These guys took care of me from the minute I walked in. Place is clean and well maintained, in a time when the quality of customer service lacks normality, these guys go out of their way to do it right. Restrooms spotless and just a great experience. Ricardo and Jorge helped get it done right! 5 stars all the way!

An Advice: If you like to see the before and after of the job, ask Johnny. He will show you the progress and make you feel confident.The service advisor Johnny was Professional, patient, friendly with tons of experience, and Luis's mechanic show experience, cleanness, honesty, and friendliness. Thank you.About the place: Huge Waiting area, Free coffee (but no free water), TVs, comfortable chairs with many outlets to charge your devices invite you to stay and share with the staff.Call for an appointment, no waiting lines, and feel free to leave or wait.What was getting done:1. Changed BMW rear brakes and rotors + brake sensors.2. New front tires3. Flushed the brake system4. Changed the engine oil (high-quality oil), all service $1005. 4 Tires Balanced and mounted.6. About a month ago, I went to just ask and if the price is right,a new tire. The gentleman from 8nside satiated that yeas for the tire. But also getting am alignment done. Plus,all that he feels needed. A I wanted was a tire,not a full blown cost that is not needed. O stated ill be back, never returned. Please stop trying to jip a person of there moneyGuess your budget is low and trying to get me to pay. Sorry but not going back

Bad job and even worse people.. don t waste your time and money..Customer service is a joke, disrespectful, not knowledgeable and should be fired and have their franchise license pulled.If I could give -5 stars I would I ll be performing a chargeback for services not rendered.

Didn t like this place took my car to get it checked and fixed they told me what was wrong with my car and that they fixed it and my car was still the same for now them to tell me they can t fix my car I have to take it to an actual dealer and they won t give me my money back until I speak to the manger this will be my 3rd time coming back to speak to someone and they didn t want to give me any paperwork saying they didn t fix it and I m driving with it how they gave it to me still unfixed

I had hoped to pay $20+ for an oil change, but that was in Hollywood FL. I had to pay $75 instead, but it was done in ninety minutes.

Awesome costumer service, place is so roomy and clean, nice waiting area... Good prices and deals (Offered 3 years alignment and wheel rotation for as many times as I want for only $169-$199) . Very recommended

Had my car towed here with a bad starter. I had checked other places that quoted me 100.00 more to do the same repair. So I was skeptical they would try to up-sale me once they got my car. But they didn't. When I came back the next day for the service, they honored the price they quoted and fixed my starter. Had me back on the road without any issues. I will keep using this shop. Honest and fair price.

Excellent service. The manager, Yonniel, was very knowledgeable. He told me what was wrong with the car and what needed to be fixed. Told me what the price was and not a dime more I had to pay.. Car was fixed on the same day he said would get done. I received the best deal compared to the other service shop who was charging an arm and a leg. Thank you guys for exceptional service. Will return again.

I came in with a coupon for $29.95 from Clipper Magazine to have a synthetic blend oil change. The rep on duty, Ricardo, told me there was a mistake in the coupon. He explained that even though it listed their address, it was only valid at a Goodyear corporate store which I was told the nearest one was in Hollywood. (This store is a franchise). I drove there and was told the complete opposite by the Corp. store manager. So, I was misled by Ricardo and drove back to complain. They told me I would have to wait two hours for service even though I just wasted almost an hour + fuel driving to a corporate store because of their misrepresentation. (There was no wait when I had been here earlier). As it turns out, I only had to wait about 15 minutes for the tech. who took my car for service. I watched to make sure the filter and oil were changed since at this point they had low credibility. I also need new front tires and brakes but will take my business to a shop that doesn t outright lie to me.

It's opened with new owners who are friendly and helpful. I needed two back tires and the man in charge gave me a few options and didn't pressure me to get the most expensive ones. I'm very happy with the service and the prices seemed fair. I will definitely be going back!

Excellent service. For North Miami it's the best. Don't sit on the bus bench because you may have an encounter with pick pocket. Fast and excellent service

They appear friendly to make that deal but whoever else is working on the cars are unethical. They damaged a part in my car and stated the piece was old, so now I have to pay another fee to get it fixed. How ironic that it happens right after I get four tires replaced by them. Please pay attention how you left your car and thoroughly check if it's still intact. I'm very disappointed.

I came here last week to have a tire inspected because it was leaking air. I had warranty on the tires through Goodyear so the repair was free. They returned my car without having me sign any paperwork nor did they show me where the puncture was or what they did to repair it.Throughout the week my tire continued to leak air. I went to the original Goodyear location where I bought the tires, and they told me that tire was a road hazard, and that nothing had been done to the tire to repair it in the first place! Thankfully, they honored the warranty I purchased in good faith.The technicians at this location let me drive on this tire believing I was still safe on the road with it. Thank goodness nothing happened to me, but had I trusted their word i could have been seriously hurt

I had a great experience this weekend at the Goodyear store. Yoniel was extra patient and explain everything in detail to me. He helped me make the right choice for tires. I love them! He was very polite and cheerful to everyone else that came into the store that day. My new tires are awesome. Thank you Good Year Team, what a great service, you went above and beyond. I am so grateful!

Andres was horrible, very nice and good prices and I forgot to tell him that there is a trick to start my car, and he flipped out and told me to F off, that was after I scheduled and came in at the right time and after I had already signed the papers, will be trying to speak with the manager tomorrow. I have a job, so I don t really have time to go in and make a complaint. But probably will call back. Disgusting customer service don t go here, and don t waste your time.

Nice enough people. I went for an alignment and afterwards my steering wheel wasn't straight so I returned and I was assured it would be fixed yet it was not. It's still turned to the left. I only give 2 chances for something like this and if they can't fix it on the second try there is not a third. I'll go somewhere else where I know they will get it right before they give back my car. I'm not saying everyone will have my experience, just telling mine.

Ordered 2 new tires about a week ago.Made an appointment online to come in at 11AM on 05/10/2021.First of all, I walk in the office and there is absolutely no one in there to greet customers for at least 15 minutes.I eventually find the manager, and he tells me he cannot service my car and I need to come back either later at 1pm or tomorrow 8:30AM?? Hahahahaha what s the point of making my appointment?!?Cancelled my order, won t be coming back. Poor customer service

Not your typical service shop. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.Prior to arrival I quoted prices with other service shop and by far this one had the best prices. The service manager was very upfront and honest. I took my vehicle for tire rotation and a oil change. The estimated time for completion was as promised. I only write reviews for places that deserve it and this service shop is definitely one to visit. Thank you again to the manager and staff for going above and beyond.

Expectations need to be set correctly. My first time being at this location and was quoted a specific time to replace a tire and even the employee seemed hesitant of his answer. While I understand that businesses get busy and things get delayed. Don t over promise and under deliver. I rather you under promise and you at least deliver. A job that was quoted two hours took 4. Had the correct expectations been set plans would have been made to accommodate the wait time. Plans had to be canceled because we spent the entire time waiting on the car to be ready. For the record, my friend was the one who had to deal with this as she needed to service her car. I was the one to suggest this location (as I trust the franchise) I looked like a fool to her.

After a very frustrating day, I got to my car and noticed that the tire was flat. Air was leaking from around the stem and the rim.Manage to rig up the stem just enough to leave my job and get to an auto repair. No luck there they were too busy. I Stopped at 4 of the places and at this point, super frustrated no one would help. Finally at 6 p.m. pulled into Goodyear on 163rd. These guys rock! They took care of me quickly, and I was able to get home safely. Back to work tomorrow.... thank you for the excellent service and the Peace of Mind knowing, that they are still caring people in the world.I highly recommend this Goodyear on 163rd. Every other tire shop on this street from 95 to US-1 would not help me. I will definitely write a review as to how I was treated poorly, on there website as well.Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

After stopping at 3 other tire shops on 163rd.. I finally found an honest one. All the others told me I needed a new tire from a nail I had. Yoniel, the store manager, as well as the person fixing the tires... said that they could patch it up .. no problem. I spent $25 to patch it up...instead of $300 for a new tire. Beware of the scammers trying to make more money. Make sure you get a few opinions. They were able to patch it up right away !!! Great HONEST service is hard to come by on this street.
