Great customer service and they fixed the scratch on my Vw Gti flawlessly! The black paint job matches the entire car Perfectly. Will definitely be using them again for any auto body needs. & they washed my car for me

They did such an amazing repair job on my BMW! Lupe and her daughter provided excellent customer care. Great repair shop! Hopefully I ll never need car damage repair, but if I do - only Rembrandt s!

My car was immaculate a upon pick up after two separate accidents, left my trunk in my passenger side door in bad condition, it looked like new after Rembrandt took care of it! One thing I think they can work on is there updating and communication just to ease the mind of the customer and give them more notice when their car is approaching being ready and complete, other than that they are wonderful! And I recommend them!

LOVE YOUR LEASE!! I ve been taking my cars to Rembrandts for over 10 years and in my experience this is the best body shop in Miami. The proprietor, Damien, is honest, practical, efficient, and does flawless bodywork. The staff is smart and friendly and the waiting room is clean and organized. If you want your car repaired right, go to Rembrandts.

Highly recommend great work, keep you informed on the process of your car. Awesome customer service need a place to get your car fix ? This is the place to take your car hassle free great service.2/9/24Some broken into my car and messed up my steering column, broke my back window etc. I took my car back to Rembrandt Auto Body shop. I have to say I will not take my car anywhere else to be fix. The customer service at this place is amazing everyone is so happy and helpful. As you enter the office you are greeted with a smile, in this day that s speak value. As always they did an excellent job on my car, they gave my Bessie a car wash, vacuumed the inside. You can tell by their work and customer service that they take pride in what they do and you get your car in good time.I highly recommend Rembrandt Auto Body Shop, check them out for yourself and you will not be disappointed.

They took almost 3 months to fix a rear bumper. Not only that, they crashed my front , so I had to wait for them to fix that too. They prioritized other cars before mine. And the job they did is ok, far from great. They take more jobs than they can handle. That s being negligent & careless.

As much as we never want to have to visit a body shop, the work that Rembrandt's does is the best in town, and it has been for decades.Customer service is great, pricing is reasonable and above all, the final outcome is the best.Excellent experience, once again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve known this establishment for over 15+ years, they are a service first provider for State Farm. Always referred my customers here and they always took care of anything that was needed. Always come to them for my personal needs as well. They have gone over and above not only to do the body work but to turn in my vehicle in an immaculate state. Super clean! I didn t even expect it! To top it off his right hand girl Lupe and her daughter treat you like family! You don t find that anywhere nowadays! This body shop does fabulous body work at a fair & reaso able cost.....this is rare and precious in the modern world. The owner is there and very hands on. I highly recommend them for body work.Why 4 stars......they take way too long to finish. The owner paid part of my care rental due to the repeated delays. Without a question, these guys are the best. Top-of-the-line detailed work. My 2022 Altima (black) was destroyed. Got it back with NOT one swirl on a glossy beautiful black finish . This place (and Lupe in particular) took such good care of us and our Civic. The customer service and the work in itself were extraordinary. We left our car there on Tuesday and they had it ready by Friday, way sooner than expected. Thank you so very much. You guys exceeded our expectations.

I own a 2001 bmw z3 that had damage to the rear quarter panel for which there was no replacement part. However, Damien the manager was able to source a shop with special tooling that was able to make the part newI appreciate all the work that went into making the car new again

Both of my experiences here have been great. They are so quick with Geico related repairs, and charge reasonable prices for anything additional needed. I would definitely bring my car back in the future if needed. Also, Yolanda made the drop off super quick and easy! Customer service is great here!

Got rear-ended on May 11th. After filing a claim through the other person's insurance, picked this spot based on the good reviews.Great service and friendly staff. Took my car in on a Tuesday morning, got it back same week Friday before memorial day weekend.Great repair service, and a free cleaning that looks like I took it to get professionally washed!They also worked hard to get me a rental which was difficult due to availability.Quality service.This will be my go-to repair shop.

They did an amazing job on my car. I had both bumpers repainted after my car had been abused in many parking lots over the years and a recent tragic racoon incident that busted my grill. They did such an amazing job matching the color. I'm still shocked. I know it was painted and I cant even tell. They kept me informed the entire time it was there and called me so i could approve anything they might need extra. They were within 20 dollars of the original estimate and delivered as promised. The entire staff was super nice and very helpful. I definitely will be back should my baby need any other work done. They'll totally won me over.

Reviews Are True, Exceptional Service They fixed my bumper in 2 days; it was a small thing, but still 2 days is amazing and the color matched perfectly, they even gave me a lifetime warranty. The place isn't out of a magazine but the work they do is, everybody was friendly and capable from the moment I called to the advisor (Damian) giving me the car back. If they keep it up I'm a customer for life.

Amazing shop with fantastic customer service. Just got my second car fixed with them after an accident. Daily status updates, great rates, and most importantly the actual work is perfect. Looks like nothing ever happened - to an Austin Yellow M4, very difficult color to match. Highly recommend to anyone!

They had a good communication in the beginning but it took very very long to fix my car apparently they were waiting for a specific part which yes is not really their fault but it was just really frustrating how long it took to fix it. But every time I called they were answering they also allowed me to leave my car there for a couple weeks after it was done because I was out of town.

This auto body-shop is excellent! The personalized customer service is one of their strengths, they have fair rates for their services, promptness and accuracy while taking care of what your vehicle might be. They arrange a loaner to be on their premises if needed depending on the type of service and coverage you have. Without hesitation I'd recommend Rembrandt's to anyone looking for car maintenance or repair services!
