I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with your dealership. namely: you never gave me a smart key and a wheel lock key. We came to your center several times to see the manager, but she refused us. And now I'm looking for a way to unscrew my tire to replace it. I was at your service center today and you offered to pay me $650 to change my tire. Is everything okay in your head? why not five thousand dollars at once? Because I can t unscrew the secret nut. As it turns out, you don t give these items to anyone at all. I am a famous blogger and now many people will know about you. As it turned out, my friends have the same car and they have exactly the same problems. I think we'll file a class action lawsuit against you. since this is obviously deception and extortion of money from clients. Anyone who buys a car here, check the presence of all the documents and items that should be there. and don't leave until you get them. Otherwise you will never receive them.

Great experience...Charles was great on making the sales as well as Sabrina whom helped with the process of making the initial contact. Alek(insurance), Fikhret(Finance) were also very helpful in their positions. Overall, I totally recommend this team at Lehman Hyundai!

Lehman values customer service and building relationships over selling cars. My sales associate, Jonathan Nasser met me at the door and stayed with me, always honest and courteous , for the length of my stay. He treated me as a friend and a customer. I enjoyed purchasing my car at Lehman due to his expert knowledge and affable personality. In fact, the entire staff was very kind and helpful. They work as a winning team. I love my new Tuscon Hybrid, and I'm very grateful for Jonathan and the rest of Lehman's staff's 5 star service. Absolutely my best car buying experience ever!

I recommend avoiding this dealership and working with Hollywood Kia up the street. I can assure you as a fellow Sales Director and someone who s father sold cars for over 10 years, its in your best interest to avoid this dealership if you want a no-nonsense buying process.I recently leased a 2023 BMW M550 for myself but, was in the market for a new car to give to my mother who recently fell under financial hardship. Throughout my own buying journey, I worked with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and a few other Luxury Car Brands. Never once did I have an issue receiving pricing or quotes of my vehicles of interest.Now, in an attempt to get my mother a new vehicle, she wanted to visit Hyundai. Upon my visit I was delighted to learn that my Sales Consultant (James) at Lehman Hyundai was exceptional; very personable and a genuine man. We took a look at 3 different SUVs with 3 specific trims. Afterwards, I wanted to price out each vehicle in an effort to make an educated buying decision.In fairness to my Sales Consultant, James, I told him I would not be purchasing the vehicle today but rather in a month or 2. My goal was to do my own due diligence, evaluate the current market, and ULTIMATELY not be pressured into trying to take a vehicle that day. This is completely normal buying behavior and I encourage everyone to do this.Unfortunately for James, his Finance Manager at the time refused to give me pricing because I was not there to purchase that day. After a short back and forth with the Finance Manager who essentially confirmed I wasted 4 hours of my afternoon (since he wouldn t give me pricing), he conceded he would give me something to take home. Mind you, I wanted pricing for the 3 specific vehicles I was there to see and had already test drove. To worsen an already terrible experience, the Finance Manager sends James back to hand me pricing for a vehicle with an entirely different trim & price point.Couldn t help myself but laugh, leave, go to Kia up the street and secure a new vehicle for my mother within the same week. Not sure of the name of the Finance Manager who decided he was to big of a hot shot to share pricing but he is a tall skinny white male. To him in particular: Jokes on you my friend. You lost a good Salesman a sale and earned yourself a poor review on Google. Food for thought, you re there to provide a service for people looking to make a purchase; you re not providing a privilege to anyone.For my fellow car purchasers who want to skip the games, save yourself the time and go have a chat with Samir at Hollywood Kia. My buying experience at Kia Hollywood could not have been better.

Edit: During my purchase Maria was uncertain if the maintenance package was included, she stated she would let me know later that day if it was, she never did. I sent a text the next day asking for an update, she never responded.I called 2 days later and spoke to her about the maintenance update (she still had no answer) and a second issue; Ownership was not updated with Hyundai so I'm unable to register for BlueLink. She told me she didn't do it because it wasn't a free service. I asked her to still update. She was finishing up with a customer and would let me know after she finished.It's been 2 days since that call and still no updates. After speaking with other Hyundai owners and Hyundai customer service this should have been done at the dealership.Her lack of follow up about things that should have been addressed at the sale is why I changed my review from 5 to 3.Prior review:Had a wonderful experience with sales associate Maria. I traveled from Georgia and she made the experience seamless! Purchase was quick and no pressure. I really loved how at ease she made me! 10/10 experience!

Where should I start ! I came into this dealership with my mind made up of what I wanted and I stuck to that because I had already been scammed by the dealership across the street FLORIDA FINE CAR (0/10 don t recommend)My sales Rep was Jonathan :) He s the best. I wouldn t have asked for anyone else. . He kept everything straight forward with me and gave me my options. In the end I still picked another car because I m just picky but Jonathan did what he can to make sure that I had it . I Have A brand new car First owner Thanks to Jonathan. . Hands up to Frances and Major for helping us upgrade from our 2020 Santa Fe to our 2024 limited Santa Fe. All I can say great teamwork . We ve never met a salesperson that made our car buying one of our most happiest and smoothest car purchases . I have to recommend this great team at Leham Hyundai. They did not honor the price we were quoted by their appointment desk. Dawn who claimed to be the service manager refused to honor the price even after hearing it from her colleagues. I then asked to speak to another manager. She told me he was in a meeting. His name is Victor Lara. Apparently Victor told her the best he could do was 40% over the quoted price. We had no choice because we were already here and took time out of our day so we had to pay the extra money but Needless to say we aren t impressed by the service here. Then also informed me that it would take 3 hours to get this oil change and recall done. This should have taken less than 1 hr when you have an appointment. We also were told to just wait in our car for 20 min past our appointment time. All in all super disappointing experience and there is a much better service experience at Brahman Hyundai. Just go there and avoid this nonsense.

We had a great experience here with the manager Jason!We were stressing out as our lease was coming to an end, over on our miles and what we did find at other dealers was way above our budget. We inquired about a Santa Fe and Jason contacted us and immediately got to work. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he delivered! He took care of it all! It was a stress free experience.

This go around at the dealership. My experience was a lot Different From my past experiences. This time I did not feel like a number, but I felt like an actual customer and that s because of Stanley from the time I brought my car on the drive to the day after my car was handed back to me. He always communicated with me. He never made me feel like my issues And concerns were not real Like my past Advisor. Stanley, truly make sure that everything was taken care of and if he didn t know the answer, he found me the answer and I appreciate that ,thats why he is my new Service Advisor. If you want exceptional service, I advise you ask for Stanley.

Poor reviews or not, this place is going to continue to sell vehicles. That's the reality. But if my review can cause even one buyer to be trepidatious, then I'm okay with that. My other half and I flew to Miami from Atlanta to purchase a 2023 Santa Cruz nearly three months ago. We FLEW. Incurring airfare, time off work, hotel costs, amid a variety of other ancillary expenses. The vehicle was paid for in full, in cash. Over $40K. We asked that the bulk of the deal be taken care of remotely/electronically, prior to our arrival, to conserve time once in the building. We were assured this would be the case. Instead, we arrived at the dealership and waited three hours, ruining any semblance of a nice evening in Miami. The next day, we hit the road to drive back to Atlanta. The vehicle had 23 miles at time of purchase and less than a thousand by the time we got back home. Shortly thereafter, a clamp on the turbo blew, discharging coolant and leaving my partner stranded at the side of the road for several hours. Now here we are, forced to incur towing and rental expenses. Fast forward a month past that fiasco, the tag expired. A human being was almost impossible to acquire by phone. We did some research and found the customer relations manager's info online and we were assured a tag would be sent via courier. That took another several days. Again, more downtime that a brand new vehicle could not be driven. Fast forward to month two. The tag has yet again expired. The Georgia tag office is unable to assist as Lehman Hyundai hasn't even transferred the Florida title, two months later. Trying to get a human on the phone today, we were met with every excuse under the sun: the customer relations manager is sick and working remotely, this was someone else's responsibility, the dealership phone lines are acting up. It never ends! So, as far as Lehman Hyundai goes, you'll drive away with a vehicle, and you'll drive away with assurances, but little more to back any of that up. And please, Ms. Ahmadzai, SPARE ME, and don't post your usual copy and paste spiel about contacting you for support. You are clearly a ghost.

He pays attention to my needs and always makes sure to tell me what other services my car might need. Sales reps and finance manager were professional & friendly. When I brought the car back two days after the sale because I thought there was an issue with the car, the sales rep walked me over to the service department personally. With no waiting the service department immediaely looked at the car, determined there was no issue other than a quick setting change. I was out in 10 minutes.

This location is horrible, when I bought My car they gave me both of keys. I noticed the next day that the second key didn t work. It took them 4 months to order my second key. I had To bring my vehicle in for them to program the key. I dropped My vehicle off at 9 am it wasn t ready until 5 pm. I recently got an oil change. I set my appointment for 9 am and didn t receive my vehicle until 3 pm and my vehicle as dirty. I will Not recommend this location to anyone.

1st off my saleswoman Ms Sabrina L was a excellent salesperson she was professional and very thorough she escorted me to see different gv80's explained all the features and the difference between them all she was very helpful with the negotiating process when it was all said and done I got my car at the price and payment I wanted and I'm extremely happy with my purchase and Sabrina I highly recommend if you're in the process of buying a car go to William lehman and ask for Sabrina you won't be disappointed thanks again oh and how can I forget the delivered it to me

I wouldn t recommend this dealership to anyone even if this was the only car lot to buy on this earth. When I purchased this car July 2022, within the first 2 weeks of buying my car it broke down on me and the mechanics couldn t figure out what was the problem. I had to get car advice for a guy in order to describe the problem to the mechanics for them to understand, find, then fix the problem. They were giving me a hard time just to get a rental while my car was being serviced not to mention!!!! They are very unorganized. Nobody seems to know anything.Fast forward 2023 I m trying to remove this additional warranty the janky salesperson sold me but, they keep giving me the run around about how the dealership was sold and they don t have my documents. When you try to call to speak to someone instead of coming into the dealership, you re either transferred to someone WHO CANNOT HELP YOU, or they simply hang out. This is getting frustrating and annoying.I hate this dealership. Please believe the negative reviews on here. After the car is sold the salesmen tell you to write a good review to up their stats. Hopefully after this review it will help improve the overall service because this sucks man. People spend their hard earned money
