Both Al and Tony provided me with excellent customer service. I found them both to have integrity and did not try to oversell me things I did not need or were immediately required. The only thing that I can be critical of is the price of service. I was quote $120 or an oil change. I had it done at the dealer for only $99. This was very surprising, since in my experience car dealers typically charge way more.

Had all four tires replaced. They gave me a fair price compared to other mechanics in the area. I appreciate their professionalism and honesty. Dealership said that I required to replace brakes. This business told me that they are probably good for another year. Thank you. I will continue to bring my car here.

Came here as they have the brand of tire I wanted. I lease my car and didn t want to change brand since I only needed 2 tires. Employees were helpful and wait time was reasonable.

Overall I had a great experience and customer service from this location. Upon entering each staff member greeted me and ask if I was being helped. Alberto assisted me and asked thorough questions to find the best resolution for my needs. He provided exceptional service. I was in and out and have been to this location several times without any major issues. Nothing compared to the terrible experience and customer service I received from Richard over at Firestone in Hialeah across from Westland Mall.

Ryan was great...very attentive to my concerns with the vehicle. Kept me informed and took care of me right away...even though I was walk in. Tony as well, I've taken my vehicle there 2 times prior to my visit and he is always attentive. I will only deal with Tony or Ryan when bringing my vehicle.

**Update - Received a call from Clavell (not sure of the spelling, sorry) asking about the car. Advised to bring the car back to see what he could do. The locking lugs were removed and the old ones installed. Still don't know what happened, but glad it has been resolved. ** Bought 4 tires for my daughter's car last year with a warranty. While off to college, she had no issues but did not get the free rotations offered. I went to get her an oil change at Jiffy Lube and was offered a rotation. But they were unable to because someone at Firestone, upon changing her tires, had also changed out her locking lugnuts without our knowledge. Had she had a flat or anything, she would NOT have been able to remove the tire. Took the car back to Firestone, where they told me that they didn't do it. WHO ELSE WOULD HAVE?!? And that they could take them off and put the old ones back on if I got an alignment. What?!? After 30 minutes of waiting, they told me they COULDN'T take the locking lugs off and I had to take it to the manufacturer to have them taken off and then I could bring the car back to them. Why would I do that?!? Someone at Firestone changed them out to make sure I had no choice but to come back there if anything happened. It just took too long for me to bring the car back and now everybody is playing dumb and passing the blame. How dare you operate a business like this? Jiffy Lube's associate said that tire shops do it regularly. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS?!? AND WHO IS GOING TO GET THESE LOCKING LUGS OFF THIS CAR?!?

Be careful don't take your vehicle without reading this msg they damaged my car and no one said anything to me me they kept it a secret when the damage was big in the roof section of my car, they could had said something but they chicken out cause they where afraid I don't care they damaged it but the responsibility of not saying anything and hiding it makes it worse... I try fixing it and It looked worse before but it still works when I carry stuff

Had a great experience at the Firestone in North Miami Beach this morning. Needed a new battery for my SUV, and Tony Sullivan was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Everything was easy, from installing it myself in the parking lot (which I wanted to do) to giving them the old battery, etc. Was out of there in about 30 minutes. Thanks very much Tony and Firestone Complete Auto Care!

Very curtious and professional treatment. I felt very informed of all the issues that were recommended...Thank you for that Al .After diagnostic test of $90.99I Declined work due to Very expensive parts and labor. Will stick to only purchasing tires at firestone.

While I appreciate Firestone's service, I've encountered delays, multiple visits for a basic oil change, and was overcharged. In my experience, prioritizing trust is crucial; however, it's important for others to be aware that, in my opinion, the service may not meet the highest standards.

wasted 3 hours waiting around for a simple oil change since I was told there was only one other customer ahead of me and it shouldn t take long. What is the point of scheduling an appointment?

I ve been going to this Firestone for years, and I always get great service. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and they are transparent about pricing and timing. Al and Tony are great! I always know that my problems will be fixed at Firestone!

Update: Got my car back and within the first few drives it broke down on the road. I immediately called because my cars only a 2019 and has had no issues. They denied that it could possibly be their fault so I took it to Kia to get it checked out. Turns out they drilled a hole right through the oil tank so my car was leaking which caused the breakdown.Booked an appointment over a week in advance and arrived right on time. My appointment was for 2pm and at 3pm my car was still in the parking lot. I asked when my car would be taken back and they said I was next in line , with no apology given. They took it back shortly after that (a full hour late), not sure if they forgot about it or what. When asking how long all the guy at the front could say was I don t know, you re next in line , no apology given. I just moved here and had been going to Firestone in my hometown since I bought my first car and never had issues like this. Also tried to add on a $250 service for one new tire. Looks like I ll have to switch companies now that I m in Miami. Seems to be the same situation with other reviewers so you d think they would see that their workers require more time to do services if they re always late.

Super good service. The lady in the counter was so nice and lovely wit me. I had a problem with my car for 2 years and they fixed in a few hours. Nice, professional and super friendly staff. Guys you have a new guest for life here. Thanks for everything.

Showed up for my alignment appointment right on time and sat for one hour and forty-minutes before my vehicle was pulled in. First and last time here .... Also, I replied to Bryan via email as requested in his response. That was an additional waste of time because to no surprise that message went unanswered too

I got 4 tires yesterday, I made the appointment online and they called me to confirm. They did a great job and were supre nice and polite. This is not my first time here and not my last.
