Got rear ended. Juan( the owner) & his team were great. New trunk & bumper. Fast service. Team is extremely courteous, answers the phone & all questions. Got car back looking like new when promised. Don't get this site mixed up with other Phenix close by. Great body shop,Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Submit the owner name one Pasco isn't amazing man! He seems honest but quoted me one price and charged me more and they may have run into problems in the midst of my 2 month car repair! He did order me all original parts and told me that he saved my old parts however due to his lack of qualified staff they did not provide me with the old Parts upon leaving and they still have to obtain an antenna in which they broke off the top of my car while putting on a tarp! I was quoted One price and then charged much more a total of over $4,000 for my experience there disappointed! The owner is off the premises and out of town a lot and the people there don't speak fluent English so it's hard to communicate with them! Mr Pasco is actually a friend of a friend of mine and tries to do his best but just doesn't have quality workers or can't find quality workers I might and so it's not his fault but I believe that he takes on way too many cars for the facility to handle!

Mike is the best. It is hard especially these days to find a good mechanic. But if your in need of one, Mike is the man.

Horrible horrible horrible!! Horrible horrible horrible!! Took my car in for an oil change and to assess the break pads- one hour after the car had been serviced it has a bunch of alarms indicating the traction system is turned off and the wheel is not aligned. I take it back to the vendor and the manager Mike tells me he is not responsible!! I never had these indicators on my car ever!! He told me to take him to court and get it fixed at the dealer- BEWARE of this place!!! You will end up costing yourself a lot more if you do anything here!

It's a little pricy, customer service is acceptable,they work well and have good mechanics,but the con is the amount of time they spent on your car,if you don't have patience , you won't be able to deal with them,until they fix that aspect of their business. I cannot in good conscience give them a better review 2 1/2 stars.

Terrible experience... I asked the price to replace the rims and tires on my car, they give me a price, I accepted it, they ask me what kind of car do I drive, I told them a Maserati... automatically they doubled the price saying that this type of car is more complicated, ok!I agreed to the new price, I left my car for almost 2 hours, when I got back the shop they told me that they were afraid of damaging the rims and that they won't do the job after all.... yes a tire place that is afraid to work on tires!!! so sad... now, If you have a Honda Civic, you are good!!!... Maserati, Ferrari, Bently, Rolls NO! Better go to an expert.

They did not answer the phone number listed. When I received a call back it was a text message in Spanish, why can't we all just speak one language? Want my business respond to me in the language I understand.

Estaba muy conforme.por su servicio era un cliente por a�os hasta que fui por mi ultimo cambio de aceite y la sorpresa fue fatal me le pegaron a mi vehiculo y derramaron todo el aceite en el no se que paso la verdad pedi ver las camaras y hasta el.dia de hoy no ha llegado nada trataron re remediae el error limpiando rapido con un producto y fue peor quemaron la pintura .... creo que contratan gente que no tiene experiencia o por hacer las cosas rapido salen muy mal....
