This is honestly one of the worst place I ve been in, Took my car there to get fix , the lady in the office gave me a price to check the car. And she was trying to change the price on me . They have a bunch of junk cars outside so people can think that they re really doing something. They charge me double the price when I went to pick up my car. Nothing get put back the right way .and now my car won t shift properly, my windows doesn t work , the wife is a very dishonest person, do not trust them go there at your own riskAnd they put a whole bunch of trash in my truck has no respect for people cars.

Tried to buy a car from them, and the owner's wife tried to cheat me. She asked for $3,000 down, $500/m, and she'll keep the title. Does that sound right to you or am I just tripping? Because it sounds like to me at anytime she felt like it she could repo the car even if payments were being made. Plus, she doesn't report payments to credit bureaus or even a contract being made to get the car so

Steven provides Great service. Fast and efficient! Steven can fix cars, he is Experienced. Steven is the Man!!! Steven inspected by daughters 2006 Scion TC, changed the front rotators and brakes, the car is running Great. Steven replaced my daughters catalyst converter and the car is running PERFECT! Keep up the great work Steven! Your business will last a lifetime! The prices are fair!

Pros:-Quick turnaround time on simple fixes and repairs-Competitive pricing-Friendly and engaging as well as very understandingCons:-Dirty environmentPersonal Experience:I came into here after buying a truck off of Copart. The truck began to experience issues with fuel pressure and overheating. After I self diagnosed the issue being a cracked radiator and overflow reservoir, I was able to take it into the shop and they gave me a quote and got to work immediately. I paid just around 780 for a radiator replacement, fluid fill, and overflow replacement on a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500. Their work is honest and I was able to get the truck back next day with the issues solved. They even fixed the hood latch for me for free and provided a rental at cheap cost.

I am a dad with daughter at a local university, having her experience vehicle trouble when I am so far away is very stressful! The folks at Andy General mechanic treated my daughter with respect, kindness and professional service. Called around 4:30 to see how much rebuilding my transmission would be for my Pacifica. Lady asked to send her a picture of the VIN number which I did, and she never called back. So I called and she seemed to not even remember what I called her for the first time. but said she would talk to a technician and call me back. Never heard from her after that then the placed closed. Never even got her name and she didn t even bother to ask mines. Don't waste your time !

I brought my car in for them to tell me what s wrong with it. It was running hot and stalling when I put it in gear to drive from reverse. After 3 weeks of having my car and a to many phone calls and several different diagnoses still the car was not fixed finally I was told it was the transmission they they want to over charge me to fix that. I told them I was coming to pick up my car got there on a Saturday and my car wasn t there I was told I have to wait til Monday. Late Monday I got the car but it wouldn t crack up mind you when I brought the car in it would crack up and move. Bottom line I towed my car out of there in worst conditions then when I brought in there. Never will I go there or recommend them to anyone.PS It was a BMW not a Mercedes maybe that s why you couldn t fix it !

So grateful I was referred to this shop. The owner Bianca and her husband Matos have taken amazing care of me and my 2008 528i Beamer. After being told numerous times by other people to get rid of my car she insisted they could get down to the problem of it and they did. Now she s driving like a beauty and I ve only had to go back for routine maintenance. She ll even refer me to specialty shops that can do certain things at a better price.Her and her family have become like family to me. I love this shop, great customer service, great prices and they genuinely care. They are always on point with their work. I am an out of state college student and I didnt have a mechanic in South Miami, thank God I found them. It feels like im at home! I have come to Andy General mechanic for a couple issues with my car in the past, and I will only come here for future issues with my car. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and always keep their customers best interest in mind. Bianca has always explained what the cause of my car trouble was, what needs to be done to fix it, and what the cost will be. I've never been taken for a ride with unnecessary repairs, and when my friends and family need car repairs, I recommend this shop. If you need car repairs, you should come here

I was buying a car from off lease so I took it here for inspection first. It s a family owned business, very nice people with great affordable pricing. Without informing them, they found everything the car fax had mentioned plus more with their electronic diognostic system. Highly recommend coming here!

This is the worst most unprofessional tire place I've ever been to. The midget lady who says she's the manager is really the owner. She told me my tire would be $120 on the phone then when I showed up in my decent clothes and car, she thought I had money so she tried raising the tires and rotation charges to $300. When I called her out about it she tried to pretend like I was disrespectful and while my car was already mounted, tried to kick me out. I wasted an hour doing this. So I convinced her to just give me the new tire for $120. Then I left and went back to work. 45 mins later she calls me saying the tire isn't going to be there until tomorrow. Most unprofessional disgusting place I've been to in my life. Highly recommend not to go here.

This repair shop is conveniently located near the Palmetto Expressway and easy to find with its big blue building. Got the best price for a complete overhaul of the front end suspension and an added bonus of some photos sent to me while completing the job. The shop is very big and looks well equipped to handle any kind of vehicle repairs.

Taking my car here is like taking it home ... they care about your car there gonna make sure everything is okay before you leave the lot the professionalism is superb . They know what they talking about I took my Dodge Charger here n a car I had prior before in they got me right everytime you cannot go wrong with coming here I highly recommend they give good advice on how to prevent anything else from helping to your car 10 star if possible#supportinglocalbussiness

I came in and asked if my car was totaled and they told me no. Then they charged me for work I never confirmed, so I paid them a portion til the car was done.A few months later they asked for more money before telling me I should scrap the car and stop putting money into it bc they cant fix it.Then when I asked for a portion of my money back since my car wasnt fixed, they said they paid for parts in the car from the repairs I never confirmed.Then they told me they'd have my car towed home, which they never did, then rushed me to come tow it myself a week later.They never gave me back a red cent.One of the mechanics at the shop said he'd purchase my junked vehicle if I got a copy of the title for it. I paid for the title, then got un-returned calls, almost as if done on purpose.Not sure if they had some vendetta against me personally, but if this true experience sounds like a rocking good time for you, then come on down to Andy General Mechanic.

I am a regular customer of Andy General Mechanics, I have been to,to many different Mechanics before finding Binca who's the owner also well know and highly respected in the Miami community. I am very proud that I found her and will tell anyone to go to her, she is very reasonable with the pricing and does an amazing job for any problem no matter what the problem. she is to the point and is going to tell you everything up front. No surprises, BInca's team gets the job done very honest and suggest you call to make an appointment as they are very busy but it is well worth every penny. Your vehical is in the best hands possible.

i am customer here and the service here is great. i left my car there because it broke down on me and the lady there helped me to call a toe truck to pick up my car and drop it off the mechanic shop. the people there are great and very helpful with customers i love there service THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS

This place is horrible. The mechanic fixed my bf radiator which wasn't the problem it was my water pump. Also they put a stick inside one of his hoses. Very unprofessional, the manager lady was a sweetheart but mechanics are no good. The manager husband was ok as well.

Went in for a brake job the price was right. The lady who seemed to be the owner was really nice and even had an employee fix a piece of plastic that was hanging down under my car without hesistation. love the service

I always come here to get my car fixed! Impeccable work done by these mechanics. I dont recommend anywhere else other than here and trust me I've been around Florida. I don't play games other than tag.
