mr Phill & Mr Carlos took EXTREMELY great care of me & my car. They were welcoming, attentive, informing & all around gentlemen. This was my first time at this specific location because I needed services only this location provides. But I think this will be my regular JL location

Went in to get an oil change. Paid for service and was told I needed to go to dealership to reset oil timer because they didn't have the time to figure it out. Very disappointing from such a notable business.

I rarely go to places like this to get my service done on bumblebee, but a coupon came in the mail, so I said let me go check them out, I walked up and was greeted by two friendly associates. Everything was going good up up to the point where one of the associates comes and tells me that I have to use synthetic oil in my car. If you know about cars like I do and I come from a family of mechanics you know that s not necessarily true. I believe the manager was just trying to get me to buy more expensive oil, because one of the associates told me he doesn t know why he s doing this he always lets people buy the oil they want. There was nothing wrong with the associates or the waiting room, the only problem was that they denied to do service on my car because I didn t want to buy their overly expensive oil.

When I drove up to the facility, I had to wait and call prior to being acknowledged but the staff was very attentive and pleasant. Be sure to ask questions as they missed checking my tire pressure and cabin filter but was honest about it and quickly made the correction. I would definitely return for service.

This place is a scam the service isn t throughly discussed abd the prices are too high I will be taking my car next time to the dealership at lease there it s cheaper abd better someone is gonna sue you guys through the better business bureau u just watch

The service advisor gave me an incorrect amount when I asked for the cost of windshield wipers. I asked prior to the service how much it was? He advise $14.99. When it was time to pay, it was more than the amount quoted. He said $14.99 a piece. I then advised him that s not what he told me from the beginning. Since it was already installed and wanted to cancel, I just went ahead and paid. Service advisor needs to be more mindful of the price he quotes. Overall I will not go to that place anymore.Service: Oil change

Raul the manager handed me off to Carlos who then had the mechanic Jorge look at my car after the oil change and for the first time in my adult life as a female I felt safe at shop where I knew I was being treated with respect and not being taken advantage of. Jorge the mechanic was very polite and knowledgeable! They really won me over and I m now no longer going to the Honda dealer for service as this Jiffy won me over! Excellent service, clean reception and restroom! I was so pleasantly surprised!!Service: Oil change

The experience was amazing between Anthony and Raul. 196 NW 27TH IN MIAMI GARDENS Both gentlemen first made sure my kids and I was comfortable. They answered all of my questions. They never once rushed me. They never once rushed me. Both gentlemen were courteous and kind and made sure I was comfortable.They even made jokes with my kids and gave great advice.I enjoy the experience and glad to be a new customer there. Definitely look forward to my next oil change and other services my car may needIn addition I wanted to add on August 6th 2023 I stopped by here again. I spoke with Carlos the manager. I love coming here. He didn't rush me, answered all of my questions. Very patient . Jiffy Lube did a wonderful job as having this manager around. Stop by here you won't regret it.Service: Oil change

I don't give a 0 because the system does not allow me to do it. I took my car to this place, I was given an incorrect diagnosis, they changed some pieces ($800)and when I drove my car was having the same problem, I came back and the mechanic told me that was normal or excepted for few hours after the problem is fixed, thing that sounded weird for me but I am not a mechanic. Next day my car was not working at all and I took my car to this place again and then the problem was different. I trusted on them again and after 5 h of waiting and been paid a truck for $120 they told me they don't have the correct tools to do this job. Very unprofessional, they don't have respect for customer. Please don't come to this place. Horrible !!! I have to pay another 120 for a truck, because they simply after 5 h told me they don't have the correct tools.

Place is clean and staff is very helpful. Marie is awesome and even helped me find my coupon. I was out of there in 20 minutes. Best JL I've even been. Highly recommend.

Literally a bunch of idiots work here nobody knows how to fix anything how do you work at a car shop and can t fix anything? Plus they try to take advantage of people $180 to change a fuse? Place is a joke

Arrived at this location and was immediately guided into the service bay, no wait. The service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable and showed me the condition of my filters but didn't haggle me on any unwanted services. Everyone was clean, thorough, and they took care with my vehicle. I was in and out in about 20 mins. That was great service!Service: Oil change
