We had a rough start of our boating day, but thanks for a service provided by tow boat US we were back out on the water in no time.Tow boat came in less then 30 min of initial call, captain Pete was professional, quick and efficient. Also a person who assisted over the phone communicated clearly and was very helpful.

This is a first-class towing service with all of the best equipment and expertise necessary to get you and your boat home safe.Capt. David exceeded my expectations for this type of service. He was very responsive, skilled, and service oriented.If you are getting towed, you are probably not having your best day. I know I was not. David did very well getting the job done but also made me feel better about the whole situation. That s what service is all about.

I recently had the pleasure of using this towboat service in Miami with captain Pete and was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency. From the moment I called to request assistance to the moment my boat was safely towed back to shore, the team at this company went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.They responded in les than 5 minutes !The captain was knowledgeable inhandling my boat with care and expertise. They arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I was also impressed with the state-of-the-art equipment and technology they used to safely tow my boat back to shore.In addition to their exceptional service, Pete was friendly and courteous, making me feel like a valued customer.Overall, I highly recommend this towboat service in Miami to anyone in need of assistance on the water. Their top-notch service, professionalism, and excellent customer care truly set them apart from the rest. Five stars all around!

Jorge was efficient and helpful for our tow for a dead battery. We called because our sailboat s motor wouldn t start due a dead battery and he met us outside gables by the sea. Even with the wind blowing 17k+ he was friendly and knowledgeable. Made the tow seamless and got us back to the dock safely. Would happily use BoatUS again and highly recommend.

Hands down the best. Capt. Javier did a fantastic job towing my boat in.Upon arrival I told him that this was my first time doing any of this and he immediately reassured me. He explained everything and got us towed and taken care of in no time. He was spot on in every way, courteous and polite. We had purchased an old sailboat that had some problems. We were in Biscayne Bay and did not have cell reception. We ran a ground and these guys were awesome! They responded right away and helped us dislodge and then guide us to an anchorage for the night. Special thanks to Javier, Andrew, Ricardo, Attila for helping us out and for your professionalism. We will never be out on the water without Tow Boat US.

Javier did an amazing job. He came immediately to Nixon beach in the crowded are and towed us to my boat house on the Granada waterway. We explored options and with his help solved the best way to get us home - he s a star !!

Captain Jay is not only one of the most competent professional services providers I have ever encountered, he is also one of the kindest human beings. My newly bought used 37 sailboat had a transmission failure in an awful place, between two bridges on the Miami River. Towboat US dispatched Captain Jay and he arrived quickly and his instructions to be taken into tow were extremely concise, quick and professional without being bossy. I was nervous having never been towed before or gone under the Miami River bridges but Jay made me feel really at ease, very don t worry we got this. I thought me being towed was the end of the world, but during the tow he told me some stories that made me realize that a transmission problem wasn t the end of the world. At no point was I ever concerned about the safety of myself, my crew, my boat or his boat. We hit every bridge dead on and got to the marina without incident. As a result of Captain Jay s service, I actually enjoyed the ride to my marina and am enjoying a nice night even though it didn t go the way I expected. He also pointed out some really cool and fun things along the trip we d have never known, so instead of I can t believe this happened to me I actually enjoyed the time. If you ever call Towboat US and they dispatch Captain Jay, know you re in for a great service.Service: Long distance hauling

I'm so glad my wife takes care of paying my BoatUS membership because today when needed TowBoatUS was there to help us in a flash Capt Diaz was professional completely under control at the ramp in the Mayhem that is Miami Spring Break week you can imagine ! He was curtios ,knowledgeable and made us feel like family. Thank you Capt Diaz and TowBoatUS once again

Captain Troy was so professional and did an amazing job!! He arrived in under 10 and towed us beautifully for almost 2 hours. We were anxious because our boat was not turning on but Captain Troy took care of us and turned the situation around, it was so relaxing all the way to the marina while he took care of everything for us. We had kids with us who didn t even notice what was going on because it was seamless. Thank you so much!! We would definitely recommend!!Service: Long distance hauling

After we ran out boat aground just south of Fisher Island, we called TowBoatUS to help us. They dispatched Captain Mike Black, and he rushed to try to pull us out before the tide got too low but it was just dropping way too fast so we were forced to wait it out. Ultimately, he stuck around and waited as long as he could for the tide to rise again. He got dispatched to a few other calls in between but kept calling to check on us periodically. It started to get late and his shift was ending, so Captain Mike Black came by one last time to check on us and introduce us to Captain Chris, who would be taking care of us going forward. A short while later, when Captain Chris arrived, the tide had come up and he was able to get us out.Excellent response time, communication and customer service. Both Captains deserve recognition. Thanks!

Thank You Tow Boat US for responding quickly in the middle of a storm! Lower unit failed as I was drying to avoid squall. Luckily VHF radio worked while the storm was hitting me with hail and many lightening strikes The Perfect Storm . The Coast Guard relayed message for your response and caught me on satellite. Capt Rick Haden was extremely polite and gave us excellent service. We needed a jump and he was very helpful. Unfortunately the jump did not solve the issue and he towed into the marina. Very professional. Hope to see him again but on better terms.
