Best place around 441 and Ne 199 street to buy your car accessories. I purchased batteries and they installed them on the spot. Good service and helpful, friendly staff. They have everything you need for your car.

Joel was AMAZING!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You guys are so lucky to have this great team member on your staff. Joel went above and beyond came out to look at the car and explained the issue to my husband. He explained and showed my husband the part we needed and KUDOS!!!!to him. Courteous, Knowledge Base, a five star employee!!! I would have given Joel 10 stars if the app would have let me. JOEL was definitely above what I had expected who goes out out of their way to help you nowadays. No one, but with Joel's experience he can train others to be so like him. I can't say enough he was just so professional.Thank you again Joel for all of your experience, professionalism. Having worked for this company before we were to be held for a higher standard at least when I was working there store number 93 69 the parking lot is a mess trash everywhere Messi inside the store has not been fronted not tidy and the employees are super casual with no interest at all did not say hi when I entered the store or good morning it is not right and it shouldn't be that way.

Had to go too this store to pick up my order which it wasn't ready after I placed the order seven this morning.. Will not ever go there again. I will just wait til my store gets it...

Anna was great. She was the only female working that day and might I say she was the only one doing real physical labor. Great job Anna. I just thought with there being 3 male employees they could have leant her a better hand. Overall the customer service was on point and the store was very clean.

Barby the night manager is world class! Upon my arrival, she not only greeted me but offered to help me find the LED flashlight I needed. Unfortunately, the flashlight proved to be defective but her customer service was consistently professional at my return. It was so delightful to receive a hassle-free transaction by a personable individual that makes you feel welcomed at each visit. This is rare in today's world and worthy of recognition. Barby makes the service of this establishment shine; a true asset to this company!

The worst Advance Auto Parts in life. I placed my order 4 days ago, my order is not ready and when i called, the woman said: i barely hear you and hang up the phone. I called back and then they left in the line 20 minutes and then calling back and nobody answer. I dont know about my order, they dont refund also! Whats wrong with this people? Never recommend this place to nobody! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.ORDER IS NOT READY IN 30 MINUTES LIKE THE WEBSITE SAYS.NO REFUND.NO ANSWER CALLS.YOU GUYS SHOULD BE TAKING UNEMPLOYMENT, AND LET ANOTHER PEOPLE WORK!HONESTLY!

I came in completely lost as to how to fix my car battery, but this lovely gentleman named Sebastien came and practically saved the day. He assessed the problem quickly and was efficient in replacing my battery and he also went the extra mile and half to recommend the terminals and wiper blades. He was amazing!!! If you need help with anything you need to go see Sebastien at this location. He"ll take care real good care of you. Wink wink

I had to return item I purchased four days ago. I ask about returning policy before putting and was told that I had to have a receipt. The manager was giving me a hard timeSaying I should make sure it is for me before returning. It was unnecessary. I was given my credit after listening to his b. S.

The Lady Polly was very helpful/fast when I went to exchange My Son battery May 10, 2017, it could have been very Complicated the fact I did not have the receipt and was purchased from a location on the West Coast. Sorry I can't say the same for the Guy who worked in the parts Dept. Who seemed to busy to get the battery from inside My Car. But Thanks to a Customer in the line for bringing it inside for Me, and the Guy who picks up parts for the Store who took the replacement battery back to the car for Me.

Today my car battery died so my daughter's aunt came in the rain with her kids to make sure I got a jump start and that I did not break down on the road . We called advance auto parts on 441 and 199th. We spoke with someone called Barby, she was easy to speak with and she helped use quickly, there were no service guys around at the time we came in . So Barby came out with here tool table and changed our battery in less than 5 minutes. I will be for ever be grateful for this woman, Barby. Thank you.l! Store 09355

Rashod was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. He did not know how to redeem a coupon I had and tried to make me look like the dummy. It turns out he sold me the wrong part. I'll definitely report him to the manager in the morning.

It's not a bad place I would definitely like to see more competitive items and prices the store it's not made to me to handle large volume customers neither is it setup to get customers in service their needs and get them out the door it's very lacks there's no sense of urgency I will definitely rate higher Stars when I see improvements.

Advance Auto Parts was once equipped with car needs to check a Car when "Check Engine," went on. Today, I need to go to Another Auto Store. This is a Mark Against Advance Auto Parts.Remember, you lose customers once Corporate decides to take away a much needed part of Auto Goods.

Well to start off with thanks to Mr.medina for helping me on how to save money. They were charging me 80 something with tax.for changing wipers on 2012 C300. I couldn't belive how simple it was to change this object on my vehicle. For you people out there it don't hurt to ask. It could save you time and money
