I have taken my Mercedes Benz to the Mercedes Mechanic Shop three times and had a great experience with Gloria and Mike every time. I have to be honest and say I initially had some concerns about finding a trustworthy mechanic in Miami, as I have heard the horror stories. A friend of mine told me about this place and I'm so glad I decided to check them out instead of my usual going to the dealership.First off Gloria greeted me and treated me as if I was the priority. Mike stopped what he was working on and took right over where Gloria left off. He was very knowledgeable about my car and quickly identified the issue. He took the time to explain the issue, cause and gave me several options to repair it. It was very obvious that he was skilled and passionate.Throughout the process, Gloria would call or text to kept me informed and other issues Mike discovered and she even sent pics and videos.I have taken my car to them several times now and my experience with the Mercedes Mechanic Shop as a whole, Gloria and Mike was very positive and second to none. I will continue to utilize them for my Mercedes and I just recently found out that they work on other vehicles as well so I will be utilizing them for my other vehicle as well as my family vehicles.

I recently took my Mercedes Benz to the Mercedes Mechanic Shop and had a great experience with Mike. I initially had some concerns about finding a trustworthy mechanic in Miami, but my neighbor recommended this shop and specifically mentioned Mike. I'm glad I decided to give it a try instead of going to the dealership.Mike was incredibly knowledgeable about my car and quickly identified the issue with my low coolant. He took the time to show me where the problem and leakage were, which gave me confidence in his expertise. Additionally, he went above and beyond by helping me arrange a rental car at a reasonable price from a nearby location.Throughout the process, Mike kept me informed about other issues he discovered and provided recommendations. I appreciated his proactive approach to ensuring my car was in good condition. It's only been a day since I got my car back, but so far, it's driving great.Overall, my experience with the Mercedes Mechanic Shop and Mike was positive, also a big thanks to Gloria for keeping me informed and contacting me . I will continue to monitor my car's performance in the coming days and weeks, but as of now, I am satisfied with the service I received.Date of Service:8/22/23

Mike at Mercedes Master Shop is excellent.After my regular mechanic retired and sold the business it took me a while to find a good place to bring my car. I finally found the place.Mercedes Master Shop is great. After another service shop didn t do such a great job that left my passenger seat inoperable I went to Mercedes Master Shop. He fixed it the same day and was honest about the repair. Simply stated the former shop didn t reconnect the parts properly. Don t let the title, Mercedes Master Shop fool, they work on all cars and models. They are fantastic and I highly recommend them. I did my research, so if your looking for an honest competent place for your car to be serviced go to Mercedes Master Shop.

Mike runs the rare repair shop that does not charge you at rates that are criminal. He repaired a freon leak and changed my oil with a quick turnaround time. His service was both timely and thorough. Absolutely fantastic! So glad I found this hidden gem!Very genuine mechanics who know what they are doing and such a great economical option, definitely beats getting incredibly up charged and over paying at the dealership.They resolved all my issues in a timely manner and were super communicative and friendly throughout the entire process.Gloria was a delight to work with and was always attentive and helpful to try and save as much money as we could on the things that needed to be done.Thanks guys!

Privately owned and managed that allows the obvious respect and dedication owner Mike Gomez has for the attention he gave to my Mercedes E 350 . The professionalism is further seen through the shop's cleanliness, order of his bays and tools.His pricing is fair. He is personable and has a nonsense approach to assess and recommend a repair solution. Brought in my Mercedes Benz ML350 because my car wasn t running well. Mike took the time to explain to me what was wrong and I went ahead and gave him the green light to move forward. The price for the repairs is the best in town When I arrived at home he was calling me to make sure the suv was running well. What service unbelievable. Brought my 1991 sl500 in after she broke down on biscayne. Mike took the time to explore potential problems, gave me a great plan, and we executed. Frank and Ralph are one of the most humble, honest, capable, reliable and friendly mechanics in the North Miami area. I took my BMW 3 series to them. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, fixed it within the promised time frame, kept me informed and charged me peanuts compared to what you will pay outside. Frank said the work may take 5 hours to fix but instead it took him 3.5 hours and he charged me precisely that and his hourly rate is reasonable. For the same work, I would have paid a fortune to someone else. Frank works on BMWs, Mercedes, Jaguars, Land Rover, VW, Acura, Lexus etc. I highly recommend his expertise. Keep up the great work Frank and Ralph.
