Absolute scam. Get here with tire that loosing pressure for already 3 days, they found nail in my tire, and told me that they can t repair it. The nail looks like NEW. Made a small circle and get back to check that nail, and they don t want to do that.I drive 2 miles to another great location (That new tire) guys fixed that nail in 10 min, no new tire needed. and the screw already looks not nice and new after just 2 miles drive. So at the end I m almost sure that this place is complete scam.Nail can t looks like new after a few days in a wheel.1st photo from Tire Choice location, 2nd after 2 miles drive.

DO your homework & read the reviews - which I hadn t done & I took my car in yesterday for new front and rear brakes and an oil change and the service and he told me he was going to call me with a quote this is Manny that I dealt with and then he called me an hour later with a quote of $2389 and it was so expensive that I said forget it I will pick up the car and take it elsewhere and he said OK and then I called right back and said my employee is going to pick up the car for me and he said OK and then once my employee got there he told him it was $125 and he did the oil change so my employee paid him with his card which was very fishy to me as he did not mention that on the telephone with me so I took it to thank God this new place I gratefully got hooked up with on 79th St. called BMA Automotive and they quoted me half the price actually even less than half. I paid $1113 and I was fishy about the oil change so I asked him to check the oil and because I have a BMW and it didn t have a dipstick. He said the only way he could check was if he re-changed the oil again so I had an intuition that they didn t do it and when he changed the oil, they never changed it in the first place, which is totally criminal as he lied to me and charged me and said he did an oil change when he never did and I could ve been driving around for the next six months with a corroded oil, filter and oil when the new people on 79th pulled out the oil it was dark brown and the oil filter was pitch dark brown see the attached picture of the new one that is light blonde that was put in 13 hours later and then the dark brown nasty one that they swear they changed 13 hours before. Manny denied it and he definitely lied and this is not the only review I will be leaving as I hope to save many people in there choice for servicing their car when they drop it off and think they re paying for something and maybe they don t do it at all , so for sure check out BMA automotive as I m grateful I found them and they were amazing service and they showed me all the old parts and the new parts and they did phenomenal job and I should ve known better as they have 4.9 stars and super high ratings and tire choice has terrible reviews when you look at the -negative ones

I took my Jeep wrangler here with a broken air conditioner. They called me to tell me: a) I needed to spend $1,000 immediately to fix two critical engine issues and b) the only way to fix the air conditioner was to replace the entire system at a cost of $2,500.I trusted them, so paid the $1,000 for the two critical parts, but decided to get another estimate on the AC. I took the car to AAA Auto Air Conditioning in North Miami and they did a diagnostic right there, and a few hours later said, We replaced a valve, replaced a leaking hose, and recharged the Freon. Problem solved. I asked, How much? $250. And it s been working perfectly now.Two hundred and fifteen dollars versus two thousand five hundred dollars. $250 versus a 1000% inflated and unnecessary price tag of $2,500 to completely rebuild my AC at this place in South Beach.Makes me wonder if those two critical parts were even in need of replacement after all I wanted to support a local business, but not when the local business is a fraud and a crook.If you have no issue being taken advantage of and paying for things you don t need, and at highly inflated rates, go here. Otherwise, take your car anywhere else.I will never take my car here again. Shameful. And almost criminal.

Ricky who works here scammed me. I turned my car in because the AC wasn t working. He took my car for the first time for a week. Wasn t ready because then he claimed it to be an issue with another part. I gave it to him for another two weeks to fix the problem. Got my car to work for three days before the issue occurred again. Over a month and $1800 later, and the issue was never fixed. I took it to another shop for them to tell me he replaced my Volkswagen with Chinese parts. Total scam. Do not work with him because he will take your money and disappear.

Here s my updated reviewCame for a tire patch (quoted 45) they said it d be about 4 hrs. Called 45 min later to add an oil change quoted at 80 something dollarsCalled me to tell me it s ready. I get there oil isn t changed so they do it on the spot and have to wait another 30 min .my bill end up at 160 somehow not sure how the math adds up. Guy said something about disposing oil etc. I get that just be upfront. Just say an oil change is 105 with our fees so you know what to expect.I Ask for a receipt guy prints me a receipt that says this is just a quote not a receipt.Called the 1800 number on my quote to get my receipt says busy and they ll call me back. Never happened.The only reason I came to a mechanic shop on the beach was for convenience and a reputable place. Didn t walk away feeling this way.UPDATE > Patch lasted a whole 9 days

They serviced my car exactly as they said they would and I picked it up the next day. Tires all good, oil change and checked the whole car for issues. Came up cleanI'm very happy with them and will return for any future needs

Lack any type of customer service, are rude and unhelpful. After bringing my car here previously (they charged me for a repair and then told me that they actually forgot to put in the part and to come back), my car had issues again and I was desperate. After keeping it overnight with the expectation they were getting to it in the morning I called in the afternoon and was met with a completely disrespectful man who gave me attitude about whether or not my car would even be looked at that day let alone repaired anytime soon. Picked up my car and took it to ET auto repair in wynwood. Alan was helpful, honest, kind and quick. Save yourself the money, headache and attitude and take your car somewhere else.

I shopped around a lot and compared prices and different places... for Miami Beach it's probably your best bet out there. I could have saved a couple of dollars and got it in Miami -extra 20 minute drive. overall they were very reasonable .. and they worked with me to make sure the price and service was to my liking and they gave me an estimate and they kept to it.. I walked out with two new tires on the back: ironman gr906s purchased from them and and two new tires on the front pre purchased on eBay from a top-rated tire dealer: Hankook Kunergy PT. my experience was five stars but then again I came in and I got lucky on Sunday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. was sort of nobody in the shop so they were able to treat me fairly ....I can't say that if the shop is full. who knows?..

When my car broke down in Miami Beach I had it towed to tire choice. They called and said the fuel pump needed to be replaced.It was fixed and I payed $1200. After picking up the car I could smell gasoline at every stop on a red light. I returned the car and also told them to check why the engine light was on while driving. I was notified that I needed a new fuel tank filler hose. Not sure if that was a new issue or happened when the pump was replaced. So I payed another $629.34 in the hope the car would be fixed for good. The engine light just needed to be reset and would be ok. After picking up the car I went to a gas station. Out of curiosity I checked under the car and there was some dripping. Not surprising the engine light was also still on.Finally they fixed the leaking at no charge, but also no solution for the engine light. This job was not well done. 630 dollar for a hose that was likely damaged when the fuel pump was replaced and a engine light that's constantly on.I purchased a fixd scanner and ran a check. The result is code P1494 EVAP leak detection pump.

Waste of time and effort. Don t take your vehicle here. I m from out of state needing my car to be fixed. Poor communication from them. Left my car there for there for 6 hours, just to find out that they couldn t diagnose the problem and it was ready for pick up long before I called. 0 stars is what I would give them if I could.

Very efficient and very courteous service. I brought my Tesla Y here with a tire that was losing pressure and they fixed it in half an hour. Better than going all the way to the Tesla dealer.

New to the area. And I get anxiety going to garages. But I had a tire go flat and they were so quick about it. They were slammed and squeezed me in for a new set of tires last minute before they closed. A week and half later the new tire got punctured and they again plugged it and were so nice about it and didn t make everything feel like a whole process with a ton of paperwork and sales pitches which I m grateful for because I m admittedly easily frustrated when it comes to stuff like this. Just wanted to show some appreciation.

I came in to the shop because it had over 4 star rating and seemed like it was a good place but now I m feeling as if the stars are fake. The front desk worker, Mitchell Moure made my first experience terrible.I came in just to replace my tire. As soon as I came in, I felt as if there was some type of tension between me and the front desk worker (Mitchell Moure). However, I went on to order my tire without thinking much about it. My tire was supposed to come the next day and he gave me a call telling me to stop by without letting me know any specific time and I told him I had some meetings to attend to that day, so I would probably stop around 5:00pm, and as I did, I stopped by at 5:15. As I was waiting in line I was in the front desk by 5:30. I had my tire out already and I said all I needed was for him to change the rubber on that one tire because I needed it for that night but he wouldn t. I didn t think much about it and he just told me he would give me a call the next morning when my tire would be ready. When I came in he gave a a little attitude again for the third day in a row AND THAN he proceeded to try to charge me for another guy when he was well aware of my name because when I came in he said your Alex with the accord correct and I said yes correct. When he tried to charge me he said your not Jonathan and I said no. Anyways he then pulled up my tab again for $296 when I paid the first day and I told him didn t I pay the first day and he proceeded to act as if it was a mistake. I understand everybody makes mistakes and has a bad day but he showed me an attitude every single day and made a mistake not once but TWICE that almost costed me another $300.I have no complaints about the job done because I ended up changing the tire myself but the front desk worker ruined my first and last experience. I had a friend who went here once before and I will make sure my family and friends never go here as they try to take advantage of you and give you an attitude.

These guys are great ! I brought the car in at 4:30 on a Saturday with a screw in the tire. They had it back to me by Sunday morning. Open on Sunday! 5 stars plus !!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE... As a 22 year resident and business owner in South Beach I am shocked at the terrible service, communication and out right lies from this establishement. After having a blowout on the highway I brought my car to get four new tires. The prices are very high but as it is a convenient location I decided to proceed. As three of the tires were perfectly good, my only request was that they keep one of the good ones and put it on the full sized spare rim. They agreed but when I came to pick up my car the next day I realized that they had neglected to do this. When I inquired they claimed all of the four tires were bad which was simply impossible as two of them were less than a year old. After speaking with three different employees and inspecting the old tires it was clear that they simply forgot or just didn't bother to do what I requested. Not one of them could come up with an answer when I asked why they didn't call me when they discovered the supposedly bad tires so I could advise on how to proceed such as having them order a 5th tire so I would have a spare.. They also made no attempt to rectify the situation and only continued to argue that there was nothing they could do.. For a Goodyear backed company that specializes in tire distribution and installation to assume that I will be content with driving around with no spare tire is simply absurd... Lesson learned.. yet another service we now have to leave South Beach to get accomplished..

BEWARE. Thieves. Brought my car in to get easy tire patch. After having the car for 24 hours and lying about leaving a voicemail they still did not fix it. They then proceeded to lie to me that they checked the car and that I needed 2 new tires only to find they did NOT even touch the car. Thieves. Not to be trusted!

Irresponsible business . Made an appointment online for Tuesday afternoon.When brought the car in, J told me that they didn't have time to do oil change that day. He asked me to bring the car back in the morning. Next day at 8:30am I was there. Mitchell accepted the car and promised to call when done. I called at 12 pm and 3 pm - car wasn't ready. At 6 pm I picked my car from the same spot I left it in. Nothing was done to it. So be aware when doing business with these unprofessional people. They don't want your business.

Mitch and the sweet ladies took very good care of me and my tire. I was on vacation, and they got me in and out quickly. Had great conversation and learned of a few nice places to go check out while I was there in the area. I am very thankful for these people. They made a bad situation a very positive one!

Make sure you come with lots of time to spare.Took me 30 minutes to drop it off and so far 20 minutes waiting to pick it up, even though there was nobody on front of me. Add 10 more minutes waiting to move the car blocking mine.Other than that tires are good and they guy at the counter was nice. Car was done in a couple of hours like they promised.

Bring my car with a punctured tire at 11:15 am the guy told its gonna be an hour or so, I said ok I'll wait patiently. At 2:47 pm asked the guy to help me out because I have to get my kids at school (3:05 pm ). This guy start screaming at me saying that he never said an hour or so. 3:05 pm still waiting. If I could I would rate this place negatve 5, because they don't even deserve 0.

Steering wheel kept shimmying until I did a wheel rebalance at a different shop. I went to Tire Choice twice at this location and once at a different location, and they kept moving weights around each time, and the steering wheel shimmy continued until I rebalanced elsewhere

I went to the Miami Beach location to have a nail removed from my tire and have it repaired. I arrived just after 7am. I had no appointment. When I arrived there was a gentleman out front who informed me they opened at 7:30. He asked me what I needed and I explained. I also told him that I was caring for 2 elderly people and needed my vehicle. At about 7:20 he told me that one of his mechanics arrived and he fixed it immediately. Thank you Sean! There are still awesome people in this world. I will be a return customer. I am happy to support a business that has people who care.

I recently took my M4 here to have the wheels balanced due to a vibration at 40mph. The initial balancing helped a bit but didn't fix the issue entirely, so I brought it back, where it was discovered that 3/4 of my rims were bent! Mariano told me he would send the car off to have the rims refurbished, and I requested that they be painted as well. The refurb work took place over the course of a weekend and I arrived Monday to find the wheels looking even better than brand new! The vibration issue is completely fixed as well, and the car is driving perfectly.Mariano, Miguel, and John all helped me throughout the process and they were friendly, professional, and responsive throughout. I will definitely take my car back!
