Honesty and Good Customer Service is something not that common now a days, but if you go to Phoenix you will find both and beyond. Alex, a very smart individual, will explain the process and apply 100 pounds of empathy to your situation. At the very end, you end up paying probably similar prices compared to other retailers, but you will leave with the satisfaction of being treated like a human being and not like a Money Dispenser Machine.Thanks Alex, you were the kindest thing that happened to every single Customer yesterday, Sunday, Dec 17th.

My car a 2010 honda civic was making all sorts of noises. They walked me through their diagnosis, explained exactly what the screeching noise was and what was causing it. They were clear about the amount of time it would take to fix the issue, and at the end of the day was well worth every dollar spent. My car drives like a brand new car, no more noises!! Thank you.

the customer focus in this service is simply terrible. we came to make a diagnosis of the cooling system. we were told that we should leave the car and in an hour and a half they will take care of it. the question whether we can sign up and come back later was refused. we offered to pay the full amount in advance, but the manager said that either leave or leave. there are no other options. that's how they work. We were very upset by this treatment. There was Hispanic women manager.

Avoid at all cost they break things in your car while working on it then try and charge you for it my car is worse than when it went in there and i went in there to do a simple tire change they broke pieces while changing tires and then wanted to charge me an extra 140 smh please avoid at all cost the employees are horrible and unprofessional

The shop charged me $180 last time for a water pump and labor that they never installed, so I decided to try them again to use this credit because I needed to replace my wheel oil pump and two pressure hoses (I brought my own parts because they exaggerate with the prices). In the beginning, they said about 3 hours of work, so I agreed to $120 by the hour (very expensive); however, after leaving my car there for 2 days, the Spanish male from Cuba or Venezuela at the front desk said it was 5 hours of work ($600)! saying he is doing me a favor? and saying that the computer calculated the prices? I had to be very clear with him about his attitude and the exaggeration of the prices, so he decreased the labor, and I paid about $400 (which I should not have paid for). Later on, I found out that they did not install a new pressure hose that I gave them that cost me $100 and that they charged me $80 for installation. I reported the issue to their manager (an Asian male; I do not remember his name), and I am still waiting for them to call about this issue. Let me mention that the only good and honest people there are the manager, Claudia (unfortunatelly, she was not present at the moment), and two mechanics that I met (I used to bring my car there for many years). I decided to try out this place since I recently moved to the area and am looking for a trustworthy, reliable shop.This is not the place. I paid for a brake flush today, was charged for it, and did not actually receive it. I checked just now to verify their work and was sorely disappointed.

I'm in need of a used tire. Prior to i called to be sure they have it, have done this before . The man who answered was nice enough but,when I asked for a 7sed tire he said sold out. Dont try to sell me something I don't want. If its used look in the back where you have them . Just like when you do not tip,no mechanic will help you. If you do your job maybe I will.

I went for an oil change a month and a half ago. They told me I also needed new tires and to replace my battery. I agreed and paid over $600 for these services, as I was 9 months pregnant and didn t have time to wait. The day I went into labor I went to my car to head to the hospital and low and behold it was completely dead, wouldn t start. I had to Uber to the hospital. After being in the hospital for two weeks I finally got home to deal with my car. I had to have it towed, in which they towed it to the nearest mechanic who tested the battery only to determine it was a bad battery they had installed at Phoenix. I had my newborn with me who was waking up at the time so I quickly had the mechanic replace the battery so I would have a car in case of emergencies. When I tried to return the battery to Phoenix, they absolutely refused. Saying they would only replace the battery! What am I supposed to do with 2 batteries!?! Absolutely ridiculous. I have been a loyal customer to them for 7 years. I will never return. Their customer service is absolutely terrible not to mention absolute lack of empathy and ability to take care of their loyal customers.

The lady that deals directly with the customer really has poor customer service skills. She transfers her frustration with poor customers to a new encounter that had nothing to do with them. She doesn't seem to care much about her job or how she does it. I had a technician strip one of the lug bolts and then claim it was already stripped (it was the 3rd time he mounted that tire so it wasn't stripped the first 2 times....). The owner is also somewhat abbrassive and not very pleasant. I asked for TPM sensors so I can install them in the 4 used tires I just bought from him... which he charges $65 a pop for... the most expensive anywhere I come to find out after... but he tells me the TPM sensors are $85 each.... that's insane.... 80% of the sensors on the market are $50 for the set of 4. That's insane. Had to go back to get my alignment again because the care pulled significantly more than when I initially brought it in. The only good part of the experience I had was the physical tires. I got really good ones, but that's because I was in the container myself, hand picking them. Would I go back? Absolutely not. Look at my profile.... this is the only negative review I've ever written about any place I've been to. And they deserve it... all in all.... take your money elsewhere!

Avoid this place! Would give a zero if I could! They are not honest and will over charge you! Especially if you are a woman.Bad attitude and no customer service skills. How can they attract new clients like this? I stopped to check my tires since I got an alert about low air pressure. The mechanic sent me to the office without even looking at my tires. The manager told me I needed to pay $32, which was their price to fix a nail.I asked him how he could charge me without even checking the tires first, and try to put some air. I was driving fine and the tires are new and did not appear to be damaged.He said that 99% of the time is the case, otherwise I should keep driving it and see what happens.The technician kept looking at my vehicle from the distance without no interest in checking the tires.Make your own conclusions but I will never go back to that place.I went to Firestone across the street and they helped me in one minute. My tires needed air since the vehicle was parked for several days. They even placed a couple of caps that were missing. No charge!

They used to be good. I have been going there for many years and spent a lot of money on repairs. Recently, I took another car to them, and I was told to bring it to the back of their building; then, one of their mechanics screamed at me telling me that he is the one in charge there and to move my car away. Then, I took the car back to them the next day for diagnosis (the main issue was that the car vibrated while idle on stop = D and that it smelled like smoke was coming from the engine. They took all day (10am to 7pm) to diagnose it and did not repaired the most important issue (idlle vibration). They provided a quote on the thousands of dollars; however, I went for the work to replace four tires (should of been only 2), did oil change, steering wheel alingment, and a wind shield water host replacement (however they brought the wrong part), and the charge was like $900 plus one of the agents working there was very upset that it was almost 7pm and I needed my car back. I took a car somewhere else, and they fixed the main issue for less money. I took the vehicle here after asking did they service Mercedes vehicles because I put a gallon of diesel in my tank. I take full responsibility for that and was also willing to pay the cost for my mistake. It was not the end of the world. Their first job I hired them for was to flush the tank and change the fuel parts, spark plugs.Somehow changing the fuel filter/pump didn t cross their mind until after the car wouldn t start again a few days later. The cost skyrocketed when they suggested changing out the intake manifold. Each time after that I went in for a test drive the engine light came on and twice the belt broke. I was told it was hoses. I was told it was a sensor. Yada, yada, yada. I believe that was due to mechanical installation and things being broken. I have knowledge of cars so I showed them the problems and the belt tears before it happened and they brushed it off lol, but that s another story. After spending thousands of dollars, I still have a loud noise and a constant check engine light that was not there prior to service. They ended up keeping my car a month changing out a few other parts, and were unable to solve two issues and a very loud noise so I gave up on them and am now taking the vehicle to another place that actually specializes in European cars.I do regret taking my vehicle for service there, mainly because they do not have an European certified mechanics on staff which I didn t know until the end and also because they lie and cover up for one another from the front desk, to the mechanic area, to the owner. They tried, but sometimes trying is not enough when you don t know what you re really doing. Just say No we don t do that here and save the customers time and money, instead of making excuses. Or hire a certified European mechanic if you are accepting foreign cars. We live and we learn, but I wish I would have read the reviews before going for service. I just went in for a flat tire repair, most of the shops around always give you a hard time taking it, but not this place. Service Advisor gladly took my car and told me it will be 40 min. I got my car in less time, previously because my tires are from Pepboys I had visited them located less than a mile away from Phoenix Auto Care, they told me that they did not have patches to take care of me, really!!! a tire place? I will definitely recommend Phoenix Complete Auto Care and I will suggest to avoid Pepboys at all cost. Thank you Phoenix Staff you guys saved my day.Service: Tires

They are open on Saturday so I decided to go because my car was stalling a lot & I was getting a code/engine light. They charged me $50, ran a check & did there s not a problem - make sure you put in premium gas. If the light comes back on, let us know.Over the next 2 weeks my car stalled a few times (in the middle of an intersection) with kids in the car (dangerous!) was having major problems while stopped. The light never came back on.I took it to another place that said it was a tear in the engine air duct - a pretty big deal. They also couldn t believe another mechanic missed that.Please don t let take your car here!!!EDIT: To the owner s response - It s under my husband s name which is Dan. Same last name.

I came in at the recommendation of one of my friends who told me how great the service was. I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy all the staff showed me. Not to mention this is probably one of the only mechanic shops in the area open on a Sunday! 10/10 experience, quick turn around time, I will be returning back to this shop for all of my automotive needs on my BMW.

Great service!!! I had to do a last minute oil change and replace my front brake & rotor for $337 today. My front brake was grinding for the past two days and they did a good job with fixing the problem. They were honest about the price. I had no choice but to stop in. I cannot drive without brake. It was either do my nails or fix my car. Reliable transportation for work is my #1 priority. So there you go, folks. I would've gave them 5 stars but they took so long with my car. I started cussing in mid-air. I apologize for that. Overall, great service!!!

ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A WOMEN PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! THEY PREY ON YOUNG WOMEN WHO WALK IN THERE ALONE ! They shouldnt even be allowed to run a business thats how much the scam people. Had my car for over 2 months refused to give me my car back after they had already been paid ! When i threatened to sue and had my parents and lawyer call from NY was the only time they gave it back! Once then did i see they never even fixed the things that were wrong ! They simply put a bandage on it and claimed the work was done i cried i scream and they did nothing to help just take my money and threaten to call the cops on me if i didnt leave worse experience of my life i intend to continue further pursuing legal action against them for all the turmoil and money i spent ! update 3/27- so my daughter had a flat, due to nail told her to go here - we arrived they refused to patch tire insisting we need to replace tire, I suggested patching since they didn't have a new tire, lady brought out a tire telling me $55 with no warranty- I couldn't understand why so cheap and she stated it used and I won't find a better deal- told her I am not looking for a deal but rather a brand new name brand tire since tire needs to be replaced, I found her rude and I ended up leaving and taking my daughter to Firestone down the block. As I was leaving the owner was still trying to sell me on used tire,. I won't go backCame in with bolt in my tire, they fixed within 30 minutes. Great price,. and quick service.
